She told me to wait a second then told me to drive around, after waiting with no response, I got out of my car to see what was going on, and she raised her voice to let me know SHE TOLD ME that the coffee was being made.... 20 minutes for coffee to be made during the breakfast hour???? I asked to speak to a manager with whom I could communicate she said she was the manager and that there was no General Manager. She also told me WHATEVER! I take strong offense when businesses dismiss me, when I am SPENDING MY MONEY THERE. I called to get the Owner's name, and was told Robbie something and was hung up on. Let me just say, ANNA is the only person that has ever shown that aggression, maybe it's her shift that she manages that always has the long lines.......
