The sandwiches are good but you will have to endure a bunch of attitude to get them. Be warned that the staff frequently closes the gate whenever they are busy and won't take anymore orders. The employees don't keep up with making tea or changing the syrup in the soda machine and they don't tell you there are only one or two drink options available when you order. The tables are not wiped down unless you ask (we usually do it ourselves). They also seem to always be out of food items (today, it was pickles, cheese, and cucumbers). We only eat here once every 4-5 weeks and this has been the typical scenario for the past year. I am willing to overlook food shortages and longer wait times as I understand that it is difficult to find additional staff right now but the staff rudeness is unacceptable.
