This is a great location, as I've eaten here for close to 20 years and never had a bad experience. I don't usually rate fast food restaurants, but I felt these folks deserve it. I ordered lunch and everything was perfect. Service with a smile. All the tables were clean, so it wasn't like I had to go find a rag and wipe down my own, and that's a huge thing with me. The drink and condiment area was nice and clean, and well stocked, also a big plus. After lunch I was checking my app and noticed some points were going to drop off, so I ordered a dessert. It turned out that they didn't have what I wanted and they fell all over themselves and offered me extra items, and they wouldn't take no for an answer. The GM and his staff do a great job in all aspects of their business. Word to management: hire older adults, they work harder and it shows. read more

$16 for a Texas double whopper meal large size, a little out of line, but whatever. But to pay $16 for a Texas double whopper meal and then not one table in the lobby was clean. Trash cans were overflowing and drink station looks like it hadn't been cleaned all day. Maybe they were busy? Not at all, all of the employees sat in the lobby scrolling on their phone and talking crap about Tom and Josh the whole time. They watched me clean my table off after they threw my order in it to go back on the counter. Tom was apparently "on his high horse" because no one's cleaning the broiler correctly. That would be the place where my burger just got cooked. My $16 burger. I'm not really into writing one star reviews for businesses, but this one was well-deserved. Yeah they refuse to work with you or help you. Came in around 9 with my family. Just wanted to use a coupon to save some money. I kept getting told the codes not connecting to there system. So I asked so what can we do and they just just said we can't help you if you're using a code. I tried to show them the code on my phone showing what exactly was on the order hoping they would at least help me out then. But refused. I dislike giving bad reviews... but this Burger King definitely deserves one. I don't know why I keep going back here, I keep hoping that our small town will step it up but alas Louisburg Burger King always disappoints. We always have to wait in their super slow line. Always get pulled ahead for our order. And EVERY single time by the time we get home (we literally are right around the corner) our food is cold. We have even tried ordering online and our food is never ready. And we still get cold food. How are you going to pull people forward to wait all that time and then proceed to give them cold food? I wouldn't even be complaining about wait time if we actually got hot food but no... always cold. Come on Louisburg Burger King... have some pride! Make hot food for everyone! I just happened to live around the corner and I find this place to be hit or miss. At one time the Whopper was not very well done but I will say the last time I went into the other day it was decent. They had that funny machine where you had to basically use a kiosk to pick your drink and it was often out of the drink so the last time I went in they got rid of the machine. Now they got the standard stuff like most restaurants. Not much of a variety but at least things won't go out. Maybe they gave up on using that kind of machine or maybe it malfunctioned. Other than that the atmosphere was a little better and it felt like they changed the seating. I would say this place is okay but not the greatest. I can't recall exactly what I bought the last time but I thought it was pretty good. I believe it was a chicken combo. I will say the staff has changed in the past two years and maybe even the manager. read more

Don't waste your time here. One person taking drive in orders, one cook and one person mostly cooking but occasionally taking an order. If you don't mind taking 20 minutes to order and another 20 minutes for your food then this place may be fine. They need to staff this place properly. Seriously. read more

Most Burger King locations I visit anymore are just dirty. This one is slightly cleaner, but isn't much different. It's convenient, has pretty good food, & hit or miss service (but mostly good service). I ordered a "King box" and a whopper. In the King Box I was supposed to get a Whopper with cheese, fries, drink, and cookies. Got a Whopper( no cheese) fries and drink. No cookies . I have ordered it before and haven't gotten the cookies. They need to check their orders and make sure customers get what they ordered. Since the remodel I have at least been able to get hot food. However it still takes a very long time to get your food. We were the only ones in the drive thru (and the inside too) and to get an order of chicken fries and French fries it took about 8 minutes. They also asked us to pull forward even though we were the only patrons. Slow and bizarre. read more

We live in mound city and stopped at this burger king King our way home from overland park. We ordered and paid for three whoppers with cheese, and one of them with light mayo and extra pickles. When we got home, there was no cheese on any of the three, one was missing pickles and no extra pickles. I tried calling the number, but no one answers and there's no way to leave a message. I can't leave 0 stars unfortunately. I rarely write reviews unless im thoroughly disgusted. I have been here 2-3 times.. the first 2 times i was asked to pull forward and i waited for no lie 10 minutes. I get it.. sometimes a place has a bad day.. I have a 3 strike rule.. well this was the 3rd time. I ordered.. and whoever it was that took my order forgot it.. so i repeated. I then pulled around and saw 2 cars in front of me waiting.... from the final drive through window. I asked the woman "how long is the wait time for my order?" I was met with attitude and told 5-6 minutes or possibly 10 minutes. My order was a minimal order. I told her to give me my card back and ill go somewhere else. Everyone I know has had a similar experience at this BK. I would highly suggest staying away from this dumpster fire. Hopefully a better company buys this real estate soon. read more

Lots of potholes in the parking lot. Could have recreated the moon landing. Other than that, staff is cheery, pleasant, and quick.
