I place an order around 10:55AM for ASAP timing for two sandwiches and visit the store closer to 11:10AM to pickup my order. The door is locked and there is no one to be seen. I call the store and a few minutes later Ricardo comes to unlock the door. I request for my food and Ricardo falsely claims my order was a scheduled order for 1:30PM, not even asking my order name or such. He said to come back in 20 minutes. I leave and come back 20 minutes later and Ricardo is preparing some catering order. After telling him that's not my order, and showing him the details of my order, that it was placed for asap timing, he apologies and offers me a 2.99 fountain drink as compensation. At this point it's been over 40 minutes and I have no food. I request for him to just give me a refund, and if possible any other accommodation for the time wasted. He says a refund is all he can offer and rudely tells me to get out the store.
