Aside from the 15 minute wait in line, it was a good experience. The cashier was polite and apologetic for the wait. She took our order quickly and correctly. The service was incredible. We went last minute through the drive thru and the lady asked so many questions to ensure our order was how we wanted it. We had to wait on a food item and the same person brought it out and ensured she had put everything in the bag as desired, including the proper silverware. Lady who took our order was polite, but service was slow, but in taking order and receiving food. Food was good, exactly what one expects from Arby's. Could have done without the Christian radio station playing rather loudly. That is a huge turnoff for us, both volume and content. read more

Very busy drive thru. Ordered 2 beef and cheddars, just sandwiches plus a beef and cheddar meal. No mint shakes available. Got home and the meal was just a beef sandwich plus no horsey sauce. Very disappointed! Also only one entrance/exit so don't try to get in pulling a trailer!! read more

The restaurant wasn't that clean when I was in there, there were a few dirty tables and some food on the floor in the dining room; they should have someone coming out often to wipe down tables and spot sweep the floor. read more

Me and my mom went to the drive thru and we ordered a roast beef classic meal with crinkle cut fries and I ordered a beef and cheddar with curly fries. When we got the order, my moms meal came with curly fries and she asked if she could have the crinkle fries like she ordered (she said this nicely) and the older man in the drive thru seemed frustrated and came back with the crinkle fries and so we left with our food. Her fries were a little burnt so she ate some of my curly fries instead. As we were throwing our trash away, in the bottom of the fries holder, SOMEONE HAD SPIT IN THE FRIES. It was unmistakably spit. Like they hocked up a loogie and spit in the fries holder since we asked for the item we ordered. Terrible. We arrive at 7:40pm this evening, the manager came to the door & It looked like she was going to open it for us, but no, she locked it! & she even scooted away quickly so she wouldn't have to make eye contact with us as we stood there in shock. The sign on the door said inside Dinning ended at 8pm. We were getting it Togo. After a long tournament weekend & on the road Arby's is 100% off of our list of places to stop in. read more

Came in today and it was extremely busy, however the line moved quickly and the staff was beyond friendly even with the busy line. I was so impressed by the women behind the counter!! HORRIBLE DRIVE THRU SERVICE!! I've been to this Arbys a couple times and it's always slow but today was the worst. Waited in line for 20 minutes with a line full of people and no one in front of the guy ordering. There was no excuse for not taking orders and getting the line moving. The entire line other than the guy waiting to order left. They easily lost $100+ in business in 20 min. I never go out of my way to leave bad reviews but when I saw there wasn't even anyone behind the counter taking orders I had to. read more

It's fine. Had to wipe the table down and the bathroom was a little dirty. But everything else seemed relatively cleanish.

This Arbys was very disappointing. I went in to get a to go order and they gave it to me to eat in. When I corrected them they then switched the items into the bag but when they did half of the fries fell out and the manager didn't even bother to put them in the bag. They did not change the grease and the fries tasted like onion rings. It wasn't pleasant either how the manager and his staff were arguing with each other in front of customers. read more

This Arby's won't allow you to buy certain beverages through the drive thru...especially their wonderful green peach tea. Very disappointing. Sometimes you can and sometimes the drive thru person refuses to sell it to me. I've driven off without ordering $20.00 plus dollars worth of meals and went to Chick Fil A or Wendy's instead.
