Every time I go to this location the food is cold. I'm not talking cooled down cold I'm talking there is no way this food was to temp anytime recently. I took it apart and felt the actual patty and absolutely no warmth. Also the bun was hard like stale and dry. I don't know how they are still in business. Worst Restaurant Ever! My husband and I were on our way up north and stopped for lunch. It was right off the exit so we stopped here. Usually, Burger King is fairly good. This one is awful. Service wasn't that great. The pop machine was out of ice. Somehow our food wasn't that hot, even though we were like the only ones there. The lettuce on my burger was brown and gross. There was also some sort of tiny hair thing in the ketchup. I don't know what it was. That same kind of hair thing also showed up in our burgers. So disgusting! I wish I would've looked up reviews of this place before we decided to go here. Worst decision ever. They need updating, cleaning and a whole new staff or it needs to be shut down. read more

Friday night, "rush" (3 orders in 30 minutes while here) has the employees spending more time complaining to each other and to what I assume is a regular about how understaffed they are tonight. I see a manager and 5 or 6 employees... But I guess they need more help (just wait til they see how $15/hr cuts payroll). They guy handing out orders can't figure out what he's doing, having to ask for help from the manager for one order (is it all here?... Did you look inside the bags YOU packed?). The food was slow to come and not as fresh nor warm as expected. My fries were warm at best (not hot) the meat was bland, and it tasted like it there wasn't a flame to cook it on. Old coke machine here, not the one with hundreds of flavors but only 8 to choose from. Dining area is messy, trash overflowing (with at least one employee out here just sitting on the rail chatting with co-workers about staff issues). Floor messy too, but it is snowing so I guess that's expected. Several tables full of trash. Employees look like they haven't washed more than their hands in months, and most haven't a clue what a barber does. With that much hair, shouldn't they wear hair nets? At least the one I saw in the restroom DID wash his hands before returning to work. This isn't local to me as I was just passing tnru, but I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. Slow and unfriendly service. 1 star for washing your hands. read more

What a disappointment! They recently renovated the place & things were tip top here for a month. I felt wow. Food that you expect & used to get years ago. I have tried a couple of times to come here for a sit down lunch. The friggin door is locked with only a note saying to wear a mask inside. There is no indication that inside is closed to the public. The drive thru is slower then molasses. The food is really sub par, cold and not what you would expect from this place. You can't blame this on COVID. You can master the drive thru process even with this condition. WAKE UP MANAGEMENT!!! read more

Seriously, there could be no one in the lane and just the worker's cars in the parking lot and you will still wait eons for your order. Whoever owns this place needs to crack the whip. They don't have toys for the kids meal (as a matter of policy... not like "they were out of toys once"). Getting from the drive-thru box to M59 seems to take such an excruciatingly long time, that you'll almost wonder if some has-been celebrity is going to pop out of the dumpster and tell you you're being pranked for a T.V. show. Don't use your debit or credit card here!!! I went in earlier today and ate inside, paid with a debit card. Then 2 hours later when I get home I noticed that they double charged my debit card. Called and they told me they need the original receipt or they can't do anything about it. Sadly I didn't keep the receipt so they won't do anything about it. It wasn't busy when I went they can check and if they had an order with the exact amount a little less than a minute later should be a red flag. I didn't insert my card twice it took a few for it to go thru with their system so It definitely has something to do with their system and they won't even bother to try to resolve it or anything!! read more

Every day I pass this place I keep expecting to see it closed down. I have tried this location 3 times and each time I am the only customer and it takes FOREVER to get your order. One time I waited at the speaker drive through for over five minutes. I called them and asked if they could take my order, again I was the only care there!!!!! I LOVE this Burger King. The employees there are so thoughtful and friendly! My entire office is hooked on their chicken/apple/blue cheese salad. It's awesome. We call ahead of time to let them know we are coming for them because they make them up fresh as ordered. The staff and food is excellent. When I take my kids in to eat in the dining room, they always come to the table and ask how everything is. Never happens at any other fast food restaurant! Very happy! read more

This Burger King is unbelievably slow. Even if you go through the drive-thru during the week during an off time and there is no one else in line, it will take a long time to get your food. You have about a 50% chance of getting your food appropriately cold or warm, and about 60-70% chance of getting what you ordered, how you ordered it. Service varies by who is working--friendly or efficient or bored or unhelpful, but usually not good. I hope they get new management or workers, but I won't hold my breath. Weird they told us to move forward to wait on food, no one was behind us and she gave us our food right away... why did she tell us to move forward?? They stared at us until they gave us our food. Usually I would know better, being I was in a rush I thought I would give this store another chance. Knowing how horrible the drive thru is I thought I would walk in and order. After the store manager took my order He then proceeded to close out the register. I witnessed the manager counting coins and a large stack of dollar bills while standing at the counter. Once my order was finished the manager did not miss a beat---nor clean his hands--- before stuffing my sandwhichs and open container of fries into the bag. I guess I am to blame, I saw this coming and did not speak up. For some reason I thought one of the other four people behind the counter or the night manager would be serving my food. Once I pointed out how disgusted I was, the manager mentioned that he did not "touch" my food, that he just packed my bag. Prior visits to this store I have experienced very long waits and very screwed up orders. Poor hygiene and possible food containmentation from a manager of a store is not acceptable. read more

Slowest BK I have ever been to and as the years pass it just gets worse. To add, I have been inside a few times over the years and can recall the manager on two different occasions talking to the employees like dirt and basically airing dirty laundry. Be a bit more professional and if a conversation is needed to be had do the right thing and take them in to the office versus making the customers feel so uncomfortable. read more
