Circus Circus is an absolute dream for kids! I'll be honest--the casino itself is more of a lower-end, older-school casino compared with some of the newer, high-end resorts on the Strip. It's definitely not the most luxurious or upscale casino in Las Vegas. BUT... the Midway upstairs completely makes up for it! I honestly can't say enough about how amazing the Midway is. It literally feels like you walked into an indoor carnival. There are so many games, arcade games, carnival games, attractions, and things for kids to do that you could easily spend an entire day here. My niece walked in and immediately said, "Wow, this place is amazing!" What really surprised me was how clean and well-maintained the Midway is. With the number of kids constantly coming in and out, I expected it to feel a little worn down, but it was actually very clean, organized, and well kept. The prices are definitely on the higher side, but honestly, that seems to be the case everywhere these days, so it's hard to complain too much. If you have kids, though, you can easily get your money's worth because they could spend hours here and still not want to leave. The indoor roller coaster area is also really nice. The $60 all-you-can-ride option is actually pretty reasonable if you plan on spending a good amount of time riding. I do wish they offered a smaller option for people who only want to ride once or twice, but I understand that the all-day pass encourages you to stay and enjoy everything. Overall, Circus Circus may not be the most luxurious casino on the Strip, but the Midway is absolutely worth checking out if you have kids. Ever since I had kids, we have been doing kid stuff. Lol. So, this is my life with kids now. Not much adult fun, but kid fun. I haven't been to Circus Circus in like 20 years, maybe longer. However, on our last trip to Vegas (beginning of August 2026), we took our almost 7 year old and 4 year old to check it out. We spent most of the first afternoon in Adventureland. For $60, our 7 year old (barely 48" tall) had a blast. He was able to do all the rollercoasters and rides since he was tall enough. For $30, our 4 year old did a lot of the smaller rides and she was a little jealous that she couldn't go on the bigger rides (but she's not tall enough). Parents need to buy a $60 ticket (wristband) if you want to accompany your kids on the rides. The two big roller coasters were fun and a thrill a minute. One has a double loop and double twist and is fairly fast. The second bigger rollercoaster sits 4 people and has lots of twists and turns and gravity events that keep you moving all over your seat. My son also went on several bigger rides by himself and had a blast. The lines aren't too long. I think we waited at most 10 minutes for the longest line. After leaving Adventureland, we walked around the arcade and played some claw games where you can win prizes. There's lots of claw games inside Adventureland too. The ones that were popular with my kids were the ones with the dumpling prizes and Needoh prizes. One great thing about Vegas is that when it's hot outside, all indoors locations have good AC and Circus Circus lived up to the bill. I hate having the blazing sun beat down on me, so it was good to be indoors. That weekend it was up to 117 degrees outside!!! Ouch! Parking was free in the lot (many places in Vegas on the strip are now charging $20 to $25 dollars to park for the day). Who doesn't love a good circus? On my most recent trip to Vegas, I decided to walk around this hotel on The Strip for a bit on a week day afternoon. My main purpose? I heard that they have daily circus shows for free. As I walked around to enquire about the event, I found out that during the off-season (it was February), they don't always do daily shows. I was out of luck unfortunately. While a bummer, I explored the hotel a bit. It's so-so. Compared to other hotels on The Strip, this one seems pretty outdated and average. The type of old school casinos where a cloud of smoke follows you everywhere you go. There are some cool things though. Circus-themed architecture. A large cut-out of Elvis. Etc. I don't think staying here would be the most pleasant of stays, but I'm sure it's more affordably priced than other options. It's on one end of the strip close to the Stratosphere. Came to specifically play Bingo. Been meaning to get here the last few months since Bingo went live here. Finally made it. They have the old school paper only and dauber bingo only on Fridays, Saturdays and Sunday. Only cash is accepted for purchase of Bingo cards. The Bingo room is located upstairs just past the Adventure Dome. $30 for the 1st pack which includes 3 drink tickets. Alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages are available. I love this place but if I'm telling the truth it's fun here the promotions are great the stuff great but the pillows and linens need to be thrown in the trash and they need to be updated!! I used to only stay here on my birthday, which is in February but lately I've been coming more because the promotions have been so good. And now the more that I stay, I've been noticing the quality of my bedding and I get these disgusting black spots on my pillows when I wake up or when