Your breakfast crew is amazing!! They are super fast, friendly, and the food is ALWAYS hot and fresh!

I want to give BUT NOPE!! This review is for the Burger King at 1807 N. Church Street in Burlington, but is only one comes up when I search in Yelp so pass it on.. and I'm writing it on behalf of a Friday afternoon tradition that has been unjustly taken from us. My best friend Brian and I used to come to this Burger King on Friday afternoons. Burgers, chicken fries, regular fries, an unreasonable amount of ranch, and whatever bullshit two old friends needed to discuss that week. Simple. Reliable. "Damn sacred" you could say. And then somebody changed the ranch. Burger King... what the hell happened???! You say I'm the king, time to prove it old friend! I don't know who sat in a conference room somewhere and decided the old ranch needed to go, but I would respectfully like that individual brought before this "King" to explain themselves. The employees at this location have always treated us well. The food was good. We genuinely enjoyed coming here. This wasn't some random fast food stop. It became one of those little routines between friends that you actually look forward to a lot of weeks in the year. Then the ranch changed, and I'm not exaggerating when I say I haven't been back since sometime last year (June-ish 2025)... That's how strongly I feel about this ranch. And apparently I'm not alone. Brian has now escalated the matter directly to Burger King corporate, complete with photographic evidence depicting himself as the "Ranch Crusader," a U.S. Navy veteran and my brother, fully prepared to launch a full medieval campaign in defense of quality dipping sauce! So here we are. Once again Burger King, your slogan tells me I'm supposed to "Have It Your Way." "You're the King"... yada yada yada... Well, Your Majesty, I'm calling that shit in. BRING. BACK. THE. OLD. RANCH. You bring that ranch back and two grown men will happily resume wasting perfectly good Friday afternoons sitting inside your Burlington restaurant or taking a snack at the table while waiting for the real to-go "pre nappies snacking"!! I'm talking we're eating chicken fries, talking shit, and solving absolutely none of the world's problems. The Ranch Crusade has begun. read more

Why did I decide to try this place again. Terrible customer service - u asked how many tenders are in a meal and the lady said - can't you read the screen. Really - is that how you treat a customer. Nope not coming back - read more

Terrible service and took 45 minutes on my food when I ordered two things. Honestly terrible service in general and food was cold and they forgot my drink. Utterly disappointed read more

Food here is amazing! Came out quick, hot, and fresh. Orders were made right and taken correctly by Jae and Marquita they always serve food with smiles and positive attitude, great customer service by them. read more

The drive-in line took me 15 minutes to get through ordering of fudge Sunday and ice cream. This is ridiculous. I'm still in line. Haven't checked out yet. read more

I wasn't sure what to rate this. My worry was that rating this low would affect the employees or managers in some way, and they are NOT the problem, but wow, clearly some attention should be called to this. We had assumed they were just low on staff with how long it was taking, (maybe like 20-30 minutes) and were understanding from that alone. We pulled up to the window, every single one of those people looked MISERABLE, some sounded straight up panicked, which again, I assumed was just from how short-staffed they were. Fast paced work is stressful as is. A slight mistake was made, so we went back into the store to get what was left out (it was already made, just got left out of the bag). And WOW, there is NO working AC in there! This is North Carolina, y'all! How are these folks supposed to function, I mean, it was 100 degrees when we pulled up. AND they gotta deal with the heat of the kitchen, all while being as short-staffed as they are. Legit felt like a human rights violation, I ain't trying to be dramatic. I know all them people are dehydrated and dizzy in there, no wonder it's taking so long, no wonder people are missing things, how could you think clearly like that? If it were me, I'd be quitting the next day. Every single one of y'all working there since the AC broke deserves a RAISEEE! Good job. And I bet some people pulling up were getting an attitude, and wow, y'all are working harddd, hope no one was mean about it. And hope your AC gets fixed soon, that ain't right. read more

I ordered an impossible whopper, got home took a bite realized this wasn't cooked, looked at it and it was raw. Blood on my bun. I tried to call them no answer called for 3 days no response. I called the health inspector. How someone can take a piece of meat that wasn't cooked and serve it to someone to eat, seemed to me almost purposely done. I will never eat at this place or eat take out anywhere for a long time because of this. It's ZERO STARS!!!! I had to put one so I could post this. And this wasn't even a plant based whopper!!!! read more

