I should've yelped this place before I arrived. I am not kidding when I say the drive through took, FOREVER. I sat there in the car with my brother and it was backed up all the way. A good 15 minute youtube video kept me entertained. When we got to the drive through window, they handed us our drinks first (which is completely normal). Then we proceeded to wait for another 5 minutes while the employee slowly walked around. I ordered a Sourdough King, which was new so i expected it to take a little longer. What I didn't expect was to see it on the waiting tray getting cold while the employee was looking for it. She did not see the sandwich at all. Took her another good 2 minutes and by that time, our drinks were getting watered down. The ice had melted by the time I got home and our food was cold. Please don't rebuke me for stopping at a Burger King. Yes, it may not be a typical place for an avid Yelper like me. But recently I am on a quest to find a good burger and I had to start somewhere. How else can a "condemned to hell" Hindu like me with a strictly vegetarian wife find a great burger? And so here I am on this rainy morning running an errand. I decide to pull into this place for a take out lunch. I opt for the Jr. Whopper meal with onion rings and a diet Coke (Pepsi?) I wanted to go to Don Roberto's and have Renee make me a burger that is on my list, but it was out of the way and I was starved. So starved, that I pulled into a Walgreens and ate in the parking lot. I am not used to eating in the car. The meal was satisfying. But then as they say, a hungry man will eat anything. Now I know what BK has to offer. The drive thru was flawless. This review is based on customer service. Every time I come to this Burger King location there is always a problem. They are so rude every time. And even the managers are rude. I just went to this location at 7:30 PM on 4/09. I just wanted a spicy chicken sandwich. And I saw that they have them two for six dollars so I asked the person there to change my order. The manager told me that I had to go back through the drive-through and place my order again. When I got to the window. Previously the lady had an attitude already. So when she told me, that I had to go through the window again I told her to cancel my order. She didn't care. The manager does not care about making money for this location or care about customer service. So I refuse to come to this location again. Worst service ever. If I could give zero stars I would, so we show up and nobody is working the drive through and then we get down. And nobody is inside at all, we call and wait and ask for help and nobody is there. Mind you this is noon, then my wife goes to the back to ask for help, and they're all hiding in the dumpster smoking weed. Then the manager gets mad at my wife for going back there and approach's her trying to intimidate her. Don't you hate it when you order a burger through the drive-thru with no mayonnaise, and you end up getting a burger with extra mayonnaise? I ended up throwing the burger away, because I was all the way home before I noticed. I checked the reciept at the window to make sure it was ordered correctly, and it was. For a better servive they have to gove training to the cashier that works at night. Improvement needed! The service at this location is horrible. NEW MANAGEMENT NEEDED! The staff is rude because the managers are rude. I ordered 30 nuggets and asked that they be cooked fresh and while placing my order I could hear the mgr or lead telling an employee its better than nothing and when I got to the drive thru window she was telling the employee if they didn't like it they could clock out and go home...and I was still given 30 nuggets that were not fresh. I've learned to check my order before I leave so I drove back around to the drive through, because they ask you to pull around and park as soon as you pay, and asked again that my nuggets be cooked fresh. They made me pull around again to wait. A few minutes later a worker cane out with an order and came up to my car requesting to see my receipt. I told her I had 30 nuggets fresh and that I was the only car waiting. She said she had 40 nuggets and that I wasn't the only car waiting. She walked to another car that was behind me and it wasn't there order. She went back inside and another worker came out with both bags...she came to my car first and said 30 fresh nuggets which I confirmed and she gave me my order and she took the other bag around by the drive thru window where another car was waiting...they probably got my 30 nuggets that were not fresh because the bag was wrinkled...people work hard for their money and ITS TIME OUT FOR BAD SERVICE!! I love going to Burger King in general so I wasn't expecting anything bad since I've had good experiences, but this Burger King in this specific area... I can't explain with words with how terrible the customer service is. They made me wait a good 15 minutes just so I can give my order. I couldn't understand the lady taking my order since she had a very strong accent. She got one of the drinks that I ordered incorrectly, and told us to pull up to the front to receive my food. I've waited for a solid 20+ MINUTES!!! I understand that there's a lot of people coming in and ordering, but I shouldn't be waiting for 20+ minutes only to receive a bag of what I ordered. Not only was the customer service bad, but there was a homeless man standing by the drive thru area and gave him some spare change. To save everyone's time, money, and energy, don't come here. The food here is usually terrible, And the costumer service is worse. I just got food from here bc it was convenient. I usually try to go to the one on Airport and Dairy Ashford even though it's farther. it's always way better then this place. It was more convenient for me to go here bc of the time. I pulled my card out to pay but forgot that I was going to pay with cash so I put it back. The lady (that seemed to be the manger) walked off bc I assume she thought I was paying with my card. (Aka my fault Ig idk) so I waited patiently to look back at me and tell her I was going to pay with cash. And she literally said "oh my gawwwwd" I wanted to go off on her like stfu lol, but nah stayed composed bc I was hungry and I was in a rush. Also bc I would t put it past them to do something to my food. But even when I got my food (#8 original chicken sandwich $ nuggets) the sandwich was in two pieces and I could tell was fried twice (aka being old food) and I knew this bc when I was 18 I worked for bk so Ik how the food is cooked. I took one bite and throw it away. I should have just gone to Airport and Dairy Ashford ‍ btw I was once asked by an employee if she could borrow my phone so she could rate this place 5 stars. Their custom service is horrible! Last time I had to just drive off without completing my order, because this girl's attitude was terrible. I foolishly decided to give this location another chance, because it's about 2 minutes from my house and I've gotten okay service in the past. Big mistake! I ordered a whopper jr., small onion rings, and apple pie. This simple order shouldn't take time but I was asked to wait in the parking lot for my order. Um okay? Anyway I wait almost 20 minutes and finally ask an employee giving someone else their food about my order. She goes in brings my food, doesn't say anything, and quickly walks away. I checked the bag and saw there was no zesty sauce, so I had to call out to her and ask for it. When she was gone to get the sauce, I realized she did not bring my apple pie either! Almost 20 minutes and still could not get my order right. When she came back with the sauce, I let her know about my missing apple pie. She makes a nasty face then says another employee was suppose to bring it. She goes inside, I wait another 5 minutes before deciding to just go back through the drive-thru line to ask for it. They ask me to pull up and hand it over with no sorry or anything. Never coming here again! These employees need serious training. read more