I get out of the shower and I looked it up on Google and it seems as though this can be mold or mildew it creeps me out and disgusts me to the point where I bring my own pillows and covers or even trash bags to place over the pillows. I'm not sure if everyone is having this problem but almost every room I've stayed and I've noticed the same thing. I hate to leave a bad review because I truly do enjoy coming to this property and the workers there, but this needs to be addressed immediately. I chose to stay at this hotel because I had great childhood memories of being here with my parents. Now that I have two children of my own, I wanted to make those type of memories with them. Initially, I had booked the cheapest room. Upon checking in, they have kiosks that you check yourself into and it hands you the keys. The kiosk offered a room upgrade for $30 more so I accepted. The place is very lively and super packed. The parking situation is a nightmare. The spots are so small and you're going around in circles forever hoping someone will leave. We parked in the structure almost at the very top and had to take the elevator back down. The elevator was absolutely repulsive. You can tell that it's never been cleaned since 1968 when they opened. It's supposed to be a smoke free hotel but reaks of cigarettes. Once we found our room, we were hit with a tremendously awful smell. I sprayed my boyfriend's cologne everywhere and even that didn't help. There's no fridge, no microwave, no coffee pot, nothing. The toiletries are a prison bar of soap and a conditioner that's drilled to the wall. The place is ghettoooo. Ladies so drunk their breasts are out and guys so sloppy drunk they're dropping their belongings. I will say that AdventureDome being just downstairs from your room is a really nice touch. There's also a Starbucks, Popeyes, and Pick Up Sticks. They are incredibly inflated though and customer service is terrible so I wouldn't suggest it. They also have a splash pad that looks super fun but it's sooo crowded I didn't even bother. I think the worst part of this stay were the hotel elevators during checkout. It's a huge mob of people all waiting for the same elevator and when it finally arrives, it's too crowded to even go into. There was people shoving each other or cutting each other. We legit waited thirty minutes until we decided to just take the one million flight of stairs. Overall I would not suggest it at all. I paid $273.05 for two nights and I guess you get what you pay for so I think next time I'll spend more money and go elsewhere. read more

This was our last resort because we got side tracked to vegas for a few days after our flight was cancencelled until two days later. This was the only hotel available. It's unfortunate because we do not like this hotel and still do not after this stay. For starters, this place is dirty and filthy as seen in some of my pictures. In our original room, it smelled like weed and cigarettes. We asked to move and were presented with a better smelling room. The staff were overall friendly. Most of the hotel smells. It is also located off the strip so it's a pretty long walk to get to the attractions and main hotels. There are also no circus shows playing when we stayed here!! The evelvator was reliable and the water pressure in the bathrooms was nice. Besides that, I don't have many good things to say about this place. Every door we touched, shocked us and it made me feel dirty staying here. I wouldn't recommend unless absolutely required. For kids however, I can see how this would be fun. Our window had a view of a wall. No fridge, microwave nor coffee maker. I didn't expect much but hoped for better. Only two sets of towels with no hand towels. The shampoo container was sitting on the tub. The crusty double backed tape was still stuck on the shower surround. A simple repair, yet they made a decision not to. Only three hangers in the room. Called next day to get towels. Instead of getting housekeeping, it was forwarded to front desk where I waited a half hour before hanging up. Went to front desk and told them our needs. Handed the phone and she connected me right away to housekeeping. They then delivered towels within the hour. My wife was able to get ahold of housekeeping via phone, as we were getting short of TP. No delivery... again went to front desk and delivery made hours later. Not all was terrible. Water pressure and hot water is great. Because of the convention the rates for this subpar property were over $160 a night. These rooms typically go for $30 a night, though I wouldn't stay here unless I absolutely had to even at $30 a night.... read more

