They have a kids' play area, but it is closed due to being unsafe. They were out of ice. Service was quick, and food was hot. This restaurant is not the cleanest. There are very just about the only fast food restaurant near the interstate. This was a last resort stop for food and restrooms. Will only stop again as a last resort. read more

My husband and I pulled into this Burger King on our way home from our honeymoon. We got there @1pm had to wait 10 minutes when we tried to place our order at the drive through. There was only one car in front of us. Then after we paid she handed us our drinks and said pull up. We waited 40 minutes for our food. Our food was cold and not good. Do not recommend going to eat at this Burger King unless you want to wait for an hour and have cold food. read more

stopped here on our way back to TN and this is the most un clean, disgusting fast food place I have ever seen. the fountain drink area had standing water in the grates, the glass doors to enter were so un clean it could barely be seen through, it was oddly warm in the whole place, trash was everywhere. Employees cars are parked in front of the front door not in parking spaces, this place should be shut down. bathrooms were disgusting, there was only two workers and they were not in a hurry. this review shouldn't even get one star but I couldn't leave anything less. shut this place down! Was craving some of Burger Kings breakfast items so I detoured on my way to work to go there. Drive thru was empty so it didn't take long from start to finish. The young lady at the window was courteous. My sausage and cheese croissant was great. My French toast sticks not so much. They appeared old and overcooked. My husband had a taste for the sourdough burger, in placing the order we were informed that the burger that has bacon in its contents they could not accommodate due to they were out of ba on and the price will remain the same. The manager reiterated what the cashier stated and rudely "the price isn't going to change, either you take it or you don't. " Appalled by her statement, I express her comment was rude and unbecoming as the manager. I shared I was a manager too a little over a year ago and asked how much will it cost to add bacon to a sandwich? $1 was her answer. I then asked why can't the $1 be taken off of the total price and said "I not going to do it." We thanked her and declined to purchase anything from this establishment due lack of customer care, accommodation and courtesy, the rudeness of her statement has blighted my desire to ever return to this Burger King. When we asked for ketchup he said they didn't have any. Apparently no pickles either. Dining room was a mess with employees doing nothing. Toilet paper roll was on the floor instead of dispenser. the most horrible Burger Kings in this area. I went to the drive thru on a Friday morning around 9am and was told the drive thru was closed and I needed to come inside to place an order . If I wanted to go inside I would not have been in the drive thru to begin with. I commented I was not dressed to come inside the employee laughed and said OH WELL. There wasn't a sign posted saying anything about it being closed. Just left this Burger King. Ordered an iced coffee and two grilled chicken sandwiches. The iced coffee was all cream and no coffee. Both chicken sandwiches were undercooked - one was still pink - and tasted like the chicken was several days old. First time in my life I have thrown an entire meal away. read more

My visit to this BK has re-solidified why I do not like to dine at BK. I thought I would give one more chance, since I was only ordering coffee, but after this incident, I will never dine at BK again, nor recommend BK in the future. I ordered 1 MD Mocha Frappe at 439pm. I did not receive it until 454pm. There was another customer who ordered before me who also waited about 15min. The restaurant was not busy at all. In fact the employees (to include manager) were more worried about talking to each other about non-related items. As I was waiting, another customer came in and ordered coffee and was served before me. When I asked the manager about this, she said that person had ordered before either me or the other patron. When I told her that was not correct, which also included the person who ordered after who said it was not true, the Manager snapped back at me that "We only have one machine and you'll get your coffee when it is ready." I immediately asked for my money back-manager refused and said your coffee is being made. As I exited, I saw an employee with side door open smoking cigarette and talking to other employee. My receipt did not have store number listed, so it was very difficult to complete survey without extensive research on BK's site. read more
