The bread that came was warm and delicious (house made I presume) - always an excellent indicator of the quality of dinner to come. The first fish dish as well as the escargot one were paired in unusual ways with a variety of ingredients that worked really well. The main veal dish was perfect with the flavor of chanterelles, spinach, fig and carrot. Our palates were cleansed with a very light pear mousse. The dessert that followed was to die for!
