I know it sounds ridiculous to visit a Burger King while visiting the island of Puerto Rico, but it was a must do due to the fact that we saw them literally everywhere on the island. We were curious to see if the menu was different from the states and what the lure was all about.
As you enter, it seems like any other Burger King that you've been in but there were some differences in the menu. In addition to the typical items you see here is the states, they offered additional items. The one thing that stuck out was the Nutella ice cream sundae which I ordered of course. It was okay.
The burgers definitely tasted different in PR. Not better though, and although I couldn't tell what the difference was exactly, the meat seemed questionable.
I did notice they offer more items than the states, catering to the locals just like most fast food restaurants do. This includes breakfast and lunch/dinner items.
The service was okay, similar to what I'm used to in Florida BK's.
This location was really just okay. Didn't really get or feel much difference than the states. read more
