I on the other hand was totally not satisfied, especially not with the customer service of the waitress and bartender. They both just wanted to place the blame elsewhere rather than to solving the issue. The waitress wouldn't even ask the cook to expedite my burger but had no problem asking me to wait 30 more minutes and to have my partner eat alone. Not acceptable, not our first time here, and won't be back.

This means you get to build your own burger! You can choose between different patties, sauces, toppings and sides - you could even build yourself a Hawaiian Chicken Burger with a fried egg on top...if you would ever consider something as gross as that ;) Just saying...you could!
