This Habit is one of the best on many aspects. From the moment I walked in, a young lady with glasses (didn't get her name) warmly welcomed me and when I was ready she took my order. I was dining in and sitting at a table when the buzzer went off for me to pick up my food. As I was getting up the cashier said she would bring it to me. If only she knew how bad my legs were hurting me and how much I appreciated her kindness especially at a fast food restaurant. The food was fresh, hot and delicious and I ate it all. The restaurant is nice and clean, as are the drink and condiment stations. When I was done the same cashier who took my order, delivered my food, also took my tray even though I said I would do it, she insisted. I don't eat fast food often, but this was great food and great, warm, friendly, genuine service. Service gets a A+. Thank you and may your establishment be highly blessed and prosperous for being a blessing to those who walk through your doors.

We added bacon and subbed out grilled onions for fresh onions. It was a solid sized patty - maybe 1/3 a pound - but was overcooked and dry. Prices were fine, maybe a touch lower than comparable in the area. I wouldn't order again but it was fine for a late night craving.

When asked to correct it they made a big deal about it being $1 more. Which was not an issue on my behalf. When it was handed to us the lid was not put on properly and it spilled all over my granddaughter. No offer to make a new one was ever made. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. Very poor service.

My boyfriend got the Prosciutto Panini and he said he really enjoyed that one, too! *One note is that a good amount of years ago, the owner used to make his own teas and juices for customers; they were always so fun to try. If you're a local and you haven't been yet, what are you waiting for? I'd recommend going for lunch. If you're visiting the area, it's also worth stopping by since Agoura doesn't have many of their own small businesses and restaurants (especially affordable ones that are good.)
