Tried their food truck over lunch, and it's rather simple: never again.
You start to worry when you see the frozen slab of meat hit the grill, and you see your fears confirmed when you realize the end result is vastly smaller than the bun, which is the #1 capital burger sin. The slightly burnt aftertaste and rubbery meat texture don't help either. From there, the burger is slathered in a pint of what I can only describe as BigMac-ish gunk, a cold, not melted slice of cheese (cardinal burger sin nr.2) is added, and you're left with something that resembles a burger, but tastes flat out bad.
The only upside is that the vegetables seemed to be fresh, which is the only aspect of the experience that redeems the score to 2 stars. If you're in Hamburg and craving a good burger, look elsewhere. read more
