I'm one of the few people in Missouri privileged with the opportunity to try the elite ARX machine…read moreat Biofit, and it left me truly amazed that I have had the honor of experiencing something that's going to change history and how people experience finding and building their own strength. This is a long review but every bit of it is necessary because this needs to be known, shared, and experienced!!! This exercise equipment has created a new neural pathway for me and how I now view exercise, my time spent at the gym and my ability to reach peak levels endurance. As a fitness enthusiast who's tried everything from P90X to Peloton, nothing compares to this experience. I love lifting free weights and unlike most people I don't count my reps per se I count my length of time doing each rep, which is the TUT method (time under tension). Most workout fanatics may use this method because it's so beneficial. Time under tension is the duration a muscle is under strain during exercise. It focuses on the time spent in each movement to enhance muscle growth and endurance. For me, this is the best and fastest way to tone up, get great blood flow to muscles (pump), and see results. What I now know is ARX eclipses the TUT method and any other machine out there. Now the tut method is great but even though you're holding that tension there's nothing but gravity working against you and your own strength which is great but be honest how hard to you really push yourself at the gym? With this state-of-the-art equipment, the machine is working against you via resistance BUT is also working for you. It's as if it's working every muscle everywhere all at once!! It somehow knows what limit to push your body to so you get the perfect amount of resistance, which in turn gives you the metrics of your own strength. Something lifting has never gauged for me better yet has never resisted against me to enhance my strength. ARX is so mind-boggling that talking about it doesn't do it justice--you must experience it in person! No matter what your strength level is, this machine will match you and make you work smarter, not harder, plus you can get a full-body workout in 10-15 minutes. My first time was less than 5 minutes on one machine and it was a leg press. I was in my casual everyday clothes. I wasn't wearing tennis shoes I was wearing heels jeans and a leather jacket! Why? I went in for a quick demo thinking it would be demonstrated for me by the owner. Nope watching would not have done me any good because you don't know the might of this machine until you experience it. So it bears repeating I was in high heels, and I was still able to accomplish a magnificent burn, experience a life transforming piece of equipment and more importantly I didn't have to take my shoes off and I didn't break a heel! Now, my second time was less than 10 minutes and was a full-body workout. This time I had on gym attire and tennis shoes were a must because after the experience the week before I wanted to see what I could really accomplish without worrying about snapping a heel off. At the end of my short session, I felt as if I had been working out for 45 minutes. I only used three machines and didn't lift a single weight!! My muscles were so taxed I couldn't complete my usual HIIT routine on the self powered treadmill, and in all honesty, that routine may become a thing of the past, along with my typical gym membership. These slick pieces of machinery will end up making typical gym equipment obsolete simply due to the science and metrics behind it. Plus, it's designed to give you one of the most efficient methods of working out, which is time under tension. The ARX is literally based on Time Under Tension (TUT) plus it tracks your strength metrics, tailors resistance to your personal limits, takes less than 10 minutes, and you can get results by using it once or twice a week!! I value my time very much, and being able to cut down my commute to and from the gym, the time in between sets, and the time to perform my workout is a win-win for me. It was an unparalleled workout experience. It's hands down the most amazing workout I've ever had! Talking about this is not the same as experiencing it. You MUST experience it then see how you feel the day after. I promise you'll want to go back and try beating your own scores again!

You may think that BioFit is just like any other small gym, but you would be completely mistaken…read more They have the best equipment around for a full body workout in just 15 minutes a week. That's right. . . . a full body workout in 15 minutes, only once a week. You have a scheduled appointment, so you have the trainer's individual attention. The short time needed for a complete workout is excellent for the busy professional and the personal attention is great for those who don't like the large gyms where you're lost in the masses not knowing how to use the equipment. Be sure to call BioFit to get your free demo. I promise you'll want to join the family!

As I walked back to my car I asked a member if she knew when they opened. She said 9:00 but when she realized it was after 9 she said "oh I think they just changed it". I can't afford a person trainer in which I would need for the problems that I have that I would have to have a trainer to do the do it right but there's good people there. I just wish they had a little more. Maybe one of those classes but I guess it's just not meant to be right now. But it sure would be nice. Remember I talked to one of the district managers on the phone and I told him that the arthritis was pretty bad and my back was this messed up and he was nice and he just said oh that's that's hard to manage. I was just looking for an answer or hoping for one like well. It's always the fact that it's never too late, but you have to know how to build the muscles up so you don't hurt yourself worse and the only way to do that is with the trainer and unfortunately they need to work too and I can't afford that. I just wish that when he said that that's hard to manage. That's not what I was going there far or asking about. I go to my doctor to manage that. I don't go to the gym to do that. I would love to have the muscles in my back. Just a little bit more stronger. It's never too late. That's what they say but I was told it's hard to manage so that's kind of why I've never went back in there. They've got awesome trainers but I don't even know if it cost to get a consultation. That's what I was looking for. Also come in. We'll have a consultation but instead I got it's hard to manage so that's why I haven't been back in there. That's just me

I had to come write a review about my experience yesterday. A young man that works at the desk stepped up and coached class with the scheduled coach was a no show. He could have easily cancelled class I'm sure, or problem solved in some other aspect. However, he stepped up and coached... when he isn't a coach. I can imagine this was super nerve wracking as there's a lot of management when it comes to a class. I was super grateful that he did this and I got my workout in for the day. He did way better than I could and I was impressed. I am unsure of his name, but props to him!! :) Thank you!!

What can I say? OTF is a game changer for me! I'm a self proclaimed OTF addict and I never felt so enthusiastic to go. Every session is different and every session I always push myself to exceed my previous numbers. OTF is a group class scheduled hourly that has super enthusiastic trainers and great music playlists (lol). You're given a heart monitor (that you have to purchase if you decide to become a member) and there's a huge tv screen that lets you know your oxygen consumption, heart rate, and splat points. Generally, you want to remain in the orange zone and gain at least 12 splat points to further your caloric expenditure. Cons: it's a little pricey. They have different packages for you to purchase. I started off with an 8 session package ($99) and used it up in 2 weeks so I forced myself to get the unlimited. Pros: muscle definition, stamina, and leaving every session with a smile. Also, you can workout at different locations - even out of state!
