Ordered on the BK app for in-store pick-up, however, when I walked up to the door there was a sign saying it was drive thru only. It was annoying having to wait in the drive thru line just to pick up an order that was already ready. Even if they're understaffed, they should allow in-store or curbside pick-up for meals that are already ordered and paid for, similar to McDonald's and Starbucks read more

I was really in the mood to try my first whopper in years. The cashier was nice enough but the burger was trash. So dry, I had to drench it in onion ring sauce to make it palatable. And the onion rings were burnt except for like 3. Man, fast food places like this are just not like they used to be. They were running a free whopper promotion in the box and I don't think I'll even go back for a free one lol. read more

I'm not usually one to complain but, I find it unacceptable when service providers act rude and unprofessional I also find it unsanitary to find a whole piece of a dreadlock in my meal! The only reason I didn't drive all the way back to the establishment is because the kids meal had dbz toys for my son but I was too afraid to even let him eat his meal. Whoever is running this place needs to have a refresher course on customer service and hygiene with their staff. read more

I normally go through drive thru. About every 7 out of 10 times they don't add the cheese that I have requested and PAID for. It seems with drive thru orders they don't have to get it correct, since most people will not drive back after they get home and see the order is incomplete. I contacted Burger King and sent them a copy of the receipt and a picture of the burger. I received an email back with an offer of a free croissan'which...BUT...I have to order coffee and hash browns. NO APOLOGY. Doesn't seem quite right...here's a freebie if you order more from us so we can get it wrong! read more

Had a free whopper on their app. Could not get a code so asked manager for an assist. She told me it was an online order special only and dismissed me. I went to a table, sat down, played with the app and my code appeared. The manager was rude, condescending, and had no customer service skills. My friend ordered a whopper with cheese and there was no cheese. The manager asked from behind the cook stand what was wrong and my friend asked her to come over. She explained there was no cheese. The manager grabbed the receipt to prove my friend wrong and when she saw the cheese she shrugged and went to remake it. At this point my friend was very frustrated and did say, what's wrong you don't know how to make a burger. Just a horrible all around experience. read more

Sitting in the drive through now in 3.1.23 and absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with fast food, the girl working the drive though was on her cell phone the whole time I believe her name tag said trinity we ordered a impossible whopper and a double whopper with no onions and no pickles, we get to the window and they don't have the food ready we get the food 15 mins later and it's completely wrong the whopper doesn't even have sauce on it like what???? And no onions either? We have been in the drive through for over 20 minutes we tell them we don't want the food anymore and we want a refund and they don't even know how to process a refund back to a credit card they are three kids that know absolutely nothing and just keep laughing and that's their backs to the window, they give us cash back as a refund. I'm sorry but whoever manages this place needs to re evaluate their staff I get it people don't want to work and it's hard to find workers but I am sure you could find staff that knows how to make your famous whopper the right way, issue a refund and give at least half way decent customer service by at least saying hello. And these fast workers want more than minimum wage? And you can't even do your job??? Get out of here, the reviews to just in the last few days for this place are horrible now I can see why, we'll now I'm another Burger King wish me luck read more

I got an order for my family in the drive through tonight around 7:30. When I got home I discovered that we were given these old reheated disgusting fries. They were hard, chewy and not edible. My daughter got nuggets with her kids meal and they were old and dried out. We've been here during the day several times and never had any issues with the food but the wait is always long. Really disappointed because we were hungry. Oh and they messed up my drink order also. read more

Shame on you BK for not training your team members properly. I've learned how to look for security features in any bill when I was in high school at my first job. I got turned away for a 1993 legit $20 bill from the bank because they have no counterfeit pens or know how to see the security features. Yes at one point not all bills had watermarks. So unreal read more

You have to be extra vigilant with your order. Regardless of the time of day they will always forget an item and mess an order up. My wife cannot eat cheese, I ask for no cheese in the sandwich and there is usually cheese. Your orders will usually be missing an item as well. Make sure you double check everything. read more

Try contacting the BK regarding the fries I ordered that sat around for an hour. There comes a point where you throw away old fries and make a new batch. Tried to contact this location about the problem but hadn't gotten a response back. Looks like the nearby McDonald's is getting my business instead. read more

This is Summerlin, a respected and higher end of town! The quality of this Burger King was abominable. I've been to many a Burger King's and this one is by far in no way in the same standards that I am accustomed to for a Burger King. A whopper is a revered burger that has always been a good choice. These guys managed to screw the pooch on their most popular burger. The burger came cold, the chicken sandwich also came cold and worst of all the nuggets ordered were not in the bag. My friend and I ordered the exact identical items and they managed to botch the identical orders. read more

Service was awful. The guy behind the register was busy talking to a guy in the doorway. He told me that lady would help me. And I said what lady. He said over there. She was in the drive through window. So I waited for her. Then she told me to just use the self check out. Food tasted like crap. Old fries. Lazy employees. Not going back. read more

