Burger King, where did you go wrong? This used to be a decent place to catch a quick burger, but now it's just . . . sad. Not the food, mind you. The service was so depressing that I may need therapy now. OK, let's get the bad out of the way first. We walked into the place with only one other customer in the building. Eh, it's Sunday afternoon. No greeting rang out, but that's cool. We approach the counter, where the cashier just looks at us like we've got tentacles growing out of our foreheads. Doesn't say a word, just stares. I decide to forge ahead and place my order, which is entered silently. My wife looks around because the cashier is still just standing there looking. Seeing as how she's already eaten, she just gets a drink, which seems to puzzle the cashier. Then, FINALLY, the cashier speaks! She gives us the total, swipes our card, hands us the receipt and cups, then walks off. When the food comes up, she makes sure to make us feel even more welcome by bagging our dine-in order to go! While we were eating, she proceeds to wander around the dining room talking, loudly, on her cell phone and eating. Lovely. Now, don't get me wrong. The food was good, the fries were fresh and crispy. I have no complaints about the food. But the cashier, who's name I can't remember, might want to consider a job at the DMV. No one expects them to be pleasant. read more

Cleanliness and service were outstanding. The man at the cash register was so friendly and smart! Corporate needs to fix ladies bathroom. Always trying to get just an egg and crispy bacon biscuit, 4 McDonald's couldn't get it right even after multiple tries , but this Burger King got it right from the start! I would recommend this Burger King. read more

They need to shut this place down. I've been here 3 times and all three times, I've never received the right order, always told to refund the online order because they are out of items, and they make you wait 30 minutes in a 2 car line just to be told your gonna have a few missing orders from your order and you have to pay extra to add more and wait a week to get refunded. Really poor management, staff, food quality i.e. cold, incorrect orders, ambiance, and lackluster service. Either invest more in your staff or shut this place down because surely corporate needs to pay a visit. read more

Very slow on the drive thru. It was like one at a time and it was before 9pm. Gave up and went else where.

Can't give 0 stars I guess! Sitting in the drive-thru lane! Waited like 10 minutes for the truck in front of me to get their order taken. As far as I can see, there was no one in front of him. THEN when I got to the box, they were silent! VERY SLOW! Waste of time, where's my receipt so I can fill out this survey!! read more

I see why they only have a 1.2 rating. This place is horrible. You have shakes on the menu but when you try to order they say, " We don't do shakes". I'm confused! read more

First off I usually love burger king, but this was a disappointment, my daughter's chicken nuggets were dry and crispy, while we sat at the window for at least 5 minutes i asked the gal how her day was no response, told her thank you multiple times, no response, i also told her to have a great day and guess what no response, the only time she talked to me was to take my order and tell me my total, i will not be coming back to this burger king definitely recommend stopping at one of the many places near by instead. read more

You have got to be kidding. How in the world do you screw up a taco? I mean seriously look at the pictures. Why even bother? The taco was smashed, reheated, hard, had bean sauce in it with a tiny bit of lettuce, and a scrap of cheese, only when they could open it up. I ordered six and they were all just like the picture. I'm not telling a lie. It took forever to get and then I got this!! I know they were a $1.00 each but not worth it. Not even close. I hope I don't get food poisoning. read more

I will not be visiting this Burger King again. I ordered a HAM, egg & cheese croissant just now & when I got home it was SAUSAGE, egg & cheese. I cannot eat sausage ( due to severe stomach issues) so I had to throw it in the trash. Why can't customers get what they pay for??? Also, I called the phone number listed for this Burger King & it is no longer a working number...WTH?? read more

Took forever to get order in & the forever to get food. Like just under a hour. Then it was wrong.

Not even worth one star. I got food poisoning from this place. What ever happened to this place? The service has went down so much. And then they just throw it in bag causing the food to come unwrapped. read more

I will never, never eat at this restaurant. We walked in at 9. The sign says the dinning room closes at 10. The employees yelled at us saying get the fu€k out of our store. Then called us fu€king crackers. I'm not sure how these people have jobs. Very disrespectful. read more

