They are plenty juicy and flavorful. The fries (at least the first time I had them) were both crispy outside and fluffy potato inside. Today, however, they were soft and limp. I ordered the cheese for dipping and it was watery and flavorless. Such a bummer. I also had their buffalo chicken ranch sandwich. It was lifeless. The chicken was rubbery, and the bacon tasteless. It was a waste of bacon (and I don't say that lightly). My wife had the chicken parm sandwich and again, the chicken was rubbery. Maybe we should have stuck with burgers? Alas, she could not ad they didn't have the turkey burgers. I say stick with their burgers and maybe ask for the fries well done.

We then asked to see the policy and Jony said he can't show us it and we have to go on the corporate website to view it. He then told the customers behind us that we're just gripping over food. We also asked Dylan to show us the policy and he said he just started working there and he didn't care. It's sad that a small little piece of food is such a big deal to them after spending $40 at their restaurant. Both locations said they give out samples all the time and didn't know why we were told they have a policy about no samples.
