I just hit the drive thru at this Burger King on a Tuesday night around 10:45pm. The manager was very nice and friendly. The food was great. Fries were hot and just made for my order. I can't stress enough how impressed I was with the manager. She was very engaging and welcoming even though it was close to closing time. It was obvious she took pride in her work. She was also nice to my dog which is always a plus. The food every time I visit this location is always good and fresh. I will definitely return and thanks for hiring employees that care. read more

I rarely do drive through and should keep to that. But I asked for mozzarella fries and I get home and the lady gave me the wrong order. A small French fries and didn't get me the receipt. Always make sure to get the receipt. The small fries were terrible also and looked like old fries that were torn apart. Bk on 5417 Lockwood Ridge. Around 2:30 to 3:30 the female workers on staff have to be the rudest staff members I've even see. I pulled in and saw there was one car in the drive through. So I decided to order inside. Once inside I noticed that the staff members were having a loud conversation. I sat there waiting for 5mins until I said some thing. Then one of them came over. Once she was there she just sat there and stared at me. No "how can I help you" or "welcome to Burger King" surprisingly enough this is the SECOND experience like this at this same location with two different employees. They literally don't even introduce them selves. Seeming very annoyed by my presence She just wave her hand like want so you want. Went to the drive thru on Sunday, August 6th. Only one car in the parking lot and no one in the drive thru. Lady came on the speaker and said to please hold on. Then she came back and I ask for an Original Chicken Sandwich. She said "we don't have that" I told her it was on the menu, She said "we don't have that today"! Wait What!!! I'm a BK fan. Love a nicely made, freshly hot whopper. Third time trying this branch and yet again, by the time you get through the very slow drive through, your food is grossly cold. I'm guessing it's a staffing issue, but nevertheless I'm paying 12+ bucks for a meal and I deserve for that meal to be reasonably prepared. Disclaimer: I never post a negative yelp review if it's not truly warranted. I mean, I can't say I expected a five star experience at Burger King. As far as BKs go, it looks clean & modern. I was hopeful. Nope. Upon entering the restaurant, I stopped in the restroom to wash my hands. I wish I hadn't. It seems another guest felt the need to make a nasty mess in one of the stalls. I'm sure he was proud of his handiwork, but I wasn't impressed. Ok. It's a Burger King bathroom. Should I expect anything other? Foolishly, I proceeded to the counter to place my order. A young lady manned her register and only offered a blank stare. A simple "hello" or "Good afternoon" would have been wonderful. Too much to ask, I guess. Without a word, she begrudgingly entered my order. After I paid for my order, I said "ma'am, your bathroom needs some attention." With a sneer and an eye roll, she turned away and started scooping at the old onion rings to fill my order. In short, the bacon on my sandwich was almost raw, the onion rings might have been warm and/or crispy at some point, the ice machine didn't work, they were out of bbq sauce, the people behind the counter clearly don't care, and after 20 minutes had passed, the bathroom was still disgusting. The manager Debby here is an absolute nightmare. By far the rudest most incompetent manager I have ever seen working in my 2 years of working in the fast food industry and I don't even work there. She swear blatantly in front of guests and if I could call corporate and get her fired I would because her employees are being verbally abused and they don't deserve that at all. This location has the worst customer service ever. I will not be returning. I tried the grilled chicken for the first time, they didn't make it to my order, so they had to make another one and it was the smallest and worst example of a grilled chicken sandwich that I've ever had. This evening was only my third time here since the location opened. You would think the third time would be the charm but not in this case. This is one of the worst Burger King's I've ever been to and I've been to several. The service is super slow when nobody is even in line and the people giving out the food at the drive-thru have major attitudes and are not professional at all. If you hate your job that much, then leave and do us all a favor. We don't want to deal with you as much as you don't want to deal with us, maybe more.