My wife and I were traveling the Burlington late and ate there before closing. Food was fresh and hot. The window service was excellent. My wife and I parked outside the restaurant to eat and found our car would not start. After closing, a kind lady who was closing up asked if we need assistance and she went above and beyond to jump start our car. Thank you so much! So 5 stars all around! read more

Ok let's just get down to it. It is as good a BK as left around. The problem is the dinning room is not open. The drive thru is super slow due to lack of workers. The other day I waited like 22 minutes and the problem is once you commit there is no way out of the line. The young lady started every order with "I apologize for the long waits". Then from ordering to gettin my food was like eight more minutes. It should not take read more

I have been here several times and have noticed over the last couple of visits that this location is not very efficient. The cashier is doing several tasks that keep the line from not moving. The food is normally good. read more

shout out to the employees working there they are outstanding amazing customers especially considering the conditions they have to work in it's 96 degrees outside and they have to work in that building with no air conditioner unacceptable in my book read more

This is a rather small location off of the interstate in Alamance Commons. Getting here isn't the easiest part of the visit, the ins and outs here seemed a little strange. The food is what you expect for BK, nothing spectacular and it fills the hole. Staff is average and service is average. Everything is okay and fresh as best as I could tell. Take your number and they'll tell you when your food is ready. Seems a little more fresh than watching a golden arch competitor take a burger out of a steam table. read more

I don't normally review fast-food places, but since this one is brand-spanking new, here we go. This brand-new location opened in April, 2010. Located right off I-85/I-40, exit #140. It has a small to medium-sized dining room, friendly staff, (especially since the regional manager was there while we were visiting), but the coolest thing in the place is the LCD menu board. It scrolls information and specials across the screen like a plasma TV. Also, be sure to try the new Cinna-Bon cheesecake for dessert! I give this location an extra star just for being brand new. read more

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!! First off, I sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes just to find out that they didn't have any hamburger meat. Since I was boxed in I ordered a chicken sandwich. After having to repeat my full order 3 times and my drink order 5 times I finally made it to the window. My total was 9.06. I handed the girl my $20 and said wait a second I have the change which irritated the girl judging by her sigh and eye roll. My chicken 'delux' sandwich consisted of only bread, mayo and chicken. Not what I'd imagined Deluxe to be. Cold soggy fries in a split open container so they now loose in the bag and soaking through onto the fabric of the front seat. No straw in the bag, no napkins. read more

The slowest place I've ever been to. Sat in drive through line not long by any means multiple times 20 minutes plus. Will not go back.

I don't frequent BK as it is, but my dad wanted to come for breakfast. No coffee, no French toast for my little boy. Place was absolutely disgusting, for 8:30 am, the floors have not had much traffic and were absolutely disgusting. The service was awful. Don't come here!! read more

I think I've been to this BK probably about 4-5 times, each time I've been extremely surprised with the customer service. Every employee I've encountered has treated me with the upmost respect, something I appreciate so much. Not only is their service awesome but their attention to detail exceeds expectations as well! I've never had a bad experience here, burgers are always put together neatly.. this establishment seems to care about us as consumers! Awesome read more

I visited here for the first time since I found ants (!) in my meal here about six months ago. The service wasn't as slow as it was when I would come here before. They do water down their ketchup to the point that it's disgusting. I had to ask for ketchup packets. I wonder if they think this is saving them money? The "ants in my meal" thing made me promise myself I would never come back here again. I should have kept that promise to myself. read more

This place ruined Burger King for my family. Two times in a row on separate days we were kept waiting for food at the drive through for significantly longer than I have ever seen at any of their competitors. Today, a wait of five minutes for something that at McDonalds or Wendy's would have been one minute. Their spicy chicken burger is pathetic. Barely any spice and very bland. Chick-fil-A has a MUCH better spicy chicken burger. read more

Update, just figured I'd come back to see if they've made any improvements. They have not. I went inside to order because the line here is always extremely long. After standing there and not being addressed for 5 mins an associate comes over and tells me that they cant take my order. That's the first time over ever been turned down service. Save yourself the headache and money and go somewhere else! read more

