I was so annoyed at this point I just smiled, said thank you, and exited the building, guaranteed NEVER TO RETURN! What a joke! The food is sloppy, messy, thrown together, and wrapped improperly. There was very little inside the "burrito," if you could even call it that. Again, it was not what I originally ordered! How sad is it when you have absolutely no respect for your patrons or yourself enough even to give a crap!!! To look someone in the eye and hand them over subpar food. I understand that employees are at a premium right now, but the owner of this establishment needs to go undercover and see what's going on! It's completely chaos!
