To the upper management at the McDonald's in Carthage, you may need to send "Anna" who says she…read moreis a manager back to training - her blatant disregard and disrespect to a paying customer was while I waited over 15 minutes for coffee this morning was a display of unprofessionalism and it has placed a bad mark on her customer service skills, especially if she is in a leadership position. She told me to wait a second then told me to drive around, after waiting with no response, I got out of my car to see what was going on, and she raised her voice to let me know SHE TOLD ME that the coffee was being made.... 20 minutes for coffee to be made during the breakfast hour???? I asked to speak to a manager with whom I could communicate she said she was the manager and that there was no General Manager. She also told me WHATEVER! I take strong offense when businesses dismiss me, when I am SPENDING MY MONEY THERE. I called to get the Owner's name, and was told Robbie something and was hung up on. Let me just say, ANNA is the only person that has ever shown that aggression, maybe it's her shift that she manages that always has the long lines.......

I am disabled and that is why I order delivery. I ordered my groceries on January 21st for the 22nd…read more@ 12 -1 pm. I received my ordered at 2:59 pm. I had several things missing and I never received a text message like it said you would when you start your order. I also ordered 2 bags of Blueberry bagels but received cranberry bagels. I don't even like cranberries. I also had ordered a bag of peelz and all of they was rotten except for a couple. "Do your shoppers wear blind folds?" OR "Never get trained how to shop?" There should be a training course on shopping. Make sure ALL food is good, check date, keep bread and chips separated from other groceries that will smash them! Keep all refrigerated items together and keep all frozen items together. Bag breads in its on bag and make sure it does not get smashed. Bag all chips in same bags do not put anything else in with them so the chips will be chips and not a bag of crumbs. Bag all frozen items in there own bag and bag refrigerated items in there on bag. I think ALL of this should be common sense. If a person can not be taught this or don't have common sense they don't need to be a shopper! I called Food Lion in Carthage after going through the groceries that was delivered. A male picked up the phone we exchanged our names and I asked to speak to a manager. I heard a female say to the male on the phone with me what do they want, he said she wants to speak with a manager. The lady got on the phone 3:34 pm I told her I had order my groceries online and had them delivered. I was missing several items she said, we are really busy and most of the shelves are bare. I said, it is just hard for me to believe yall have no bologna at all. She said, I don't know what all we have left and I don't have time to walk up and down the aisles to see if we have other brands of the missing items. I told her I had ordered 2 bags of Blueberry bagels and I got 2 bags of cranberry bagels and I don't even like cranberry. She said, you can bring them back if you want to. Then she asked do I drive. I told get I did not drive. Threw out our conversation I could tell she wasn't paying much attention to what I was saying and didn't care to resolve my issues or to hear about them. All she kept saying was that they are really busy. Poor customer service. I was a Customer Service Manager for over 20 years. ALL customers are important and the Manager should know this. I just spent over $300 and my issues doesn't matter because I am on the phone and not in the store? If the store was packed 1 person is not going to make a difference but could make a difference to this 1 person on the phone that should be treated with respect and figure out a solution to the problems caused by one of Food Lion Employees. I spend over $300.00 every month. I can take my business elsewhere or you the Manager can take initiative and resolve this issue. Email $ off your next purchase or have someone that can shop and get me what the other shopper didn't, replace rotten peelz, replace cranberry bagels with Blueberry bagels. Items missings: Bologna, mint leaves, saltine crackers, 2lb. Bag apples, 3-ham steaks. 3 cases water.
