This was an amusing Burger King experience. I was headed to go fishing with my brother and we wanted a quick bite. I had a very rough time with this establishment. The visit was terrible. I made a mobile order and it took me 30 minutes to get my food--and then it took me multiple times to get my complete order. They were very rude and didn't respect the lady on duty. The inside was very dirty and sticky. Took me 15 minutes to get a SPOON!! And on top of that the food was terrible. I put on my mobile order for it to be hot off the broiler. It was cold and not cooked through. One lady came inside and said she she needed to be somewhere in cursed out the manager. This visit was terrible. It took me 30mins to order my food and another 30 to get it when they weren't even busy. Everyone on shift was very rude and lacked customer service. They also did not listen to the manager at all. They were out of ice and multiple soft drinks. It took 10mins to ask for a dipping sauce and another 15mins to ask for a spoon. The facility was very dirty and sticky. The sink in the bathroom was broken, there were no paper towels, and the soap dispenser had no soap. There was also pee all over the toilet seat. The food was also terrible. It was cold and had mayo and tomatoes when I asked for none. At the end a lady who had been parked waiting on her food for 45mins came in and started cursing out the manager and asking for a refund. This place has the saddest customer service that there is. It is on the way home from my mother's, which is a two hour trip so every now and then I wanna stop to get something in the drive-through and they're always so rude. They laugh at you over the intercom just now on January 13 at 7 PM. I went through the drive-through and the young man said something about we're only taking cards right now they didn't even say hello or welcome to Burger King. How can I help you? Nothing like that just we're taking cards that's it. I said OK give me a minute. I need to look at the menu after a few seconds. I say hello nobody answers, i I wait about three minutes. went to the location a few weeks ago wanting to try the cotton candy drink the lady at the drive thru said we needed a code okay cool down loaded the burger king app got a code ordered went inside to get my order and the guy at the counter says they didn't have the blue stuff to make the cotton candy drink why wasn't I told this at the window in the first place fast forward to today I ordered through DoorDash after calling to confirm they even had the drink they did made my order through door dash I didn't receive my mozzarella fries didn't receive any of the sauces for my food and my drink was only filled half way and didn't have the cold foam its supposed to come with everyone who works here looks like they do crack they do not know how to talk right all together horrible will never be ordering from them again read more

I am very disappointed and very disgusted with my experience at this particular place. I ordered at the drive thru, the lady taking my order was rushing me and rude about it as well, as if I was asking for free food! Then when I proceeded to pay at the 2nd window she said to back up a bit because she was on a timer, then o got my food and drove to work when I was going to take a bite of my breakfast sandwich ( croissant) it had a dead flat dried roach on it. There should be a warning label on the "Impossible Sausage Croissan'wich". That was the nastiest substance I ever ate. If you're "Vegan", why do you try so hard to make your food look like meat? I had a very bad experience at this establishment. The service was a little unwelcoming, the employees were unsociable, and the food was rushed and a tad dry. My friend and I came to get a meal and the employees totally forgot about part of our order, and when we asked for the rest of it the milkshake was extremely dissatisfying. It tasted like sour milk. I must say I love when the drive through associate is articulate and very friendly. Shaee was friendly and polite and used niceties when taking my order and delivering the order. I had my 2 fur babies with me and they like to bark at the drive through because they know they may get a little nibble of food. She complimented them on being so cute and we were on our way.
