No one here hardly, 1 table of people. Only 1 worker to be seen in back, he eventually came and took our order then because everyone else was gone, he then had to go cook the food. He gave us cups and there was no ice in either ice machine. The first Diet Coke was mostly water--tasted terrible. The second Diet Coke didn't have a fitting on it (I didn't see until I tried it) and sprayed water all over me. Regular Coke also didn't work. At least the sweet tea was good. No napkins. Go to restroom, no paper towels and no toilet paper. Finally more workers came to help us slow as Christmas. Thank goodness ESS the food was good. If it weren't for that and the nice man who took our order and cooked our food, I'd give less stars. He apologized and told us to have a blessed day. read more

Burger King - No napkins, broken coke fountains - Burgers Near Me - Calera, Alabama

This place should just shut down. They can't get an order right to save their lives. Drive thru order was wrong. Drove back to the restaurant and they asked me to park and they'd be right out. They forgot I was out there. After half an hour I go in and they never started cooking the order to begin with. I asked for a refund and they couldn't figure out how to do it, but they did offer me $3 cash. On a $25 order. So now I'm 2 hours and 2 trips into this order with 4 wraps that I didn't want and $3 cash. If you want to eat at this Burger King you better bring food with you. read more

Decent fast food experience, nothing spectacular . The guy who assisted us in the drive thru was nice and seem to enjoy being at work. This is certainly worth pointing out! He was present and it showed. As far a the food, I noticed that my mom's sandwich was loaded with mustard but other than that, she enjoyed her 3 for $3 meal. BK has some reasonable specials if you are looking to not spend a lot. Despite this locations only Yelp review being one star, I didn't have any issues on my visit. read more

Read all of the negative reviews, but wanted a cresanwich and hash brown. Went in and there were only two people working, but he was getting orders out and dropping fresh hash browns so they would be hot while the other was reloading the meat oven pieces. Amazed at the politeness with no help. read more

If I could put zero stars I will! Poor service, we waited for over 20 minutes in the lobby without being able to order our order and up to four different people choose to leave due to horrible service. And when we tried to get service they were laughing and talking Amongst themselves, we walked out of the restaurant and then the manager choose to come out and ask why we were leaving and when explained that they weren't providing the correct service. read more

This BK is breaking my heart. I grew up in a town where the only fast food with a playground was our Burger King, so my love for the flame broiled burgers goes way back. But, y'all, the lack of friendly service coupled with the number of times my food has been wrong, has gotten out of control. I mean what ever happened to "Welcome to Burger King, may I take your order?" or "Thank you, have a nice day!" This last visit we had to send food back 3 times which is just careless. Of course after the second return the eye rolls leave you wondering if the next sandwich will be safe to eat. Also this is literally the 4th visit in a row where something significant was wrong with our order. We always order ahead through the app, so we can see that the order is at least entered the way it should be but it doesn't seem to make much of a difference. Come on Burger King! Step it up! Bring back that smiling faces, hot food, "Have it Your Way" we all know and love! read more

Ordered mozzarella sticks and was told at the drive through counter they didn't have any. Asked for nuggets instead and they didn't bother to re-enter the order. They were just going to do an even swap even though nuggets were cheaper. Then their printer for the receipt is totally illegible. I was told it was broken. Seriously? Wtf. It looked like it didn't have ink or something. read more

Slow service, no gloves, and poor and cold tasting food. The drive thru looks like someone put a switch on a tornado and shot it at it.

So the service actually sucked. I got to the window and asked for an extra 10 piece nugget to add to my order and she literally said no she cannot. So she said it was because of policy but me and my friends have assumed it is because she cannot do basic mathematics. She did not give us napkins so along with not knowing mathematics she also does not know hygiene in any category. We had our friends behind us in line order the chicken nuggets and the chicken nuggets had a pickle attached to it. I thought at Burger King you can have it your way but clearly it didn't matter what Burger King's policy actually was because it was whatever that lady wanted. Chick-fil-A would've never done this to me. read more

I'm writing this review cause after eating at the Calera Burger King last night. I was stuck on the toilet at 1:00 in the morning for about an hour... This use to be a good fast food restaurant. Now it's as bad as the Alabaster Burger King. I use to enjoy eating a charbroiled hamburger from BK. Now I won't even take a chance at eating at this dump in the box fast food restaurant... i would suggest to stay away unless you got an hour to kill on the toilet... read more

Damn got my food and not only was it the wrong order, but it was also cold!!!! So yeah I waited for almost 10 mins for a screwed up order. You only had one job to do!!!! read more

The lady at the drive up was awesome she asked a couple times how we were doing, she never interrupted us during the order, and she was very sweet and efficient. Add to it that she efficiently corrected an error on the order even admitting one might exists and got every thing corrected right through the drive up she left us but with one word she was amazing. Burger King you better hang on to her. 9:30 5/23 was roughly time of service. read more

I was traveling with a group of well behaved teenagers and we stopped in for breakfast on 6/26/2022. When we entered around 9am/10am, the woman working rolled her eyes and looked very aggravated. She took a few orders then went to work the drive-thur. She came back a little while later and looked over her shoulder and said we should have shut down the stupid lobby. Her attitude was terrible, we felt disrespected and I had to walk away before I really spoke my mind. I hope that there is video footage of this because it was the absolute worst dinning experience Ive ever had. I wanted you to be aware of the woman's completely ridiculous attitude. read more

10/8/23 Pitiful service, no desire to try and speed things up, Waited nearly 20 minutes in the drive through to even place the order. It is a single lane so once you are in you can't get out. A few cars further back were lucky and backed out. The girl at the window shouldn't be allowed to work with the public. All of the stereotypes about the younger generations work ethics were confirmed with her. Any slower and they would have had to check her for a pulse. I feel bad for her parents, husband, future husband or life partner, pets( if she has a cat or dog I'm sure it has starved to death by now) At one point I ask her to just toss the bag out the window to my car. Just throw it to me. If the district manager/owner reads this, you should just close the doors and try a different line of work because fast food isn't it. Maybe open a DMV where everyone expects long wait times and poor service. read more

I went through the drive through and ordered the single sourdough bacon cheeseburger combo with a sprite and Oreo cheesecake slice. My order totaled up to $12.36. When I pulled up to the window to pay I asked the you guy why the order was so expensive for one meal. He said "I don't know, I didn't ring you up my manager did". I then asked to speak the the manager (Daniel) and asked him why one meal was $12.36. He then stated that their combo meals were numbers 1-15 and that my meal wasn't a combo. He stated that my sandwich, fries and drink were ala carte (in which he did not tell me at the speaker so that I could choose to change my order or keep it like it was). Daniel was polite; however, the young man working the window taking the money and giving out the food was very rude. He kept rolling his eyes and rough handled my food items. When I got home to look at my food, my burger was put together sloppily and I had maybe 10 fries in my bag. Needless to say I will be less likely to return to this location in the future. read more
