Went through Drive Thru at a slow time. Nice deep voice on intercom, easy to understand. Fresh hot fantastic number 1 HB and fresh FF and coke. This tastes like a real hamburger, not slap a premade something in an oven. FF right out of frier. I think k this is the best burger in Kozy. read more

I ordered a whopper and told them I didn't want ketchup. I wanted mayo and mustard. I got a small amount of them and that was all I got. A patty and bun with mayo and mustard. NO tomato, No onion, and No lettuce. I live to far to turn around and go back so I had to accept it. I won't go back. read more

Utterly disgusted by an employee(manager) coming into the lobby and telling us that we couldn't have a service dog in the restaurant. Then to top it off she asks if we are blind or deaf or something and saying that "you don't look disabled". I'm proud of my daughter because she stood up for herself and basically told this manager the laws in regards to service animals. You would think being a manager that she would know the laws. Educate yourself on the law in regards to people with service animals. It's sad that the other employees all know the laws yet a manager doesn't. read more

I was here this afternoon, went in for a bit to eat. When I stated that I wasn't sure what I wanted to order, the front help was very helpful in listing the current specials that they had but that were not on display, including a 2-for-$6 whopper special. That is what I went with, along with a drink. She only charged me for a small drink, but handed me a medium cup, which was fine by me. The burgers were good... just what you would expect for a Burger King Whopper. Interior of the place was clean, I didn't have any problem with the drinks (they have one of those new dispense-all type affairs where you choose from a touch-screen menu), and as I said earlier the front desk was quite helpful. I did hear some spirited conversation going on in the kitchen as I was eating, but it didn't seem like they were fighting or anything... just very high spirited. Really, I can't complain about this location. As a note, I saw as I was leaving that there is a sign out front stating that this location is under new management, so perhaps things have taken a turn for the good here compared to the other reviews I have read for this location. I am giving them four stars because, while it is just a Burger King, the girl at the front really helped me out, and I think that deserves something here in the world of ratings... I mean, this is a Burger King...they are cookie-cutter operations around the country, with a tried and true formula. Three stars is what they get when they simply do the job...but this experience was a bit of a cut above the rest, so an extra star is certainly in order in my opinion. read more

Went for breakfast to the drive through. Very nice lady on the speaker took my order. I ordered the double meat bacon croissant sandwich at $4.59. I expected some nice pieces of bacon guess what thin thin Extremely thin bacon. The sandwich was cold so I obviously have been cooked for a good while, when they put it on the sandwiches needless to say. I did not get my moneys worth and I will never ever go back there in order their croissant sandwich again. You really could take lessons from Sonic And kangaroo crossing as to what an order of bacon, must less a double order of bacon would look like. Very sad read more

As I placed my order, the employees were very quick on getting me around to pay for my meal. The employees were very kind, and the only complaint that I have is that my food took a little long to finish because they had to make it fresh. If anyone goes to Burger King, then I recommend getting their chicken fries! read more

Well, I'm sure as everyone in Kosciusko, MS knows, the Burger King here doesn't get much business at all, and NOW I know why..... I went to Burger King on Monday, 09/20/2021 at 4:35 PM, ordered two cheeseburgers and a large Dr Pepper. I finished the burgers, (which btw, didn't look too appetizing, they looked like they'd been stepped on, they were SO smushed and the pickles, ketchup and mustard were ALL in ONE little spot on the burgers), but that ain't the worst of it..... AFTER I finished my drink, I dumped the ice out, only to discover a BIG HAIR was IN THE CUP!!! EWWWW!!!! So just a few minutes ago, I called and spoke with a manager, (sounded like a young woman, couldn't have been older than 20-25 years old) and told her the situation. All she told me was, "Well, it was Deb who was pouring the drinks and I'll leave a note for her tomorrow, she done gone for the day"..... So I told the manager, "Look, you're a manager, I don't care who was working or who was pouring the drinks, this situation needs to be handled and y'all need to be checking the cups for hairs BEFORE the drinks are poured". Then I was told that I could call back tomorrow and speak with Deb..... Yeah, that's NOT gonna happen. So yeah, Burger King at 401 Highway 12 East Kosciusko, MS has lost MY business FOREVER! And I encourage EVERYONE in Kosciusko to boycott Burger King!! At least until these major health issues are resolved. For me, this time it was a hair in my drink, as bad as that was, next time, (NOT for me, cause I'm never going back to Burger King in Kosciusko again), it could be something worse for someone else. Oh, one more thing..... These fast-food workers THINK they deserve $15-$20 an hour, yet they do things like THIS?! PFFFTTT!!! Worst BK experience I've ever had. Arrived around 11:00am, not busy. Started with a disaffected young lady taking our order. Proceeded over to drink machine where every imaginable drink was empty. Told the less-than-friendly lady at counter. She in turn yelled to someone in the back who probably didn't hear here because they were all loudly playing grab-a*s in the kitchen area. Some time later when our order was ready, she yelled from the counter. Went back to drink machine. Not only still out, every drink I tried would fill a little then announce it was empty too. After reporting to Miss Attitude again, she came out and changed 1 soda box. When we left, no "thank you"s or "good-byes", just loud conversations from behind the counter. Maybe it was just the color of my skin that got the bad service, who knows. But that doesn't happen to non-minorities. read more

I have never let a bad review ever! Today is the day this place get s a 0! Only way it has one star is becuse I had to give them one. No light in the bathroom no toilet paper no paper towels. Food was cold and every table was disgusting. We ate here because we had to. The door the employees went in and out of was full of their greasy finger prints where they went in and out never to wash their hands. I will never eat here again, how in the world is this place still open I will never know. read more
