This is a very bad BK I work close by and will never go back. I have tried and tries to get a correct order and not cold food. ...No luck though. I have multiple complaints but this one is the worst. If your the only one at the window and in line they make you pull up instead of waiting for my order at the window every time and rude about it! I won't get my bonus if you don't pull up. I came here today for lunch and there was only 1 other car in line when I ordered, I ordered 3 things from the value menu and they asked me to pull forward and wait in a parking spot for them to bring my food out for me. I waited 15 minutes so decided to drive around to check and see what was going on. I guess they had my order sitting up on the table the whole time and forgot about me. When I got to work ready to eat they forgot to put any of the sauce I asked for as well. Really bad experience and nobody there was even decent at speaking English. this is by far the worst hamburger Ive ever eaten in my 72 years of life. I ordered my burgers and they were prepared from the time it took me to drive from order speaker to the window. They were cold, dry, and the cheese was hard from being left out. I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered the new bacon and cheese spicy chicken sandwich, when I got home I saw that I did not get what I paid for. I received just a normal plain chicken crispy sandwich. I looked at my receipt and attempted to call to speak to a manager, but my phone call would not go through. Then I looked online for another phone number I could call, then I got this customer relations number...why does this business not have a working phone number that customers can call and speak to a manager verses having to wait 30 minutes or more to put in a complaint. I used the mobile app to pay choosing this address and the Mapquest led us here. Then the manager said their system couldn't find my name and therefore even though I paid for it, showed their the order number and email receipt, I couldn't received my food. The manager said he couldn't do anything,. It was supposed to be a quick pick up and but it last for over 45 minutes without my food that I paid for. We came in with coupons the kids earned in school, one of the staff member was making me feel like they were fake when Miller Elementry literally gave them to kids on honor roll. Worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to. They always get my orders wrong and they make you pull up to the front of the store every time when going through drive thru. Today I went and order two whopper combos and two chicken fry orders for my kids. Before leaving I triple checked my order. When I arrived home and took the food out of the bag noticed one of the whoopers was extra small. They had given me the wrong burger. I don't see how If I had ordered two and the other was correct. I drove all the way back. The lady apologized. While I waited my daughter texted me that the sprites were bad. I asked her for a replacement for those as well. She asked me to pull up to the front and she would take the burger out to me. I should have said no but I did anyway. I waited 15 min for 1 burger. After I saw the 5th car leave the drive thru I drove around the drive thru again. She acted surprised to see me. She rushed the staff and I finally got my burger. I started eating it on the way home cause at this point I was starving. I don't know how but that burger was cold. I had just left the drive thru they took FOREVER to make the burger and yet I still got it cold. I couldn't even eat it. They charged me for food they didn't have (4 out of the 7 items) and have yet to refund me it's been 3 days (edit, it's now been a couple weeks this post was originally posted on fb) the GM was suppose to call me yesterday but of course never did & now she's conveniently out of town. They stole my money, I never received any food. Corp. doesn't answer and doesn't take voice messages! They were rude from the moment I walked in and asked Juan at the register how he was doing and I got no response and then wanted to just replace my order with something I wouldn't be satisfied with, all I wanted was my money back so I could go to another Burger King down the street for what I ordered and was charged for or my money back! I have posted a fb review and called the complaint line as well in which they instructed me to call the bank to put in a report and the bank will reimburse my money! Like, really? It's not about the $15 it's about ownership, responsibility, and common courtesy especially to paying customers that aren't in the wrong, they have yet to be held responsible and that's why I'm making this review. read more

I wish I could give this place no stars! They never have fast service and to top of they are always low on staff. They told us that the only way we can order is going threw the drive thru and then come inside. if the case was they were low on staff they should have just closed the doors to the business. read more