Stay away from this Burger King when there are so many other options available near this on/off-ramp to I-20, or better yet stay away from fast food. The sanitation appears to be non-existent, and the place is literally falling apart. If you are lucky to get someone to serve you at the drive-thru you are essentially yelled at and often dealing with someone who sounds like they can't stand life. Understandable considering they work at that place. When getting the food from the window earlier today some guy who seemed like he was a bit of a jerk was yelling at everybody else. Low-brow. Not a very smart place at all. Again, it might be off-putting but there's probably no real management, no managerial training, no standards... Nothing. It seems like many Burger Kings are like this these days. Oh! And the food gave me a stomach ache! No more! Boycott Burger King, period! read more

Well this was my first time stopping in this business, but I'm sure I will check my drinks from any fast food restaurants from now on. I went to the ice machine an put some ice in my cup. Well it was some black particles that came out into my cup. I asked the employee for another cup because it was black particles in my cup. She said let me check the ice machine. She put some ice in her cup and that was it. Didn't even try after then to see if it was something was inside it or not. Wow!! Nasty read more

Disgusting. The girls working there need to be fired. By far the worst service I've ever had at a drive through. The girl at the drive through lied about being out of ketchup and sauce. Food made us feel sick and was super greasy. Never again read more

I am absolutely shocked at how bad the customer service is at this particular Burger King location. When my son and I walked in the door to an empty restaurant, we were not greeted at all. No big deal. We decided to use the restroom first, and they were both very dirty. When we went to the counter to place our order, still no greeting. No "welcome to Burger King. I'll be right with you. ". Just silence from the person bagging the food and no one else in sight. Finally, after five minutes of just standing at the register and three other people getting in line behind us, the drive-through cashier comes to take our order. We didn't have to wait too long for the food, and they did get the order right. So, no complaints about the food. But as I've seen other commenters post here, the customer service is just plain sad. read more

I am only commenting on the Madison store site, because I can't comment on the new Greensboro, Ga.(about 20 miles away) Burger King's site. Whatever is complained about here, is even worse there. Ridiculously slow, and they can't for the life of them, get an order right. The girl in the drive thru today was losing her voice. I had to keep asking her what she was saying. (She thought that was funny) I am done with this store. And, I am not alone. Everybody I talk to is saying the same thing. I have to give 1 star, because there is not a zero star option. read more

SHORTED MY ORDER TWICE. ...and now they charge 27 cents for water!!! REALLY???? I have stopped here a few times on my way to my weekend place in east ga. Last TWO times these people shorted my order. I found this out after leaving BK and getting on the interstate. Amazing the quality of the employees that cannot count and get a very simple order correct. SHAME ON YOU. One mistake I can understand. But twice? Come on. Plenty of other fast food places in the area. Not going back to this one. read more

No greeting, Tables were disgusting, service was slow. Honestly have never seen a fast food place this unprofessional.

On Sunday, 6/26/2016 at 12:54pm this place provided us with THE absolute worse service coupled with the most apathetic bunch of employes we have ever seen anywhere. The manager was the cashier and she finally took our order after a five minute wait. Only two people were ahead of us and each had small and non-complex orders so there was no apparent reason why we had to wait so long and no apology for the time we had to wait to place our simple order, a Whopper without bread, fries without salt and a cup of water. It took ten more minutes to finally get our order and no apology was given for this long wait either. During our wait and getting a cup for the water, we learned for ourselves that after paying 25 cents for the cup, there was absolutely no ice or cold or even remotely chilled water whatsoever. The Burger King ads used to say "have it your way at Burger King" and if we have it our way, we will never go back to this Burger King again and you shouldn't either! read more

Stopped at this Burger King for breakfast. There was a long line and everyone was informed that they were short staffed and service would be slow. I got a water cup and when I went to sit down I was accused of not getting water. I don't appreciate being treated like a criminal. The lady working there obviously wasn't prioritizing the line if she felt the need to step away from the counter and try to reprimand me. I never plan on returning read more

So when we gave our very simple order in the drive through, I was repeated back correctly and then incorrectly typed it into the screen. We also sit in the drive through for 20 minutes. This location was recently remodeled but obviously they made no upgrades when it came to staff. Ordered a fish sandwich meal, cooked fresh, with cheese and extra tartar sauce, fresh onion rings with a Coke. The sandwich I got was no cheese no tartar sauce, just Fish and lettuce. After sending it back they added cheese and tartar sauce but the bun was ROCK HARD! I'm not exaggerating one bit. They also gave cold onion rings & I said "no these are cold" guy feels them and says "yes they're cold" didn't matter at that point because after the rock hard bun I returned the "food" for my money back. What a waste of a good building!!!!! read more
