This place is amazing. Great place to lay your head down. Anthony was amazing during my booking. Give that man a raise.

Weird ass smoker

Initially cool good front staff but awkward inside with patrons and run down bbq, game tables, and facilities. Didn't use bed sheets because didn't smell clean. Parking in back by strip club Talk of the Town, unsafe. Fees were expensive compared to Sin City next door. Good for quick, short nights sleep.

My neighbors belongings were in the isles due to lack of space. If you don't have a bottom bunk, you have NO storage.

I wouldn't recommend this place at all. The rooms aren't nearly as spacious as they appear in their ads. I can understand, at 6'10", I'm not an ideal candidate for bunk beds so no big surprise there. There was less than 2 feet distance between beds in the isles. Parking is $5 a day for an unsecured gravel lot. They don't actually have disabled parking, as it was rudely explained by a short African American woman with tons of negative demeanor my entire stay...good thing I only paid for 2 days. The rest of the staff were fairly pleasant. Not sure what her problem was but it was my birthday vacay so I didn't really care! They have very spacious common and kitchen areas. They say no guest are allowed but dude was bringing in a couple girls at a time, IJS‍ The front desk was totally fine with it.

Because of my little buddy's special needs, my travels are limited. On the rare occasion that I am able to break away, I have to travel solo. In case I have to turn around and head home. Such was the case when I decided to capture a dream and go to the Electric Daisy Carnival in 2018. Being a last minute booker, my choice of accommodations was limited. Wanting the most Vegas experience, I jumped when I came across Sin City. It was the perfect jump! I drove in by myself, knew no one, and had never stayed in a hostel. Within 30 minutes, the hostel concept was well seated and within an hour, I was kicking it with other festival goers. The room was clean, including the beds. The WiFi was fast. Plenty of electrical outlets. Breakfast fixings were tasty. But what made the difference were the people. Both the staff and the other patrons. There was a respectable mix of males and females, though I'm not sure if everyone was going to EDC. If you can book a bed, please do! Though I do have 2 VERY IMPORTANT suggestions. Use the Walgreens on the corner for everything. Don't go to the gas station. You will pay twice as much for everything! And for the EDC crowd, use the shuttle bus. Don't fight traffic! It will make your stay at Sin City so much better. I hope to see Sin City Hostel again!

Affordable, near Fremont Street, about 10 min drive from The Strip, and none of the hustle and bustle / crowds of frequented spots in Vegas. They have a pool (haven't tried), fitness center (good selection & clean), bar, & nightclub. The nightclub area hosts different themes on different days and apparently Friday & Saturday are their busiest times but I didn't really see it. They have 2 buildings, the pool building (Oasis) and the 21+ only building (Gold Spike). If you in Gold Spike, when it opens for the nightclub, even if you stay there - you have to go through security and if you have outside food and drinks - they take it and escort you to the elevator so you aren't "bringing it in the club" & when you come down to leave with items from your room ... they do the same. Parking is limited - like maybe 20 cars limited. I say all that to say - don't let the outside deter you. We've stayed in both buildings and though I prefer the tower - I would stay in either again 4 stars because of the tub and shower doing some weird stuff.

What does the agency say? Take it up with the hotel! So, we attempt to just cancel the room bc we aren't going to pay hidden charges (illegal much?). Am I able to? NO! This place saved my butt and was only $280 for two nights. Normally that would be highway robbery in Vegas, but they saved me a ton of money and I'm grateful for that. They were also quite accommodating, allowing me to check-in early and park the car on the premises longer than my stay. There are close bus stops that take you down to the Strip and LV Convention Center which works well if you are familiar with public transit. No problem with communication and there is coffee in the reception area. The rooms themselves are sparsely furnished but quite clean. There is cable TV and Wifi works reasonably well. I could have used some hangers or have been told to bring hangers but otherwise not a big deal. There is some noise at night and climate control is a little inconsistent but nothing that can't be managed with windows and earplugs. As expected, the showers are the busiest in the morning but they are practically deserted past 9 pm or so. Make sure you lock the doors because they don't lock on their own and some unsavory residents (down on their luck types) have walked by and tried the door. There were two pillows that were really flat. I examined the sheets closely and they seemed fine. The room was lit by two bare bulbs on the ceiling. After I removed the bedspread, I checked for bedbugs. None! Yeah! The air conditioner worked really well. I actually got cold. The motel doesn't take credit cards which would have been nice to know. After we got out, we had to find a security guard ourselves to report what happened. The response was just as upsetting. A staff member made a comment about the hotel being built in the 1990s. Later, Wesley told us he had reviewed the footage and that we were in the elevator for "less than two minutes," as if the short amount of time meant there was no issue. Our concern was what the elevator did and the fact that we could not reach anyone for help. Wesley said maintenance had looked at it and found no problem, but we weren't told what they checked. We then saw other guests continuing to use the same elevator. I don't feel safe getting back on it, and I'm concerned for anyone else who does. For what we paid to stay at The Venetian, I expected the hotel to take a reported elevator problem and an unanswered call button seriously. Instead, we felt completely dismissed.

