We chatted a bit about what I needed done and the prices I was getting. They quickly quoted me a price more than 50% cheaper than all the other shops I had visited! WHAT THE! I was hesitant at first b/c it was a small shop and only two guys, but I'm glad I went with my gut. The ring turned out great, it was inexpensive...and they were done in only 30 minutes! Sweet! For $25 he buffed, steamed, polished, and used some sort of electromagnetic thing to clean my engagement and wedding rings. Honestly they look better than the day we got them! Such a nice guy, I was talking to him while he worked and told me that he does all the sizing, settings, cleaning etc for all the big name jewelers. Skip the middle men and come straight to L&Ns....I know I will def be back. Only thing to note : CASH ONLY! I actually had to run out top the ATM and then come back to pay him.

We were so impressed by our first visit with Isabella and Michael that we ended up making plans to design and purchase my ring within that first visit. I think the highlight of Euro Design is working with Isabella and Michael, the wife and husband duo that own and run the store. Isabella is incredibly equipped for her sales role. In my opinion her priority is that you're getting a ring and stones that are not only exactly what you're looking for, but also the appropriate value. I never felt like she was trying to push a sale or an upcharge -- she even suggested that I opt for a lab diamond with a slightly lower grade than "perfect", as the higher grades can sometimes look too artificial. I really appreciated that input. Not to mention, the dynamic between Michael and Isabella was really endearing, they make such a great team. I get so many compliments on this ring too. I felt like I got a great deal. The one star is for the absolutely horrendous customer service from the owner, Donna DePrisco. After purchasing the ring and taking all of the paperwork with me, DePrisco's then mailed a second copy of my receipt to my home in an envelope labeled with their name and logo. My fiancé just so happened to retrieve the mail that day, and instantly knew what was up, spoiling the surprise and the biggest moment of my life. When I called the store to ask why on earth they would mail something to my home, knowing I lived with my fiancé, I was told "you forgot your receipt," which was not the case. Even if it were, they had my cell phone & email AND knew I was coming back a week later to pick it up. I spoke to Donna on the phone, who was very apologetic at the time and promised me she would take a good amount of money off the sale price and give me an additional gift to make up for the mistake. When I returned to pick up the ring, Donna conveniently had to "take a phone call" and avoided me the entire time. I was given no discount and no gift to make up for the mishap, despite being promised both by Donna. When I brought this up to other employees, they said there was nothing they could do unless Donna approved it herself. But she never got off the phone. I was in the store for close to an hour and she was in a back room taking a fake phone call the entire time. I returned a few weeks later with my fiancé to get the ring re-sized. The second I walked in I made eye contact with Donna, who once again took out her phone and pretended to be on a call the entire time we were there. We again brought up the mishap and asked for a gift or some kind of compensation in return. The employee said the best she could do was offer a pair of fake pearl earrings (valued at $40) to make up for everything. We reluctantly accepted, despite the fact that my fiancé does not wear pearls and did not want the earrings. We are still very happy with the ring itself, but will never ever be returning to DePriscos for anything simply because of Donna. Im still upset that they ruined the biggest moment of my life and did not do anything to make up for it, despite promising me they would. Be careful with this place -- Donna is a snake and will do anything for a dollar.

I had to have both rings reset by a different jeweler as Laura was rude and dismissive the first time I brought it to her attention that my setting was loose - when I nearly lost my center stone within a year of receiving the ring. I lost two of my grandmother's diamonds...it's devastating! I am kind of relieved to read that other reviewers had a similar experience as me because Laura was so dismissive and made me feel like it was my fault that I wear my rings too hard. I have other diamond rings that have never had this happen!
