I wasn't sure what to rate this. My worry was that rating this low would affect the employees or managers in some way, and they are NOT the problem, but wow, clearly some attention should be called to this. We had assumed they were just low on staff with how long it was taking, (maybe like 20-30 minutes) and were understanding from that alone. We pulled up to the window, every single one of those people looked MISERABLE, some sounded straight up panicked, which again, I assumed was just from how short-staffed they were. Fast paced work is stressful as is. A slight mistake was made, so we went back into the store to get what was left out (it was already made, just got left out of the bag). And WOW, there is NO working AC in there! This is North Carolina, y'all! How are these folks supposed to function, I mean, it was 100 degrees when we pulled up. AND they gotta deal with the heat of the kitchen, all while being as short-staffed as they are. Legit felt like a human rights violation, I ain't trying to be dramatic. I know all them people are dehydrated and dizzy in there, no wonder it's taking so long, no wonder people are missing things, how could you think clearly like that? If it were me, I'd be quitting the next day. Every single one of y'all working there since the AC broke deserves a RAISEEE! Good job. I ordered an impossible whopper, got home took a bite realized this wasn't cooked, looked at it and it was raw. Blood on my bun. I tried to call them no answer called for 3 days no response. I called the health inspector. How someone can take a piece of meat that wasn't cooked and serve it to someone to eat, seemed to me almost purposely done. I will never eat at this place or eat take out anywhere for a long time because of this. It's ZERO STARS!!!! I had to put one so I could post this. My wife and I were traveling the Burlington late and ate there before closing. Food was fresh and hot. The window service was excellent. My wife and I parked outside the restaurant to eat and found our car would not start. This is a rather small location off of the interstate in Alamance Commons. Getting here isn't the easiest part of the visit, the ins and outs here seemed a little strange. The food is what you expect for BK, nothing spectacular and it fills the hole. Staff is average and service is average. Everything is okay and fresh as best as I could tell. I don't normally review fast-food places, but since this one is brand-spanking new, here we go. This brand-new location opened in April, 2010. Located right off I-85/I-40, exit #140. It has a small to medium-sized dining room, friendly staff, (especially since the regional manager was there while we were visiting), but the coolest thing in the place is the LCD menu board. It scrolls information and specials across the screen like a plasma TV. Also, be sure to try the new Cinna-Bon cheesecake for dessert! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!! First off, I sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes just to find out that they didn't have any hamburger meat. Since I was boxed in I ordered a chicken sandwich. After having to repeat my full order 3 times and my drink order 5 times I finally made it to the window. My total was 9.06. I handed the girl my $20 and said wait a second I have the change which irritated the girl judging by her sigh and eye roll. My chicken 'delux' sandwich consisted of only bread, mayo and chicken. Not what I'd imagined Deluxe to be. Cold soggy fries in a split open container so they now loose in the bag and soaking through onto the fabric of the front seat. I think I've been to this BK probably about 4-5 times, each time I've been extremely surprised with the customer service. Every employee I've encountered has treated me with the upmost respect, something I appreciate so much. Not only is their service awesome but their attention to detail exceeds expectations as well! I visited here for the first time since I found ants (!) in my meal here about six months ago. The service wasn't as slow as it was when I would come here before. They do water down their ketchup to the point that it's disgusting. I had to ask for ketchup packets. I wonder if they think this is saving them money? This place ruined Burger King for my family. Two times in a row on separate days we were kept waiting for food at the drive through for significantly longer than I have ever seen at any of their competitors. Today, a wait of five minutes for something that at McDonalds or Wendy's would have been one minute. Their spicy chicken burger is pathetic. Barely any spice and very bland. 4/12/18 I've sadly never had a good experience going to this Burger King, but tonight topped it off. I pull up about 20 minutes before closing, to see an employee smoking in the garbage area. Maybe they didn't know that it made their voice travel but all I hear is "this bitch" while pulling into the drive through. Ordered an Impossible Whopper with no mayonnaise. They "accidentally" gave me a Whopper with mayonnaise. The woman at the front was very kind and said she would take care of it. However, the person in the back did not either hear the request, or either made a new sandwich and made the SAME MISTAKE again, or just held onto the burger for a few minutes and gave it back to me again. I had a coupon for a family bundle, for $12.99. Which is 3 whoppers, 3 cheese burgers, and 3 small fries. I Add cheese to all the whoppers. And then I added a Whopper for normal price. We get our total and it's $21.12. That means we paid over $6 for cheese. Which is outrageous. I could buy a couple PACKS of cheese for that price. So that is why I am giving 1 star. Again. If I could give this place negative stars I would! Many of us at my job tend to stop by there in the morning as it's simple, easy and convenient to our office. There used to me a woman who I believe was the manager that worked in the mornings and she was GREAT. Then they got a new manager for mornings. I don't know his name, all I know is he is there every morning during the week. THIS MAN IS TERRIBLE. I've been there and told he can't serve me after I waited at the speaker for 5 min and heard nothing so had to drive to the window. He is so miserable and rude. He's always on his cell phone at the drive through. He asks for your card without telling you the amount and when you question it he gets even worse! If you are that miserable, go somewhere else! None of my employees will go there anymore just because of him. So unprofessional! I've tried to locate the owner of this location but haven't had any luck. They are losing a lot of business with him there. read more

I normally don't write reviews for fast food restaurants, but the service at this restaurant was so unreasonably bad, and the review by the previous person is so misleading (I am guessing he is an associate at this restaurant?) that I feel t my duty to let people know what they might experience if they visit this restaurant. Upon arriving, there were several customers waiting up front, some waiting on their food and others waiting to order. This should have been a sign. There was NO ONE up front waiting on people. I waited 6 minutes and was about to leave when someone showed up (I should have followed my instincts and left anyway). After orering, it took 14 MINUTES for them to make my food (a double cheeseburger and an order of fries). My fry container was only half full, but I wasn't about to complain because it would have been another 20 minutes to get some more fries. By the time I got my food there were about a dozen people still waiting to try to place their order (I really wanted to tell them to run). Also, the food prep workers have a box of gloves on the counter, yet they are making food with their bare hands? What is up with that? I wish I could rate this place 0 stars. I realy wish the McDonald's around the corner from here had decent service (it's better than at this BK, but not a lot better), so I could frequent there more often, but instead I am still looking for a decent place in the area to spend my lunches. read more