Maybe I missed the memo but there were no onions in my onion rings. I was handed my drink through the drive through window and the lid must not have been secured because it spilled all over me. The cashier seemed to be the only one with good customer service. read more

Food was great, don't get me wrong there. In terms of food quality, this is a solid four stars. This rating is for 1) four customers entering and ordering while maskless, despite signs saying masks are required and 2) the broken hand sanitizer dispenser in the women's room. Both are unacceptable during the pandemic. read more

This location is hit or miss. We normally come here on a weekly basis for their Whopper Wednesday deal, as it's right next to our house and provides an option for me as a vegetarian. When they mess up our order, which is often, they normally are cooperative and fix the issue. Today, however, was a big let down. We ordered 2 separate mobile orders: 1) an impossible whopper burger and 2) 2 chicken sandwiches and chicken nuggets. The first order was correct, but the 2nd one was missing half of our items. We drove back to retrieve the missing items, but upon stating our situation, we were met with a combative attitude by the girl at the drive thru window. I didn't catch her name, but she was a late 20-ish, chubby, and Asian chick. She accused us of lying and was combative. I'm not sure why she treated us this way, nor why she thought that was an acceptable attitude. She shouldn't be working in the customer service industry if she is unable to do the basic functions of the job, such as treating customers with respect. read more

The staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. I can get a much better burger elsewhere, from people who are friendly and enjoy there job. If you hate your job so much, why don't you look for another. read more

Only two stars because the service was great. I NEVER ever get sick or get an upset stomach from food. Ordered a wrap, and chicken fries. Stomach felt off about an hour later - Welcomed the food poisoning symptoms shortly after. Something was obviously not right with the meal. read more

This is one of the few fast food chains that offers a plant-based option. So, I occasionally come here to get an Impossible Whopper with no mayo. Dine-in and drive-thru service are quick and friendly. The indoor dining area has a casual vibe. There is an indoor play area for children. This eatery is a good late dining option when normal restaurants are closed. read more

I am NOT at all BK person, last time I had them was like over a year ago. Tik tok made me try the new ghost pepper burger, so I went to try it. I was very very hesitant since I have had bad experiences with BK locations. Ordering went smooth, it was like 8:15pm on a Sunday, so wasn't busy. Was a tad bit slow getting my food, the car in front of me took forever. Not sure if they ordered a lot or the workers were slow. But, once I paid the lady that was cashier was super friendly. Great customer service from both workers that night. So, the food was surprisingly delicious. I just wish they added more of the sauce on the burger, but fries were on point. Good stuff, definitely will go back again. I forgot to take a picture! #fail read more

Burger is my favorite fast food. I have only had pleasant experiences at this location. Went inside to place order and eat breakfast at Summerlin near I215. Staff rudely refused to help me make an inside order. I had to either use the kiosk or get in my car and drive through to place a verbal order, then park again and come inside. I'm 70 yo and could use help to place order. I wonder what handicap people must do to get help. Can't wait for the robots to replace lazy & rude staff at fast food restaurants. read more

we visited this location today 05/20/24 at 1:35. We were order 58. I have a few complaints about this visit: 1.) Fish was over cooked 2.) Onion rings were barely warm 3.) Whooper was barely warm & under cooked. How can such a thin meat Pattie be pink in the middle! 4.) The drink area was a mess & lobby area needed to be cleaned 5.) Older people do not like the self serve order system. It shows NO Customer Service, very impersonal & puts people out of work. The only good thing was the fries were good & warm. read more

Nothing like having a sick assistant manager who was sick coughing constantly and giving me bad service. Now i know why this place has such low stars. I went to this location because it was close to my work and wanted to get a quick bite to eat. As soon as i pulled up to the drive thru the kid was like what can i get you? Very fast sounded like he was in a hurry which was annoying. I got the crispy chicken sandwich. I get my food get to work start pulling everything out and the chicken sandwich looked so disgusting. Smothered in mayo for whatever reason i had to use a napkin to wipe all of it off, and then the lettuce they added was all old and brown. So gross. Never eating that again and never coming to this location. read more

The board of health should be call on this place! Absolutely disgusting, and foul food with the worse service. Incompetent staff who are rude, slow, and trifling. After the second bad experience I decided to come and leave a review. Be prepared to have no idea what the person is saying at the drive thru. It's so hard to understand. Then be prepared to pay for things and not get them, and lastly be prepared to get yelled at. I did not know you were supposed to give coupons one ordering as it was a QR code so I got yelled at when I got to the window and asked if I could show it to them. I don't know if the manager trains any of the employees at all. It's pretty awful. read more

The hamburger is way too small. Burger King has shrunk the burger patty and the bun. The hamburger patty was not even warm. The chicken nuggets had been cooked more than once. They were as tough as leather and were almost cold. The fries were hot but very greasy. Your food is not hard to cook. Very obvious lack of quality, training or customer service. Burger King is not even trying to provide decent fast food. I will never return. Burgers and fries are not hard to cook. read more
