More parking and a bit more spacious than the ones closer to me, I decided to venture out to this one. Wait not too long and not too many people but enough. I ordered through the app- which makes it easier for them to read my order. My dragon fries and dragon whopper were well done . I don't typically get breakfast fast food and this one is far out for me to get breakfast too- so J can't give an opinion on that. Some of the reviews are older too- so might depend who is working the restaurant read more

Sat in the drive thru line with five other cars for more than five minutes. Three different workers walked out the back door and looked around but not one car was waited on or moved the entire time. Dialed the store and it rang about ten times but no answer. Finally asked the guy behind me to back up and I got the heck out of there. On the way by, I asked a girl that was sweeping trash outside if there was an issue and she said no. Complete incompetence. Never again. read more

2:30pm on a wednesday and they are incapable of getting food to guests, this place is a nightmare.

So I've tried twice to give them another chance but the morons they have running the place. Don't even have the restaurant open. 10 at night and now in the middle of the afternoon, they're just not taking orders anymore. If I were the owner, I would wonder why I'm paying these people to stand around there? They're not earning anything. Too hard. You're just paying them to fool around and socialize with each other. You need to fire everybody. They have the most lazy people I've ever seen. They're in their goofing around, hugging, talking, laughing anything but cooking the friggin hamburgers. Anything at all. They don't even pretend to be open anymore is the crazy part. They clock in. They goof off they go home no actual food being cooked at this time. Whoever owns this is a fool. Franchise leadership needs to step in. This is like damaging Burger King's otherwise somewhat good name. That's how bad it is. read more

The food wasn't bad, but the wait time was absolutely insane. Stood there for 30 minutes waiting, nobody was focused on the people inside, only worried about the drive through. They had orders piling up, and there was probably 5 other people waiting for their food. read more

WORST EVER !!! Save yourself the aggravation and don't go to Brookhaven Burger King. My family wanted Burger King and I tried to appease them. When I brought it back, the manager told me that there's a language barrier in the kitchen. Are you effing kidding me? read more

Burger King - This sandwich was the worst ever I brought it back and the explanation I had from the manager was there's a language barrier here. WTF. - Burgers Near Me - Brookhaven, Pennsylvania

The best Burger King I've been to. The food was amazing and the staff even better. .

This was the worst experience ever! I thought I was being pranked! I was in the drive thru. After waiting for so long, I thought maybe the place was being robbed, or was robbed and the employees were locked in the walk-in. Someone finally spoke, I placed my order-another 20 mins before the order was ready. I should have cut my losses and drove away, but I stayed. I chalked it up to maybe they had a lot of employees call out and it wasn't their fault. 3 months later, was in the area, tried again. Same clusteref@@@! Service is disastrous! How is this business allowed to operate like that? Why would anyone want to work there? I was telling my son about it and he went just the other day-he tried the eat in instead of drive thru. They charged him for 2 mandalorian meal boxes ($20 each), which he didn't order. When he brought it to the cashiers attention, he couldn't take it off-he didn't know how to do that. Had to text the manager-who was outside sitting in his car, to come in and remove the charge. The manager said he couldn't take both off. He finally gave my son $40 and just gave up. Meanwhile people were asking for their money back because their orders were taking too long. WTH???? read more

The food and the service was horrible. My fries were cold and the burger was cold as well. I was very disappointed.

Do NOT eat here. I bought two bacon egg and cheese crossanwiches. As I drove away, I took a bite and the bacon was RAW. Not undercooked. Raw. I checked the second one and it was the same. I turned around and went back after waiting in the drive thru for 15 minutes even though I was the only car. I walked in and there was no one at the front and only one person preparing sandwiches. When the employee finally came out from doing whatever she wanted in the back and didn't even offer me an apology. Worst restaurant ever. read more

this place sucks. like actually. whoever owns this building is just losing money at this point. you'll sit in the drive through for forty minutes with only three cars infront of you it's so terrible it's actually funny. good luck if you placed a mobile order, your foods gonna be incorrect and cold. they also don't communicate if items are out and just give you something random. they also won't give you a refund, just a coupon. sell this place PLEASE!!!! read more

We were the only car in the drive thru and there were 2 cars in the parking lot. Ordering process was efficient. Got to the window and waited an unusually long time. I thought "this is great they must be making everything fresh". Not the case. The crossianwiches were awful and our hash browns were a pile of crumbled up pieces. Kinda puzzled why it would be so bad with no other customers in sight and a simple straightforward order. Won't be back. read more

ordered on uber eats, gave me mozzarella sticks instead of nuggets, food was all lukewarm at best, onion rings were cold as ice. my drink was warm and 75% full, no straw, and they completely forgot my sauce. genuinely terrible. read more

Dined in and our food was cold. Had to ask for basic stuff like ketchup and napkins. They try and trick you into larger sodas fries. Our server said that they are not allowed to mention small sizes. I am surprised that Burger King hasn't gone bankrupt yet. read more

The absolute worst restaurant I've eaten at. The manager Jen is extremely rude, customers are served rotten tomatoes on burgers and moldy buns are a thing too. The ceiling leaks! read more

