Do not go at weekends as unless you know exactly what you want you will struggle to find an assistant. Seems to be grossly understaffed. Also sell TVs. Once you've got your computer pray that you dont have a problem with it as their after sales service is appalling. That is, unless you've signed up and paid extra for their service deal.

It is a big store, but is probably fairly typical of most PC world shops. They sell all the usual range of computers, printers, laptops, and software etc. PC World often seem to advertise good special offers, but if you go to the store, you often find they do not have them in stock

The stickers saying what network they're locked to were wrong on two of the phones I bought they need to check their phones more thoroughly. got my son a Samsung phone from here and Christmas morning we find out the touch screen isn't working properly what a disappointment. won't be buying phones from here anymore till they actually give them a proper check before selling them. The upside to this place is the staff are extremely nice and friendly. They work really hard to fix the issues so the customer service is amazing.