4/12/18 I've sadly never had a good experience going to this Burger King, but tonight topped it off. I pull up about 20 minutes before closing, to see an employee smoking in the garbage area. Maybe they didn't know that it made their voice travel but all I hear is "this bitch" while pulling into the drive through. I waited 6 minutes for no one to come take my order than just decided it wasn't worth it. Reading other reviews, it seems I'm not the only one who has noticed that they will close early. read more

5 stars because I like the breakfast sandwiches I get. The staff is always fast and friendly. THE PRICE IS FAIR 2 Breakfast sandwiches for less than $4. It's conveniently located just off university exit especially if you're headed west. Did I mention the price is FAIR!!!! Even if you miss the exit it's worth turning around at the next Burger King located at the TA station in Whitsett 3 miles past and coming back to this one. read more

Ordered an Impossible Whopper with no mayonnaise. They "accidentally" gave me a Whopper with mayonnaise. The woman at the front was very kind and said she would take care of it. However, the person in the back did not either hear the request, or either made a new sandwich and made the SAME MISTAKE again, or just held onto the burger for a few minutes and gave it back to me again. Utterly disappointed in the person in the back because they obviously cannot follow simple instructions. read more

Waiting in line on minute 20. Saw one employee take a bun back to the freezer for some reason....? Service is extra slow.

The only reason I'm giving 1 star is because; not of the service we got. The service was actually very nice and didn't have to wait long for our food. I'm giving 1 star bc of the prices. I had a coupon for a family bundle, for $12.99. Which is 3 whoppers, 3 cheese burgers, and 3 small fries. I Add cheese to all the whoppers. And then I added a Whopper for normal price. We get our total and it's $21.12. That means we paid over $6 for cheese. Which is outrageous. I could buy a couple PACKS of cheese for that price. So that is why I am giving 1 star. Again. Not bc of the service. Thank you very much. read more

If I could give this place negative stars I would! Many of us at my job tend to stop by there in the morning as it's simple, easy and convenient to our office. There used to me a woman who I believe was the manager that worked in the mornings and she was GREAT. Then they got a new manager for mornings. I don't know his name, all I know is he is there every morning during the week. THIS MAN IS TERRIBLE. I've been there and told he can't serve me after I waited at the speaker for 5 min and heard nothing so had to drive to the window. He is so miserable and rude. He's always on his cell phone at the drive through. He asks for your card without telling you the amount and when you question it he gets even worse! If you are that miserable, go somewhere else! None of my employees will go there anymore just because of him. So unprofessional! I've tried to locate the owner of this location but haven't had any luck. They are losing a lot of business with him there. read more

I normally don't write reviews for fast food restaurants, but the service at this restaurant was so unreasonably bad, and the review by the previous person is so misleading (I am guessing he is an associate at this restaurant?) that I feel t my duty to let people know what they might experience if they visit this restaurant. Upon arriving, there were several customers waiting up front, some waiting on their food and others waiting to order. This should have been a sign. There was NO ONE up front waiting on people. I waited 6 minutes and was about to leave when someone showed up (I should have followed my instincts and left anyway). After orering, it took 14 MINUTES for them to make my food (a double cheeseburger and an order of fries). My fry container was only half full, but I wasn't about to complain because it would have been another 20 minutes to get some more fries. By the time I got my food there were about a dozen people still waiting to try to place their order (I really wanted to tell them to run). Also, the food prep workers have a box of gloves on the counter, yet they are making food with their bare hands? What is up with that? I wish I could rate this place 0 stars. I realy wish the McDonald's around the corner from here had decent service (it's better than at this BK, but not a lot better), so I could frequent there more often, but instead I am still looking for a decent place in the area to spend my lunches. read more

First time doing a review and it's definitely NOT a good one. Visited this location for lunch once, the drive thru lady, blonde hair, very rude the first time. Thought that maybe she was having a rough day, tried to give the place another shot. Second round, she was in the drive through AGAIN, horrible customer service. Would NOT recommend anybody to visit this place for breakfast lunch or dinner. read more

Today we used a coupon for 2 whopper meals 7.99 the lady Vandale charge us 11.93. Each time we go our order is wrong, and I am not going back. There are other Burger Kings that know their jobs. read more
