It's Burger King. One needs to readjust expectations other than getting a burger. This was accomplished.

I went to the Burger King in Kaufman Texas last night at 10:47 PM. The first thing I got asked was are you planning on ordering? I said yes she proceeded to say well. Our credit card machine is down and we have no french fries are you still planning on ordering Worst customer service I've ever had is under new management and I thought they would be better but they are still just the same. Went here the other day and the lady at the speaker was incredibly rude. We ordered only fries because myself and our kids have allergies, so that's all we can have. She repeated it back like we were not only an inconvenience but with a tone like we were also fat or something. We get up to the window and she had a big attitude with my husband. I asked if she was ok and she was talking back at me. I commented on her tone of voice not only at the speaker but then and she said "this is just the way I talk." Kept repeating that even though I told her in working customer service you don't have a tone like that. Each time she spoke she was all attitude. I definitely don't recommend this Burger King. Also, their slushee machine has been broken for over 2 months. No plan on fixing it because of laziness and just put a sign out there instead of actually doing something about it. read more

Door locked, drive thru closed, no sign on the window, & three employees just sitting down & eating ??? & when we pull in they're just laughing & pointing. Just don't come here they don't care & obviously corporate doesn't either read more

The food here is typical Burger King food. This place is clean and updated. However, the staff here is inattentive, and more interested in their personal business than providing a pleasant atmosphere. We heard entire conversations across the restaurant as they were unaware of just how loud they are. Many curse words were used by employees and heard by my small children. Updated Jan '18. We returned to try it again and it continues to be a disappointment. Employees children were sitting in the dinning area watching cell phone phones very loudly. Employees continue to be inattentive and just unhappy to take your order. Food is bleh, but it is Burger King. read more

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. This is the worst BK I've ever been to. I just moved to town and I love everything here except this BK...TERRIBLE! I've been about 4 times, thinking it's just a fluke. Unfortunately, it's the norm and now I won't be back!! Horrible!!! Absolutely horrible!!! My order was wrong and the manager, Maria Zavala, was incredibly rude. She needs to be fired as well as all the other employees that were standing around doing nothing while this went on. I am in disbelief that someone actually hired these people. The restaurant is updated and clean, the service is on the other hand Is TERRIBLE. We went through the drive through and the employee put like two cubes of ice in my Dr.Pepper and then we asked for a small cup of ice and she CHARGED US. Then we were checking out our food bag, and she said " please do this in the front of the restaurant" and then did not hand us our card back. read more

If you see this Burger King, just keep driving. One of the worst I have ever been too. I will say the employee that took our order was super sweet. But, the restaurant was not that busy and trash cans were very full, and the restaurant could use a good cleaning. I didn't check the bathroom, but my son said the men's bathroom was disgusting. At least they got our order correct! This place needs a management makeover and fast! read more

We stopped through town to go specifically to Burger King. The young girl at counter stated they do not have any original chicken sandwiches left. We asked her to double check... she went to back and confirmed no original chicken sandwiches. Then she asked another worker if they were ever going to get them again? Then went on to tell us she didn't know if they would ever get them back?.... what? I am pretty sure this is not corporate policy nor the franchise owner policy, the fact this location has a 1 Star review seems understandable. We will back that 1 Star review! I love Burger King, but this one is beyond trash. TERRIBLE food service, not well prepared and get our orders wrong 40% of the time, staff could care less about the customer, numerous times I've visited they are out of buns or patties or fries or something else and about the only two things positive about this place is that it is clean on the inside (at least it was when I visit) and the build-your-own-soda machine. Literally ever time I've visited here, it's been a complete joke of an experience where the staff are screaming at each other, no one know what's going on or how to meal prep, and when you get your order, it's sloppy or not correct. Honestly, I've been waiting for this place to close for years. I don't see how they get ANY business with as much negativity as it has. Look at their reviews. Every review on here is one star. As is mine. Terrible experiences here and I'll never return to this location. read more
