Ordered a double cheeseburger value meal with no mustard... They charged me individually for the items but were very nice at refunding the $4 extra... Then to check my bag didn't receive the value fries and I received two single hamburgers with mustard no cheese.. on top of that it was cold.. Hopefully it's just a bad day but customers look forward to after our long day, getting at least warm fast food. Ok so I may be in the minority but I actually like Burger King. The food today was pretty good and the lady behind the desk, though short, was nice enough. But the place needs a makeover SO bad. It just looks like it hasn't been updated since 1996, and things just look old and beat up. The coke machine thingy barely worked and overflowed and when I went to get some napkins, there wasn't one in the whole store. I got a couple of folded paper towels in my food bag which was nice but I hardly think anyone wants to think about someone folding a couple paper towels then laying them on my fries? Right? I wish something good would happen there because it's the closest one to me, but man I do t see it happening. Sad. read more

I went to this establishment tonight. I ordered a trio, bacon cheeseburger and chicken Jr and some fries. They pulled me around to their lobby door. I waited there for 15 min. I went inside and told them I had been waiting for me food. Turns out the manager gave my food to someone else. They didn't even realize i was still waiting on my food. I had to wait another 10 min for them to remake my food. Nobody apologized or offered me something for the bad service. I will not being going to this burger king again. read more

I went into Burger King and I ordered a Whopper and fries and it only took 2 minutes to get it all and I asked for more stuff after and actually ketchup and they gave me extra fries and another Burger and they tasted amazing and all the employees are super nice and the food was great. read more

The food was great, I asked for it fresh, and they made it all new. All the employees were so nice, and when I asked for some extra ketchup, they gave it to me and made sure it was enough. I only waited for like 5 minutes and I got 3 of the Bikini Bottom Bundles. Great servic. read more

I've been here a few times. The results all depend on who you have working. I try to avoid breakfast and mid day all week, I've seen to many mishandling of food for my liking, but recently, nights haven't been to stable either. A good portion of the time, it's not even lit up after dark, service has gotten slower and the last time we went through, I was sick for 2 days. Will definitely be a while before I return. read more

Um, so there are two people waiting on orders in this Burger King. Me and the lady in front of me. So far it has been 15 minutes and neither of us have gotten our orders. I think there is something seriously wrong with the processes at this location. There are no other customers... WTF? Update - I posted a picture of my receipt with the time I ordered on it. I am literally the only person in the place and it is now 3:30 and still no food... A number 8, a number 2, some chicken fries and and and apple pie. Went there after work to grab something quick. First it took longer than I expected. So while waiting I just happened to glance through window at floor. Noticing that there's trash all over and looked at window computer screen. This business needs some serious cleaning. After this I lost my appetite and decided not to eat my food. OK, so I'm not usually one to post on this site about negative things but I really need to share an experience I just had at the Faribault Burger King. They are running a promo on nuggets (on the billboard) so I went into order some nuggets, I was told, we don't have those? Huh? OK, I don't go to BK often cause it's usually cold and nasty. Well I had the app and decided to order Whoppers as I was there. I gave them my app and said my 82 year old mom is handicapped. I would like to use her phone for one. Well they call out the manager because the cashier could not figure out how to use the register. She came out with attitude and told me you can only have one with that, I explained my mom was handicapped (with me and I would grab her phone, I also asked why you are advertising nuggets on the billboard if you don't have them). She said no, at this point I was upset and said I'd like to see the manager, she said I am but she would not give me her name, "you don't ax me my name, I ain't gotta tell you". And then went into the back room when I pulled out my phone. The other guy at the counter could tell I was upset and told the guy preparing the Whopper "you know what to do", wasn't sure if I was going to get snot or spit in my burger at this point and then the rest of the staff all black guys (not racist here) but intimidated when they all came up to the counter threading me. I started my video and they got very upset, were gonna jump the counter. Needless to say I left. As I was leaving the establishment the same staff came outside and were screaming at us as we left the lot. I will be sending the video to BK Corporate. Wow how is this place still in business? I don't think my 82 year old mother will be going back either. So much for having it your way? -- eating nothing at Burger King (Faribault, MN). read more

