Cleanliness and service were outstanding. The man at the cash register was so friendly and smart! Corporate needs to fix ladies bathroom. Always trying to get just an egg and crispy bacon biscuit, 4 McDonald's couldn't get it right even after multiple tries , but this Burger King got it right from the start! They need to shut this place down. I've been here 3 times and all three times, I've never received the right order, always told to refund the online order because they are out of items, and they make you wait 30 minutes in a 2 car line just to be told your gonna have a few missing orders from your order and you have to pay extra to add more and wait a week to get refunded. Really poor management, staff, food quality i.e. cold, incorrect orders, ambiance, and lackluster service. First off I usually love burger king, but this was a disappointment, my daughter's chicken nuggets were dry and crispy, while we sat at the window for at least 5 minutes i asked the gal how her day was no response, told her thank you multiple times, no response, i also told her to have a great day and guess what no response, the only time she talked to me was to take my order and tell me my total, i will not be coming back to this burger king definitely recommend stopping at one of the many places near by instead. read more

You have got to be kidding. How in the world do you screw up a taco? I mean seriously look at the pictures. Why even bother? The taco was smashed, reheated, hard, had bean sauce in it with a tiny bit of lettuce, and a scrap of cheese, only when they could open it up. I ordered six and they were all just like the picture. Stay away from this Burger King when there are so many other options available near this on/off-ramp to I-20, or better yet stay away from fast food. The sanitation appears to be non-existent, and the place is literally falling apart. If you are lucky to get someone to serve you at the drive-thru you are essentially yelled at and often dealing with someone who sounds like they can't stand life. Understandable considering they work at that place. When getting the food from the window earlier today some guy who seemed like he was a bit of a jerk was yelling at everybody else. Low-brow. Not a very smart place at all. Again, it might be off-putting but there's probably no real management, no managerial training, no standards... Nothing. I am absolutely shocked at how bad the customer service is at this particular Burger King location. When my son and I walked in the door to an empty restaurant, we were not greeted at all. No big deal. We decided to use the restroom first, and they were both very dirty. When we went to the counter to place our order, still no greeting. No "welcome to Burger King. I'll be right with you. ". Just silence from the person bagging the food and no one else in sight. Finally, after five minutes of just standing at the register and three other people getting in line behind us, the drive-through cashier comes to take our order. We didn't have to wait too long for the food, and they did get the order right. So, no complaints about the food. But as I've seen other commenters post here, the customer service is just plain sad. read more

Burger King, where did you go wrong? This used to be a decent place to catch a quick burger, but now it's just . . . sad. Not the food, mind you. The service was so depressing that I may need therapy now. OK, let's get the bad out of the way first. We walked into the place with only one other customer in the building. Eh, it's Sunday afternoon. No greeting rang out, but that's cool. We approach the counter, where the cashier just looks at us like we've got tentacles growing out of our foreheads. Doesn't say a word, just stares. I decide to forge ahead and place my order, which is entered silently. My wife looks around because the cashier is still just standing there looking. Seeing as how she's already eaten, she just gets a drink, which seems to puzzle the cashier. Then, FINALLY, the cashier speaks! She gives us the total, swipes our card, hands us the receipt and cups, then walks off. When the food comes up, she makes sure to make us feel even more welcome by bagging our dine-in order to go! While we were eating, she proceeds to wander around the dining room talking, loudly, on her cell phone and eating. Lovely. Now, don't get me wrong. The food was good, the fries were fresh and crispy. I have no complaints about the food. But the cashier, who's name I can't remember, might want to consider a job at the DMV. No one expects them to be pleasant. read more

On Sunday, 6/26/2016 at 12:54pm this place provided us with THE absolute worse service coupled with the most apathetic bunch of employes we have ever seen anywhere. The manager was the cashier and she finally took our order after a five minute wait. Only two people were ahead of us and each had small and non-complex orders so there was no apparent reason why we had to wait so long and no apology for the time we had to wait to place our simple order, a Whopper without bread, fries without salt and a cup of water. It took ten more minutes to finally get our order and no apology was given for this long wait either. During our wait and getting a cup for the water, we learned for ourselves that after paying 25 cents for the cup, there was absolutely no ice or cold or even remotely chilled water whatsoever. The Burger King ads used to say "have it your way at Burger King" and if we have it our way, we will never go back to this Burger King again and you shouldn't either! read more

This location was recently remodeled but obviously they made no upgrades when it came to staff. Ordered a fish sandwich meal, cooked fresh, with cheese and extra tartar sauce, fresh onion rings with a Coke. The sandwich I got was no cheese no tartar sauce, just Fish and lettuce. After sending it back they added cheese and tartar sauce but the bun was ROCK HARD! I'm not exaggerating one bit. They also gave cold onion rings & I said "no these are cold" guy feels them and says "yes they're cold" didn't matter at that point because after the rock hard bun I returned the "food" for my money back.
