Every new addition feels like an excuse to raise prices, even for loyal members who have been there for years. The company markets itself as being about helping people reach their fitness goals, but in reality, everything seems centered around upselling and increasing fees. Instead of rewarding long-term members, they continue to hike prices with little consideration for customer loyalty. Nice equipment and new amenities don't make up for feeling like just another dollar sign. Long-term members deserve better transparency, stability in pricing, and a company that genuinely prioritizes their progress over profit.

Plenty of guidance by the owner on proper form and plenty of mods depending on injuries or if you need to beef up the exercise. Super welcoming studio and received tips to stay hydrated and eat protein and I'm not all that sore after a seriously intense full body hiit workout that emphasized muscle groups i tend to shy away from.
