We walked in and lined up behind a guy that had gone in a minute or two before. He was still waiting to even have someone acknowledge him. We waited... Two of the staff were focused on the drive thru and unaware of the front counter. When a third finally came out to check on the front counter, she asked the guy what he wanted... like she was doing him a favor. I was pretty disappointed; this is not what you expect for customer service. This crew needs some serious retraining or better supervision. Update: After not eating here for almost 2 yrs., we thought we'd give it another try. I had the Chicken Parmesan sandwich; something that had always been a favorite. I was very disappoint. The food quality has gone downhill. It appeared the chicken patty had been cooked from frozen. While cooked, water trapped therein was scalding when it squirted out. Taste was less than satisfactory. It's sad as this used to be my favorite fast-food chain. read more

Food was cold the put the wrong mayonnaise on the sandwich the drink didn't have the boba on it fries were old avoid this restaurant

Waited 30 minutes for our order. The malaise in this place is palpable. Don't go here

The guy taking our order was rude the entire time. We didn't hear a question so didn't answer and he replies with, "I guess not." He also has a bandaid on his finger and was putting food in bags with no gloves. I definitely won't be returning. Rude guy. read more

Went through the drive through for breakfast. We got a sausage crossanwich. The order was correct. Typical Bk food. The service at the window was good and food was hot read more

Not worth the 20 minute wait in drive through. It sucks because I like their food in a time crunch. It's fast food. But I've had faster service at sit in restaurants. Every time it's the same wait. read more

I ordered the bacon cheese whopper and the bacon was cold. The burger was fresh and hot so I don't understand why the bacon was cold. Other than that it was ok. read more

I did a drive through order. The order was quick, correct, my burger was fresh and my husbands chicken sandwich was too. Frozen coke was a bonus. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! I LOVE burger king, however i am EXTREMELY dissatisfied with this burger kings service. for starters i ordered a whopper jr with bacon. you know what i didn't order? a whopper jr with bacon and cheese. you know what they put on my whopper jr with bacon? a big, ugly, stupid, orange slab of CHEESE! I HATE CHEESE! And upon receiving my order my fries were lukewarm and under salted and my burger was cold and had the tiniest squirt of ketchup. Burger King? More like Burger don't go here! If i could give it 0 stars I would but Yelp wont let me. read more

Awful customer service here. Stood at the counter forever. .... several employees passed back and forth but nobody bothered to acknowledge or take my order. Lost my business read more

Robin says she's the general manager and she is really rude and I can hear her yelling at employees from the lobby. I don't like the way she dealt with one customer (not going into detail). My food also wasn't made right. I asked for a new sandwich (whopper w bacon & cheese) and they refused. I don't really like the customer service here. It definitely Could be better!! They say "have it your way" more like "have it their way" do not recommend it here. The service is not good at all. There was no one in line and You spend more time waiting to order than you do eating what you ordered. And the Fries are never hot. I think the manager needs to be replaced. She's not respectful at all. read more

Placed an online order and payed for it. Drove to BK, 3 cars in front of me order their food at the box and drive away. I drive up to the window, first the guy tells me I owe $25. Wrong, online order. Oops, your Jeff. There just starting to cook your food. What??? I ordered and drove to BK to wait for 10 MINUTES while they make my order. When I asked why, was told there was only 1 cook tonight. I asked her to explain the logic, but of course... Don't make the mistake of online ordering here! They don't have a clue. read more

It seems like if they freeze their, they unfreeze their chicken and then they freeze the chicken back and it gives you like a weird texture when you buy into the Classics chicken sandwich and and they also use the same. They use the same oil for the fish and the chicken they don't separate the chicken and the fish on the to make the burgers when they're like frying them like the fish or the or they or they fry the classic chicken sandwich in the fryer they don't change the oil they use the same oil and ittaste like you buy into it and taste and it gives a texture if that if the meat was really like bad already read more

The triple stacker is a six dollar burger. This is a joke. They only call it a stacker because of the sauce. Haven't been here in awhile. Won't be again. What a joke. You can't call something stacked when it's a slider read more

Maybe it'll be the last time I stop by this one. They always miss nuggets. My friend got the 10 piece nuggets and we only got 8. He was still very hungry and it would've helped if he had the extra two nuggets. I'll only stop by if I'm really hungry from now on, but probably not. read more

Traveling through Kennewick, Wa. Stopipes with our horse trailer to get food at 9:05 pm. Went through the drive-thru to order. The employee read back my order wrong initially and I corrected her. She gave me the total and said pull around. I get my order home and it's wrong. How can it be wrong, when I repeated the order twice?? I returned to the drive-thru, shortly thereafter, and ordered what was missing from the original order (Whopper w/cheese) and added a Lg fry(since mine was sitting at home cold by now..). When I pulled up to the window the second time(same employee), I asked the girl, "Do you remember me? I was just here 10-15min ago." She smiled and said, "Yes." I said, "I repeated my order to you twice earlier and you still got it wrong." Do you think I received an apology? No. Do you think I was given a discount for having driven back there to get the rest of my original order? Absolutely not. Guess I'll be visiting the McDonalds across the street, from here on out. read more