Was hoping my updated review would have shown an improvement but no such luck. 4:30 pm drive through, place the order, get to the window and pay. We're informed there will be a 3 minute wait for the chicken strips and to pull ahead. 7 minutes later, they walk our food out. Whopper has obviously been sitting in the bag since we paid because it is barely room temperature. Chicken strips are over cooked, tasted burnt and are dried out. Not sure if I'll come back to this one ever again. read more

The workers at this place should be ashamed of themselves, takes 40 minutes for 2 burger meals and they forgot one of the fries. Not to mention the guy taking drive thru orders looked like he hasent showered in weeks. This is a perfect example of why minimum wage shouldn't be raised. What a waste of real estate making a Burger King where the workers would rather smoke pot in the parking lot than work. Makes me sick to my stomach, get some work ethic!!! read more

I found a ROCK in my whopper and it chipped my front tooth and then I asked for the manager they said I was lying and I'm never going back.

Absolute worse BK I've been to and it's in my own town! We have constant problems here with wait time. Some days are not horrible but I've finally had it. We wanted to drive thru quick and we were behind two cars. The car in front of must have been sitting there a while because after a minute they took off. So there's one lost customer. So we pull forward and give them 3 min to pull forward since they had already been there a while. Within about a minute they pulled forward. In the mean time a person behind us left as well so 2 customers lost. We sat at the speaker for 3-5 minutes. Nobody said said they'll be right with us. Just silence! So we left. 3 + customers lost!!! So unprofessional. I will not recommend this BK until new management takes over and they improve. read more

Ricky the manager at the time of our visit was amazing. They only had 2 staff working even though he was really busy he took the time to treat us like we were the only customer there. I give it 5 stars due to the great employees and the food was amazing! read more

Bad. There were at least 30 people working but the place was a disaster. No lids for soda cups. Many flavors of soda unavailable. Ice wasn't working on the self serve machine...but was at the drive-thru, was given attitude when asked for ice from that machine. Finally was given 4 ice cubes. That place needs better management and efficiency. read more

Unclean feeling in the restaurant. Think it needs remodeling. Got the 5 for 4 deal, the bacon cheeseburger was warm at best, the bun was hard and had enough mustard on it for 4 burgers. Chicken nuggets were cold, the only plus was the fries they were hot but to much salt. read more

I told the person behind the counter that I did not want mayo on my whooper cuz I'm allergic to it and I checked it and there was mayo on it and I brought it to their attention they looked at me funny and asked me why did I bring this back and I said there's mayo on it they said there wasn't any mayo on it I said there is. I stood there and watched the guy making my new one and he put some mayo on it and scraped it off when he say that no mayo is supposed to be on it and served it to me I refused it and I demanded my refund and the manager didn't give me my refund and told the manager I WILL NEVER RETURN THERE EVER AGAIN! read more

Waited 15 minutes for the young person to figure out the cash register after taking an order from a customer ahead of me. It was then finally my turn to order, i oredered a mint shake to go, she said "for here or to go" I said to go, then she ask me, "do you want oreo cookie mint" I said "I want a mint shake to go, it's the only option up on the menu board" she then called for the manager to come around, which took about 5 more minutes, the manager ask me, "do you want Oreo mint" being the polite person I am, I walked around the counter and pointed up onto the menu board to the mint shake item and said "this is what I want" the manger ask me "Do you want Oreo mint" I then politely picked up my money and walked out. 20 minutes wasted and didn't get a mint shake. Corporate business needs to implement more common sense towards the staff that work the counters, I was very specific to what I wanted, there was only one option available, and that was what I wanted, no need to ask customers unnecessary questions, just give the customers what they want and don't ask unnecessary questions. read more
