Ended up with terrible food poisoning from here on February 28th so I'd choose something else if I were you.

I tried to give it one more try at this location... nope! A simple order that could not be made right. Horrible restaurant!

Sometimes it's good, sometimes it isn't. Very inconsistent. Service could be better. Orders are frequently inaccurate.

i guess they changed their sunday hours? i came up to the menu close to 6:30 and was told they were closed, was super disappointed because i had work at 7! apple maps said they were open as did google and their app :( maybe have it posted somewhere so i dont have to waste my time read more

I don't know what's going on with this particular location, their service has always been super slow. This is the only Burger King in town. They never have app orders ready and always ask for payment even though it's been paid online. I actually was in the drive-through for 20 minutes when I got to the speaker I was told I would have to come inside for my online order. I went inside and still had to wait because the order was not ready.. Stay away from this location... I would rather go to the one 22 miles away... read more

Honestly, this was the best fast food I have had in a long time. The service was prompt and polite, which means a lot when you have a hangry 2 year old in the back seat. All of our food was hot and fresh, our fries were definitely fresh out of the fryer and delicious. A great spot to swing by, especially during impromptu road trips like we take. read more

I ordered a breakfast sandwich at 10:06 AM, it was coming up on 15 minutes and that I have not got my sandwich yet. Went up to the counter and waited for the employee to finish at the drive-through window and I told her it was coming up on 15 minutes and I haven't got my sandwich. She ask someone in the back where was my sandwich and found it under the heat lamp behind two other sandwiches. She didn't even apologize for it taking too long, just threw it in the bag and handed it to me. I said I hope it's not cold, and she rudely said it ain't cold! I told her well thanks for not even saying you're sorry that it was late. She said something else that I did not understand. When I started eating my sandwich it was barely warm. Caution- They may mess up your order and then blame you. They're argumentative. My mom & I decided to get a burger. I don't usually eat BK burgers, therefore, I automatically ask for mayo because most places put mustard and I can't stand mustard. My mom ordered a #1 Whopper. When she asked me, I tell the young girl that I want a double meat, double cheese, with mayo & extra pickles. She then asks what it was that I wanted. I repeated it again. She then asks again. That time I said a number 2, double whopper, double meat, double cheese, mayo & extra pickles. The girl failed to say that the number 2 is a Texas DW. Anyway, unless she told me what was on it, I would not have known because the menu doesn't say. The number 1 was a basic whopper so of course I thought I was ordering the right one. Turns out that the Texas DW comes with bacon, jalapeños & mustard. When I got to the truck, I noticed that it wasn't right. I went back in and it didn't matter that I reminded her 3 times that I said double meat, double cheese, mayo & extra pickles. She just kept arguing with me saying that I ordered a number 2 and it included the extra stuff. I pointed out that I said mayo. She replied that it comes with mustard. That was why I asked for mayo. Then she calls up the manager. Before I could say anything, she says to her that I ordered a number 2. The manager said the same thing about the mustard. If I request mayo, it's because I believe that your company puts mustard. I wouldn't request mayo if I wanted mustard. Ultimately I grabbed my sack and left. Went through the drive through the other day, and it took about 28 mins to get our food. I thought BK was fast food. There were 2 people working I asked to speak to the manager and was told there wasn't one. I asked the managers name and I was told Martin. How do you have a store that is severely short handed and as the manager not show up? This place is a joke and the managers and owners should be ashamed. One star Bandera BK one star. read more

The worse customer service. Orders either are missing part of them or just the wrong order all together. My The only reason this Burger King is open is because there not another one in Bandera. Haven't had Burger King in years so we decided to eat here. Well what a mistake. First off the restaurant was empty but we couldn't find a clean table in the place. It looked like a food fight took place in there. It was nasty to say the least. When the food arrived the fries were room temp and tasted of old grease . The hamburger was also room temp. Needless to say BK is out for good now! Won't be back , EVER. Hey BK Corporate, make a surprise visit and you will also be repulsed! 12/31/17 had a family member request BK. Again what a disappointment. Restaurant empty but service was horrible . When will BK care enough to address the issues at this location. I have eaten here several times and every time the food is pre made and cold, especially the chicken nuggets

Horrible service. If using the drive thru, expect to be asked to move up by a trash can out of the site of cameras to fudge the quickness of service performance. Then expect your order to be wrong because multiple cars are asked to pull up next to each other and the "food runners" have no idea who ordered what so they'll give you the wrong order. I eat here 2 to 3 times a week and the service has been poor that last few visits, messing up my orders, having to repeat my order several times, slow service when no one is at the counter, not getting what I have asked for, and cannot count change back properly even though it tells the on the computer how much to give back. To add insult to injury the tables are not clean with no one in the dining area, I'm sure somebody back behind the counter that has nothing to do but talk about B.S. can come out to clean tables but no I had to get some napkins and go to the restroom and get them wet and clean off my table so I can eat.
