I placed an online order about 10 minutes before leaving work and got there around 6:30 PM. It took me about 15 minutes to drive there. I pulled into the drive-thru, told them I had a mobile order, and sat there for five full minutes without even a basic acknowledgment. When I finally got to the window, I was made to wait over 30 minutes for my food -- with zero communication, no apology, nothing. When I politely asked why it was taking so long, the employees flat-out ignored me. When I pointed out that they should probably focus on getting orders out faster, one of them looked right at me and told me to "fuck off" -- like it was normal to speak to customers that way. Completely disgusting attitude and a total lack of professionalism across the board. Clearly no one working here cares about their job, customer service, or basic human decency. We stopped coming to this location on Fenton Rd for awhile because the food went downhill. My husband had decided to try there again today and was very impressed. The young man was so nice and polite and the food was great. We will be visiting there again. They have restored my faith. read more

After looking at a couple of properties we felt a spur of the moment need for a fish sandwich! So we checked for nearby fast food places that have fish Sandwiches and...Burger King popped up. I called to make sure they had fish Sandwiches and found out they did and they were on sale 2/$6...and we happened to have a Burger King gift card...perfect! After arriving I pulled into the Drive Thru and placed our order for 2/$6 Fish Sandwiches and then pulled ahead to pay. I actually had two gift cards, one with some change left on it and a new one not previously used. I handed both cards and explained but when she swiped them their machine wouldn't read them. She had the manager try to figure it out and initially he had the same results. I'm not sure what it is with BK gift cards but this has happened to me at another location, too. Eventually the manager manually entered the card information and it worked! Great! We could have Fish Sandwiches after all! After all of that when we finally got our food and pulled into a parking spot to eat they were surprisingly still quite hot! They came on a soft Brioche Bun with Lettuce and Pickles and they really hit the spot. Then we were off on our way home. I did feel bad for the several cars in the Drive Thru line but that's just the luck of the draw. Staff that we dealt with handled our transaction well under the circumstances. I am rating the Drive Thru and food quality experience only. I would stop here again if I am in the area! read more

Save your money. Went today ahead of the snow storm, the only people in line at 8:00 AM. Four sandwiches, french toast sticks, cinnamon minis, and three orders of hashrounds all crammed into one bag - to start. One sandwich was missing cheese, another one was missing a whole sausage patty, and the hashrounds were so undercooked they squished instead of crunching. Report this? My wife & I come here often. Not any more! 1st, the person at the drive through was kinda new. We waited a long time in line, then saw the car before us speed off, park & go in to complain. They took her sandwich apart with their bare hands & inspected then set the burger on the counter with the other food being delivered. I watched close to make sure I did not get that burger after them touching it. 2nd: The printer was out of paper & I was unable to get a receipt after they ran my card. She never said anything so I asked for it. Was told it had been down "all day" and they had called about it. I wanted the copy because the new employee 1st charged us wrong, then fixed it, then mixed up our order asking if we had cheese. We did not. I asked about a hand written receipt & was told no, they got a younger blonde/glasses who said she was the manager. She was rude about my receipt, refused to give me a written one, refused to give me even her first name, a number I could call with concerns & walked away when I tried to take her picture. So this morning I went through the drive through and ordered my food and they literally took 5 minutes trying to figure out how to take it off my order bc they punched it in wrong. Then I proceeded to go inside instead bc of the wait and clearly the guy wasn't going to figure it out. Upon entering the same guy took my order again, wrong it up wrong again, then the manager came out and proceeded to start harassing me with "are you having a bad day" "if you would just wait a second I would have told you there is no ice in the machine" "listen I'm doing you a favor by typing in a sausage biscuit instead of croissant" as if I care about how much I was ALREADY GOING TO PAY. Went to this Burger King in the AM. I am a commuter and on the road shortly after 6 AM and it is hit or miss if they are open. My last visit was the worst to date. Ordered the two for 4 dollars (Breakfast Sandwiches), one bacon and one sausage at the drive thru. Was shocked that it took me over 12 minutes to get my order and the line was really backed up. Order was wrong. My bacon croissant was in pieces and falling apart and I got a sausage biscuit instead of the sausage croissant. Both sandwiches tasted awful. Professionalism of the staff that morning was not appropriate as there was no sense of urgency to get orders processed correctly and timely. Highly recommend Swartz Creek (Miller Road), Dort Hwy near Atherton Rd, or Pierson Rd near I-75 Burger King Restaurants. read more

Which I assume explains most of what I am whining about. The ONLY reason I go is because my Son adores the original chicken sandwiches. This is the worse fast food restaurant ever!!! I had to repeat myself 10 times for a whopper meal, no cheese, with a coke. Everytime she asked me to repeat myself I could hear all the noise in the restaurant, her and her coworkers laughing and being very loud and unprofessional. Almost every time I come here, my order is always wrong. Frequently receive whoppers with onion when ordered without onion, and almost no condiments. About a month ago, they forgot to give me my drink, and I did not notice until I got home, and had to drive back to get it. About two weeks ago, I ordered two whopper meals, both no onion, with extra mayo. What we got was two whoppers with extra onion, almost no mayo, and the tomatoes were old, overripe, and wrinkly. Called the store and got a really nice manager who took my complaint seriously and put my name down in the book for two free whopper meals. Went back in yesterday to get the free whopper meals. Manager (I believe the name was Cathy or Kathy), looked for almost 10 minutes then told me they could not find it in the book, but "I guess I can make them for you." She asked me what was wrong with them, and I told her they were ordered as no onion, extra mayo, and we got them as extra onion, barely any mayo, and really old and nasty tomatoes. I then added that I also did not want tomato or pickles on one of them. She shouted to the cook to make one whopper no onion, extra mayo, and one no tomato and no pickle. I corrected her and told her that they were both no onion and extra mayo, and one of them was also no tomato and no pickle. She then put on a forced smile and said "you need to tell me that then. No wonder your order was wrong." She then shouted the correct order to the cook. She then asked for my receipt and I told her I did not have it because I was never given one. She told me that they always give receipts. I have never been given a receipt with any meal I have ever bought at this location. She then gave me two drink cups, and I went and filled my drinks. I was then told by an employee the whoppers were ready, but I did not see that they had made any fries. I asked about the fries, and was told that they were told to just make me the burgers. I told them they were supposed to be meals. The employee then asked "If they were meals, then why do you only have one drink?" and she pointed at a drink that was sitting on the counter when I walked in. I told her that was not mine, and pointed at my drinks over by the drink machines. She then told me that I would be waiting for the fries. While waiting for them, the manager asked the employee why they had not given me my burgers yet. The employee told her that I had said they were supposed to be meals, and the manager told the employee that she had told me that they were only replacing the whoppers, but to give me the fries anyway. They gave me the fries as well, but they only gave me smalls even though the original order had been upgraded to large fries. I did not correct it, however, because by this time I was so frustrated that I did not even want to deal with it anymore. I will not be back, because every time I come here my order is wrong, and apparently when you go to get it fixed, they fight you every step, talk down to you, and treat you rudely when they are the ones that can never get it right the first time. read more
