Wow, we had a great experience. There were 23 of us, two tables, and all ordered burgers, from Mango burger, Jack fruit burger, old fashioned, pesto turkey burger, to BBQ veggie burger. Beers, water, apple juice, half beer/half lemonade. The 3 servers who we interacted with were efficient, friendly, and weren't overwhelmed with our large group. We got suggestions and hints on best burger choice. Nice outsideish garden, clean two stall toilet, pleasant experience. I would go back, but to be honest, go with a very large appetite, or order one with light sauce, as most of us ended up really full. read more

Here we are, now sitting inside McDonald's to satisfy our burger craving because Zapfhahn wasn't able to deliver. I don't know what's worse. Waiting nearly 1 hour for a burger that you didn't order, or being told that you'd have to wait another 30 minutes for the correct one. The one other person who joined me received the correct burger (with fries, in which he didn't order) only to find out that the people next to us received our food, and we theirs. They didn't care or notice that their food was wrong and went about eating my potentially delicious burger. I on the other hand was totally not satisfied, especially not with the customer service of the waitress and bartender. They both just wanted to place the blame elsewhere rather than to solving the issue. The waitress wouldn't even ask the cook to expedite my burger but had no problem asking me to wait 30 more minutes and to have my partner eat alone. Not acceptable, not our first time here, and won't be back. read more

Food was OK-the roll seemed to be a bit stale and was falling apart. The burger was ok by itself. I ended up pulling off the bun and just eating a burger with a side salad that I ordered. read more

The family had four different burgers, and each one was super and very unique, and juicy. The homemade peach sweet tea is highly recommended, and you can get it with or without carbonated water. Recommend reservations, since it got busy quickly. We were lucky that a table was open, and we needed less than an hour to eat. We will definitely come back!
