The food was delicious and the workers were kind and speedy. The jalapeno Whopper was also very good, I would come back just for that.

The employees at our Long Beach, MS store have always been genuinely nice and attentive. The food quality, however, is concerning. Today I ordered the King Chicken Sandwich add Bacon and Onions. I'm pretty sure this chicken was meant for a biscuit not a sandwich. The two pieces of thumb sized bacon was placed on the edge of the chicken to fill up the bun. Whatever sauce they used was watery and tasted like a mix of pickles, ranch, and burned electrical cord... not that I know what that tastes like but you know what I mean. In addition to the Chicken Sandwich we ordered a Whopper Junior. I am almost certain the WJ is smaller than a McDonald's regular cheesburger. I would like to saw I was in McDonalds and chose to go to burger king saying in my mind that burger kings fish is better so I ordered the fish combo from burger king and paid $1.20 extra for the cheese mouthwatering couldn't wait to get home only 6minutes await to sit in front of the tv to enjoy my meal I asked the lady at the window did you add my cheese she gave a look that said how dare you ask me if I forgot something so trusting her stare I head home in anticipation pop a couple of fries in my mouth on the way yes they are fresh and hot so I'm excited to taste my fish sandwich get in the house kick off my shoes and sit down take the sandwich and the bread is hard like what is this hard then I take the bun off the fish is cold and NO CHEESE I am of course very disappointed and hungry and mad and at home without a car so I cannot go back and I called their number and no one would pick up the phone I let it ring at least 10 times will never go there again read more

The food was good for a Burger King but my brother and cousins food was messed up twice in a row. When the received their food it was wrong and when they took it to the counter they remade but wrong again so they just accepted it and ate it by picking the toppings off. The place was dirty on some booths with crumbs and napkins on the floor the paint was falling some of the walls kinda run down. read more

Sometimes you just need a Big Mac. Wait a minute. This is a BK review. Why is John talking about Big Macs? Why is John talking about himself in the third person? What in the Sam Hill is going on here? Let John, I mean me, explain. Despite all the folks railing against fast food places, they serve a purpose. Sometimes that craving for super unhealthy burgers can only be satisfied by a Big Mac. Other times you decide that you want to branch out from the Big Mac and get yourself the flame broiled goodness known as a Whopper. This visit was one of those occasions. Truthfully it was the kids ranting and raving for food and I saw the BK down the street from the MCD, but you get the point. This BK, like pretty much every other in America, offers pretty poor service for good value. Ordering seemed more difficult than necessary due to some issue with the headset or register. Payment was pretty easy and the food came out fairly quickly. The quality was fair when compared to other locations, but not the Whopper I remember from my youth. It seemed like there was less grilled taste than there should've been. The kids did seem happy so maybe they'll stop bugging me for MCD. In summary, if you need a Whopper, this is where you will go. Well I'm done with this place. 3:30am went to get lunch for a few of us at work- not busy of course. I order and pull up and I nicely ask her to please make sure we have fresh fries. (3 orders just didn't want old stuff that had been sitting out) I had ordered extra pickle and a side of pickles. Didn't get either. So no pickles, no straws and a larger then life attitude at the drive-thru window. She was like giving off the I'm inconveniencing her vibe and I mean really bad. She looked at me like I was an alien when I kindly asked her for fresh fries- wow the look made me want to drive off and nervous to eat anything she prepared. Soooo she brings out the bags, tells me to have a nice evening and wouldn't you know when I gave the food to the girls and we opened everything, those fries were fresh alright AND dark like overcooked. Please, for the love of God above, hire some people who actually care about their customers & customer service. My experience started at the drive thru, the lady would not let me get my order out before she asked me, "u b done wit ur order now"? I kept telling her I had several orders & again she kept interrupting every time I tried to speak. The order was straightforward, not complicated but this woman acted like I was killing her. Maybe if she would have hushed up & listened WHILE we were placing the order, she might not have found it so difficult. We finally received our order, we asked for straws. She said "I know dey b n the bag". I said, "no mam, they are not in the bag" and she actually had the gall to tell me to look again. She ended up giving us straws but we looked thru our order BEFORE we left the driver thru window. No one ahead of us, no one behind us but apparently us checking our order perturbed her immediately & obviously irritated her but I wasn't not leaving until I made sure the order was correct. Forgive me but when u spend over 60 dollars, you want your order to be correct. Anyway, with all THREE whole napkins literally balled up in the bag, (3 napkins for a 60 dollar order mind you), fries all over the bag because they didn't bother to correctly secure the little apparatus the fries come in so they all fell apart spilling the fries in BOTH bags. The fries were nasty, dry, cold and actually hallow. Moving on...we get home, separate our orders, everyone sits down to eat & it was a complete disaster. I guess checking the order to see if it was all there wasn't enough. We should have opened EVERY burger, chicken sandwich & fish sandwich to make sure they were also correct because there was not ONE burger right. Mustard when we ordered no mustard, onions when we ordered NO onions, lettuce when we ordered NO lettuce, tomato when we ordered NO tomatoes, so on and so forth. What got me is my mother ordered the mushroom king burger. It has 2 patties with Swiss cheese, crispy bacon and "smothered" with Portobello mushrooms. We ordered one for her with NO bacon. The burger we received had cold cheese, maybe 6 little slivers of mushrooms so thinly sliced you could see right thru them and it was covered in slimy, cold, fatty bacon. Now, I am, for the most part, an easy going, happy, friendly person but I am still trying to understand WHY they felt it necessary to destroy my ENTIRE order FROM THE DRIVE THRU! It's not like we went in the store or even saw these people face to face but when we pulled up to get our food, the lady looked at us with disgust. I am still dumbfounded by their behavior. Long story short, don't waste your time or money as long as these people are working there because they could care less if you are happy with your order or not. Will NOT ever return there again!!!! Management should definitely do something about these employees before they completely ruin that establishment for good. AMB read more