Circus Circus is an absolute dream for kids!…read more I'll be honest--the casino itself is more of a lower-end, older-school casino compared with some of the newer, high-end resorts on the Strip. It's definitely not the most luxurious or upscale casino in Las Vegas. BUT... the Midway upstairs completely makes up for it! I honestly can't say enough about how amazing the Midway is. It literally feels like you walked into an indoor carnival. There are so many games, arcade games, carnival games, attractions, and things for kids to do that you could easily spend an entire day here. My niece walked in and immediately said, "Wow, this place is amazing!" What really surprised me was how clean and well-maintained the Midway is. With the number of kids constantly coming in and out, I expected it to feel a little worn down, but it was actually very clean, organized, and well kept. The prices are definitely on the higher side, but honestly, that seems to be the case everywhere these days, so it's hard to complain too much. If you have kids, though, you can easily get your money's worth because they could spend hours here and still not want to leave. The indoor roller coaster area is also really nice. The $60 all-you-can-ride option is actually pretty reasonable if you plan on spending a good amount of time riding. I do wish they offered a smaller option for people who only want to ride once or twice, but I understand that the all-day pass encourages you to stay and enjoy everything. Overall, Circus Circus may not be the most luxurious casino on the Strip, but the Midway is absolutely worth checking out if you have kids. It's genuinely one of the most kid-friendly attractions I've come across in Vegas. My niece had an absolute blast, and I can easily see kids spending an entire day here.

I didn't feel comfortable sitting on anything in the room. The hotel has plenty of parking in their TIGHT parking structure. Which allows you to walk through the long journey to the front desk, passing all the shops, eateries, entertainment, casino and more beforehand. Over the years it seems as though their gaming area has gotten smaller and smaller. Staff is hit or miss as some just don't seem to want to be there. Didn't feel the safest here. Sad to say considering this is a hotel property under MGM properties. Feels like the redheaded step child not being shown any love or attention by the company.

I booked a Vice President suite at this hotel months prior to my dad's 80th birthday party, and called upon booking to reserve the attached room for dad. Two days before arrival, we called the hotel to confirm the arrangement and that the room attached to the suite was reserved as MY DAD HAS DEMENTIA. They confirmed all was set for his 80th birthday party. We arrive at the hotel, and they have dad twenty floors below us. Typical scenario: desk clerk can't do anything about it, and no one who CAN make any changes is available to speak about it, but she can offer a discounted rate on the second room and was able to move it to the same floor... it had been six hours of traffic in the car to get to Vegas, so we accepted our rooms and got ready to retire for the evening. Not to mention others around us were having the same problem with their reserved rooms not being available - it didn't seem we'd be making any progress that evening. Dad's room had not been touched in possibly 20 years. Truly. Incredibly outdated, dinky, none of the outlets could hold a plug without it falling out - it was in absolute disrepair and smelled musty. Also, the room we booked was not the featured room we initially booked. Flamingo totally missed the mark. How much work does a family have to do to with their handicapped family members to ensure planning their special day is successful? How can a management company find it acceptable to separate a man with dementia from his family on his 80th birthday? I used to rave about Flamingo to my friends who were considering visiting Vegas but this giant has absolutely fallen. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.
