This review is for their new Whopperito. It was really odd, I think because they didn't prepare it properly. It's a pretty big burrito for the cost. The first two thirds of it was simply junks of burger and a few pickles, little of the sauce that other online reviewers had mentioned (and mostly liked). Any sauce and other juicy ingrediants were smooshed into the last third of the thing with no meat. I would never buy this thing again. It wasn't terrible, just not as good as a whopper. Or my favorite, simple cheeseburger, onions and mustard only. Also tried their chicken nuggets for first time. Pretty good, comparable to McNuggets except I liked McNuggets breading more. I only got these because they were 10 for a $1.49 now, will revert back to $3++ at some time. Not worth that price. read more

We went to the drive through, BIG MISTAKE! I'm starting to wonder if this Burger King is sexist. We went to the drive through the first time thinking we could order our chicken fries and be done, I WAS WRONG. We waited for 15 minutes just for them not to answer and two MEN in a different lane who got there after us were able to order. Make this make sense. It was very quiet, maybe because they SUCK and they are Apperently SEXIST, because since when did it take 20 minutes to order chicken fries. I can't tell if the people working just don't know how to take orders or they hate me and want me to die. Either way you could say the service was awful and I am never coming back, and neither should you. read more

Burger King - My daughter angry after not getting her chicken fries bc - Burgers Near Me - Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri

The only thing worse than the service is the time it takes to get said terrible service.

Worst service and super slow. They would take the order of 1 car at a time and once that car had left the window with their order they would take the next one. Dine in was not even busy. Alot of cars left the drive-thru lane because if this. They dont deserve any stars read more

Sat in the drive thru line for twenty minutes before getting to the speaker with 5 cars ahead of me. Got to the speaker and was placed on hold for another 10 minutes. Took my order and waited another 15 minutes to receive food. Should have went to a sit down restaurant, might have gotten food a lot faster. read more

Burger King - Sat here like this for over 15 minutes - Burgers Near Me - Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri

Literally turned away for trying to order 5 hash browns without calling ahead. Have had multiple units say that they have refused to take their order even for four people because they didn't call ahead. Shouldn't even be allowed on the installation. Their values of service do not align with the population they are their to serve. read more

They are really slow at taking orders, this hasn't been the first time I have waited 10 +minutes to have my order taken. Their was one car infront of me when I pulled up and they waited a few minutes before I pulled up to the intercom I waited about 10 minutes and had 3 cars behind me when they finally took my order 5 minutes after the car infront of me recieved their food. I'm really disappointed in the slowness if the drive thru order taking. Only having 30 minutes of a block for my break and waiting 15 to 20 minutes to get my food really sucks and the parking lot was empty. read more

I'm not sure what's going on at this location but I waited 10 mins to place my order then another 10 to get my food before I just pulled away. They were not busy, only one car in front of me. When I pulled up to order my food the car behind me was stuck trying to order for 10 mins. This occurs every time I go there. I'm staying away. I think you should too!! read more

If you like ordering "FAST FOOD" paying then told to wait in the parking lot for your order every single time you visit then come here. The workers are rude and when you ask them anything all they they tell you to pull forward. read more

I only chose 1 Star because there was not an option to do a negative star. First of all it takes a lot for me to write a review to this degree about terrible Customer Service. Number one I am a Business owner myself and it is all about Customer Service, Period!!! Secondly they never have enough staff running the place, my guess is because they want to save money on labor, so in turn the Customer suffers waiting around because they are too Cheap to have a full staff running the store at Peak hours. Thirdly, every time I go through Drive Through they park you so that when Corporate or whoever, looks at the Drive through times, it shows that they are getting the people through really fast, when in fact they are Lying and Cheating the system. Once again the Customer has to pay for their lack of staff, which is wrong and unfair to the Customer because, anyone that owns a Business knows that it is about Customer Service, Not about saving Money. So today I figure that I will give this BK one more chance, I go through drive through and the wait is like 15 minutes for two cars in front me. I finally get up to the box and give them my order and I am told that "I can only have two zesty sauces for my Onion Rings and that they will have to Charge me more for each one" When did they start charging for condiments? are they going to start charging for napkins and ketchup? Where does this madness end? I have Never! Ever! in 50 Years been told that "they have to charge more for Condiments" That is Freakin Ridiculous!! It is about Customer Service, It is not about YOU the Business. If it was not for use Customers then you would be out of Business. I am Officially done with this BK on Fort Leonard Wood. read more

The people that work here are friendly enough, but the wait times are ridiculous. It's understandable to be backed up during high demand times like lunch, but to wait 20 minutes during non-peak hours is a little frustrating. Additionally, waiting 20 minutes to then be given a microwaved impossible burger is unacceptable. read more

This is the absolute worst place to eat. We sat in line for the drive for 20 mins. Not because it was busy but from what I'm guessing is the manager didn't allow the drive thru to take orders because the store reviews how long it takes to make orders. So they make people sit in the drive thru and wait to order when they are done with previous orders. read more

Just got lunch there. The poor lady at the first window! She had the hardest job. Talk about overload! She was taking orders. Then taking payment at same time from another customer. Maybe that works durning off hours. But rush time hours on a busy post!! Give that lady a medal! Bless her heart. read more

Slow as hell, one car in front of me at the drive thru, gave my order, got to the window & was asked to move up to wait for my food, still took me another 10-15 minutes to get my food. read more

I come here a few times a month if I don't have time to go home for dinner due to a formation. They have only messed up my order once and I did not catch the mistake until I was home. When I called, they were very apologetic and wanted to fix the mistake. They offered me a free meal and were very helpful and friendly in the process. read more

Every time I go the fries are fine temperature wise but they seem like the ones from the bottom of the bag. I usually order chicken fries and I always have to check them before I leave. They're either cold or really rubbery feeling. When you let them know too they get irritated and only replace the chicken fries so by the time they're done cooking your fries are cold so your meal is never perfect. I've been in situations like that at other places and they replace your fries as well but this Burger King is just lazy and they hate to do their jobs right the first time. Management should really put their foot down but it's so hard to tell who's even manager and if they're acting the same way. I don't know who it was but the woman I approached about my order was immediately like what's wrong and had this look on her face like she was annoyed. She then told her coworker really loud, "she says the chicken fries are cold like they haven't been sitting under the warmer." First of all nobody wants food that's just been sitting under the warmer for so long that it's cold second of all that's so unprofessional and instead of giving an attitude just do your job right the first time. read more
