Went into Hays' Burger King on Christmas Evening. The staff had been there all day and were exhausted but were truly doing their best, communicating with each other, and costumers with respect. Lots of people inside. All appeared to be employees, their families, etc. All were just hanging out, not eating. Nobody seemed to be in charge. I ordered two average meals. It took 25 minutes and I never received my food. My order was "over looked". I asked for my money back and left. I was not impressed at all. I do NOT recommend this Burger King. read more

Horrible service. What appeared to be a manager, ringing up an order for his own kids. Never acknowledged me with a hello welcome to Burger King, we'll be with you soon..nothing. Wait 10 min when someone noticed me and took my order. Food was cold. Messed up the order and had to wait for them to drop onion rings. Terrible food and service. No ice, no ice tea, drink machine empty. Drive thru person had to fill cups. Flies everywhere and dirty. Garbage can outside dumped over smelled like sewage. Despite having 3 separate orders and still coming back around for a forth one, the blonde girl was very kind and still extremely fast with her service god bless her I wish I had enough to tip her but seeing as we did 4 separate transactions as you can tell we obviously didn't have enough but other than that she seemed by herself so I felt bad but absolutely loved her servicewish I got her name read more

This place is incredible. Not only is it difficult to get to, they now are resorting to ripping off customers. Yesterday I got 2 coffees for $2. A little surprised, but hey. Today I'm told it is $3.49. I ask about yesterday. GM tells the ditz working the counter (she's 1/2 asleep) no such price...even though across the street McDonald's sells coffee for $2. So, the price is now a whopping $4.10 for 2 coffees. I give her $5.10 and get back a handful of change. WTF? I tell the girl that I gave her $5.10. She tells me 'no you didn't' and I'm just so pissed off, I just drive away. Food is good but service has always been horrendous. read more

I have eaten at Burger Kings all over the state of Kansas and really enjoy the service and food. Not so much today, we were in Hays for doctors appointments and thought we would go to the local Burger King. Drive thur employee sounded like she was bored and repeated our order in such a garbled voice I could not understand her. I asked for the hand breaded chicken sandwich, received some flat piece of coated meat on a long burnt bun, french fries that were luke warm with no tatse and root beer I ordered was colored water. My husband's food tasted like it had been sitting in a holding bin for hours. If I had been offered my receipt I would have went inside and asked for my money back.. I have eaten at Burger King restaurants in other cities hundred times. I like the flame broiled burgers over the competitors. This particular establishment has either a language barrier at the drive-through or a bad mic/speaker. They had to switch to three different people before speaking to understand what I was asking for. And when we got our meal, everything was room temperature. The buns were hard as rock. The onion rings I ordered had more french fries than rings in the container. Horrible place to eat. read more

I got very fast service, about 2 minutes from ordering to leaving! I know that they were ready for the lunch rush already, but the food was put together neatly. The best part was the girl on drive thru at about 12:10...a very polite 18 or so Hispanic girl that needs a raise! She knew which questions to ask and didn't annoy me with updates, just asked for the size, entered it all quickly. Went at 2 am this morning got 2 for 6 whopper deal the Parkin lot was dead when we pulled in, not a single customer, two employees were standing outside, we ordered got the food the burgers were cold their was so much mayo on these burgers it held ALL the toppings onto the top bun waste of money read more

I only get veggie burgers at Burger King, and they tend to be a bit hit or miss -- sometimes tough around the edges, sometimes cold in the middle. We got two veggie burgers passing through here today and they were perfect! Fries were also hot and fresh, milkshake and soda were good, service was very friendly. If they handled the veggie burgers so well, I'm sure they do a great job on everything else as well. Thanks! read more