Service at this location is absolutely horrible. Workers are rude and take their sweet time making your food. As someone who works in customer service, it'd be nice for an update so I'm not waiting 10 minutes+ at the drive thru window for 2 sandwiches. Everything thrown in the bag not even wrapped completely and fries everywhere. If I could leave negative stars I would read more

I had to wait 10-15 minutes for my small order. Burger was cold, fries were old, ordered regular chicken fries for my child but received spicy. I went back for the correct order but the employee gave me more spicy chicken fries but placed them inside a regular chicken fry box. read more

This must be the dividing line between Chester and Brookhaven. From the Shoprite to here it's different. Was waiting in line for awhile, I figure it's lunchtime and maybe people ordering to a team like they sometimes do... then I get to the window and I hear a guy trying to take my order but there was a voice in the background like it was a trainee... not that either. It just seemed kind of awkward. read more

If I could give this place a zero I would. Not only is the staff unfriendly and unprofessional, but their service sucks even more. I've given this place numerous times to redeem themselves and they've somehow managed to get worse and worse every single time. I will never go here again. Even if it was right next door and it was the only source of food, I'd rather starve! read more

Since we could not use any coupons, I decided to try the rave new Impossible Burger. It did look and taste like beef, although after a bite of my beau's double whopper, his real beef patties tasted better. Not sure if the double patty pushed it over the edge. Overall the Impossible Burger is an impressive feat. If you are trying to minimize red meat consumption and your friends or SO wants a flame-broiled burger (which BTW BK does right), then yes, this Impossible Burger could be a good option. Taste-wise, health issues aside the BK flame-broiled beef burgers are still the best of fast food burger joints. read more

I don't believe I've ever received the order that I asked for one time going to this location. I asked for a number one with cheese and got a double whopper with no cheese and onions and tomatoes, which I explicitly asked for to be removed twice and it was even repeated it to me. It is absolutely staggering how often this happens. read more

I got your impossible whopper. When I got to window i said I'm sorry I forgot to ask for no Mayo. She said that in cocky tone what do you want me to do with this. I said another no Mayo she didn't even say thank you come again. I got a sm surge. I think she was pissed at me for not saying no Mayo. I got coke didn't realize it until I left the parking lot. Burger King isn't exactly my favorite place to eat, but for some reason my husband really likes it, so once in a blue moon, I let him take me there. This one was recently renovated and was very clean and decorated nicely - love those light fixtures! We got two of their 2 for $6 combos, so for $16, we got two Whoppers with cheese, two crispy chicken sandwiches, and a large order of fries. Our order came out quickly and was hot and freshly made. Service was friendly as well. No problems at all. read more

Sat in the drive through for 30 minutes while the same car sat at the window the entire time. Worst place to eat especially this location. Would no recommend read more

Seriously the worst. After trying to cash a free Whopper coupon in the drive thru, I was told you need to log it in on the app. Fine. I pull around and have to apparently download an update on the app (which there's always a problem with). The entire process took about an hour from the time I pulled in the drive thru until I sat in my truck eating. You won't get fresh meat here because there was talk of cooking too much meat so they shut the grill off for the night around 9-9:30. So until midnight everyone else gets old meat. The car in the drive thru was stuck there forever too waiting and so much food in the overhead warmer, but nothing that they needed. They were joking about someone back there smoking a doob. Well, "have it your way" has a whole new meaning. read more

Not usually a fan of Burger King. But, all of the commercials for Burger King must be getting to me. I had a serious craving for dinner tonight. Visited tonight around 6pm. Disgusting food prepared by people who don't get paid enough to care if you enjoy it or not. All these people care about getting to the next order. No such thing as taking pride in or responsibility for whatever slop they pass you through a window I recently took my food back because they served me a burger that was cold to the touch. I could feel how hard the bun was as soon as I grabbed it from the bag. The bun was only moist around the bottom where it was completely wet as if it were dipped in water. It also crossed my mind that maybe one of the employees just spit on it. We really need to start asking ourselves how much these people care about the quality, condition, and safety of the food that we actually have to pay to eat. We really need to ask ourselves if the culture in these places revolve around serving its customers food that they actually enjoy I'm going to assume thats very low on the priority list I don't care if its cheap or not. If I pay for something it should be prepared as if that establishment wants me to return We really need to start holding these places accountable and not just giving them business that they haven't earned because they are quick and convenient I think we make light of the fact that we are trusting these people with food that we are actually consuming If one of these people were preparing your order and they sneezed over it....do you think they would throw it away and start all over? Do you think they would do that when they have more orders to get to and they only make 8 or 9 bucks and hour? Based on what ive seen, and how much of a crapshoot it is to get decent food when you pull up to this place I doubt it. read more

Finally, a hand with a bag appeared out of the window and that was it. No, sorry it took so long. No, here's your food. No thank you. Not a word. Just handed it to me and left. I havent even gotten my burger. This shit better taste like heaven because its take them so long. All i orderes was a burger.

Longest line ever. I dont like to blame workers, since it's usually due to being understaffed. Though they do give you a lot of attitude, I can imagine being stuck working there for minimum wage, so I won't hold it against them. Horribly put together food and it's never even for me. So I have to wait almost 25 minutes or more in line at every burger king and I dont even eat. It's supposed to be fast food. read more