Nothing like throwing a flame broiled burger into the microwave just to melt the cheese. Everything is cold. Nothing like sitting at the window of the drive through and pay $50 to eat cold food. What a discrase. read more

I've been here several times and, unfortunately, had inconsistent service. One visit a month ago was just fine, with a hot, freshly cooked Impossible burger meal, the next 2 visits I received a room-temperature, warmed up Impossible burger. So I have advice to give the "cook," use warmer lettuce and tomatoes, the burger won't be so cold by the time the meal is unwrapped. read more

Two recent times when I went into Burger King to place an order, I waited several minutes for someone to take my order, but no one took my order. So I left and went to another fast-food burger place. I will not be going back to Burger King at this location ever again. Going into this specific Burger King I get the impression that they do not want to acknowledge that I am there. They seem to cater to only those going through the drive thru. read more

Honestly I was surprised when we went here yesterday for lunch, we are so hungry already and the choice we have around the area is either Mc Donalds or Burger King and I told hubby, lets try BK again anyway its been a long time since we last ate @ BK... why? we really have no good luck eating @ Richland Branch, either the food taste different as in weird or the service was so bad, thats both Richland Branch (G Way and Duportail) Anyway, about my experience, it was pleasant, I would say that burger was good and the fries was just right. I enjoyed that lunch, thats the first time I finished a whole whopper Jr and the fries... I guess I was so hungry too. I noticed as well that they have a play area that is enclosed and its good especially when its this cold and the best part the bathroom is clean. read more

If I could put Zero stars I would. I ordered a meal tonight for me and my daughter. And when i asked for the cup she said oh I didn't charge you for a meal, and i replied that i wanted a meal so my daughter and I could share. She then rang up a full price fry and drink. I said no i ordered it in a meal. She looked at me and said well i already rang up the sandwich separately so i have to charge you full price. I said ok well then refund my order she looked at me and goes whatever I'll just give it to you as she walks away and mumbles ass hole. So as I wait for my food the gentlemen bagging food bags my food tosses it on the counter and says here. I asked nicely do you have any ketchup he reaches down grabs the ketchup bun tosses it on the counter literally and turns away. This place is horrible my sandwiches were also poorly made the burger was burnt and the chicken sandwich looked like it sat in the microwave. read more

Super friendly staff! Gave my son a bandaid when we mentioned that he'd cut his toe before coming in. Good food and fast! Big playstructure was surprisingly clean and the staff were busy tidying up the whole time we were here. Will stop here again when we're passing through! read more

Fine for fast food. Chose it for the play area ( indoors). Slow, rather messy in play area and unkempt bathrooms. One curly tunnel slide, not much for little ones (18m). read more

Burger King - Play land - Fast Food Near Me - Kennewick, Washington

i swear this place should just change the open hours on their sign to say they close at 11 instead of 12 because ALMOST EVERY TIME i go after 11, i order a frosted frozen coke and they ALMOST ALWAYS tell me either the ice cream machine or the frozen coke machine has already been taken down for the night. i think if you can't serve what you advertise because you're shutting down machines well before closing time, then you shouldn't say you're open. read more

Employees were rude, we asked for a root beer and the employee told us they didn't have any soda. Never coming back. read more

Stopped in on a business trip from Oregon to Spokane. Ordered an A1 Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger with no onions and 2 bacon double cheeseburgers plain. Got the order and both came with all menu listed items on them. The girl at the front seemed very disinterested and the cook was as pissy as possible about it. They "fixed" the order but got back regular cheeseburgers instead of doubles. Oh well less calories for me. My buddy says his fixed burger was perfect so that's a plus I guess. read more

Sadly whenever i go here food seems to be cold or left under a heat lamp. Last time i paid a small fortune for 2 burgers and fries. I had a tavern burger and came out same price at Red Robin a few weeks back. I guess i know where we will not be eating. Fast food vs. sit down. I will choose the latter. Plus the food is fresh, its not at the BK. read more

I'm really not surprised about my experience at Burger King. Now that the concern is for the employee and not the customer. The burgers have shrunk and the price has doubled. We bought a King burger and it was the size of a small bacon burger. How do I know, because my son got the bacon cheese burger, We won't be back to any Burger King until they change thier policy. Good Luck. You will be out of business in less than 5 years. read more

Ordered from Drivethru - didn't get what I ordered. I paid for what I ordered. Had to ask for sauce for chicken fries. Didn't seem interested in customer service. Food is the worst I've had from a Burger King franchise period. Whoever was cooking at around 4:30pm on Sunday July 19th should seek employment somewhere that does not involve preparing food for the public. To the franchise owner, maybe you should research how to provide good customer service for your customers as well as good product. Good location that's it. read more
