When we finally requested a refill, she responded by making yet another inappropriate joke instead of focusing on customer service. The combination of the inappropriate comments, workplace gossip, and inattentive service created an uncomfortable dining experience. I believe customers should be able to enjoy their meal without being subjected to unprofessional behavior from restaurant staff. I hope management will address these concerns and ensure a higher standard of professionalism moving forward.

The friendly woman at the counter took her time to explain the dry rubs and answered other questions we had about the menu. The food came out quickly, which surprised me since they were quite busy with the fairly long line at the drive thru. Everything was hot and freshly made. The lemon pepper chicken strips were far superior to Wing Stop and other places that have rubs. I loved the seasoning on their French fries. Zaxby's chicken sandwich was super crunchy. I love Popeyes chicken sandwiches, but Zaxby's is just as good. Next time, I'll have to try their spicy chicken sandwich to see how it compares to Popeyes. A worker walked around cleaning tables after guests left and asked patrons how they were enjoying their food. I think I found my favorite fast food restaurant in town.