Even with low expectations, the hotel failed to meet them. The place is so run down, old, and smells. It was a ghost town. The room itself had questionable stains on the furniture, no hangers in the closet, broken wood inside the closet, no fan in the bathroom, and just general sense of a forgotten hotel stuck in the past. They do provide free parking, we just went in through the hotel registration/parking entrance since it wasn't very clear where else we could park. The place feels old and not kept up to date, it doesn't feel dirty, but nor was it clean. It's a little bit of a maze to find our way to the Midway, and on the top level there were many arcade games and in the center was the stage for the free circus act. Happens every half hour or so on certain days and maybe lasts 8 minutes. I believe the rest of the time is for you to take your kids to spend at the arcade games. The midway and adventure dome is fun for kids and adults alike and the mega resort has so many other points of interests I couldn't list them all. The main idea here is Vegas isn't Hawaii. In Hawaii you could go to any hotel motel Holiday Inn and enjoy it all the same. The attraction is the beach. Again, in Vegas not the case at all. The attraction is being in a place where everything is within reach. A pool, a restaurant, some entertainment, a casino - and this checks all the boxes. If you stay here try to enjoy it here. Go next door to The Strat and enjoy Top of the World for lunch or dinner. Try the rides there. Maybe the next day go to downtown (very close from this end of the Strip). See the cute Vegas casinos where it all started. Enjoy some cheap eats there too. Maybe on one day go to center Strip and see the newest and best of what Vegas has to offer: Bellagio, City Center, Paris and the rest. What has always been a special annual tradition of celebrating my daughter's birthday at your property has unfortunately been overshadowed by the unprofessional conduct of two front desk employees, Lilian and Camille. From the moment I checked in, Lilian spoke to me in a condescending and demeaning manner that made me feel disrespected and belittled. Rather than treating me with the courtesy and professionalism I expect from a resort, I was spoken to as though I was incapable of understanding simple information. There was no warmth, patience, or kindness in our interaction. My experience with Camille only reinforced the negative impression created at check-in. The way I was treated set the tone for my entire stay. Instead of feeling welcomed and valued as a guest, I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. This experience significantly affected what should have been a memorable celebration for my daughter's birthday. Because of this experience, I have made the difficult decision to end our yearly birthday tradition at your resort. Given the poor customer service and the fact that my stay did not reflect the level of hospitality or guest experience your resort advertises, I believe it is appropriate to refund the resort fee. There is ample parking, many shops to browse around, eateries/drinks, the new SpongeBob ride is situated right next to Starbucks, that was a fun experience for the family after we got play/ride cards at the Midway. I have a time stamp beginning to end 9:34 pm at darr station til around 10:16 at management office. Which we were unjustly turned away and not heard from. Which might seem small but is big when it comes to your management and true experience of winning a game fair and square Despite meeting the requirement, the booth operators refused to give him the prize. When we questioned this, their behavior was dismissive and discriminatory, making it clear we were being treated unfairly the manager and unfairly as she was sided with the teenagers from the start she turned us away coldly. This experience was both dishonest and discriminatory. I am requesting the following: That the prize rightfully earned be awarded. That the operators responsible be held accountable. That steps be taken to ensure fair treatment of all guests moving forward. Please respond promptly. Every time we visit Las Vegas, we always watch the circus shows at Circus Circus Las Vegas. My son enjoys watching clown shows, but he wasn't able to act this time. We watched Hula Hoops and the new guy Freeladderman, both of which were excellent shows. The freeladderman was kind enough to let my kids take pictures with him. There are live performance what seemed like every hour and we got to see a trapeze and clown performance for free which was awesome! We stayed here for a two day layover and decided to come based on it being cheaper and we got what we asked for. The check in process was unhelpful and confusing. Online is said you owed a certain amount during check in but then it cost more when you were actually here. There was conflicting signs telling you to do different things. It smells bad everywhere. Our first room smelled very strongly like weed. The windows were almost all dirty inside the rooms. Inside and outside there was trash laying around and lots of bad smells. We got moved to another room which was much better. Every door I opened shocked me when I pressed the key to open it. In my first room the toilet seat wouldn't stay up and it made a terrible noise and jolted when flushed. The outside is sketchy, especially at night so I recommend walking through the hotel, not around. The elevators are poorly labeled like some go up to certain levels some don't. One positive is that the elevators are fast. While I was here the place was very empty in general. Another positive was the wide variety of games, gambling, stores, and even fun activities. One of the biggest disappointments is that the circus shows don't happen Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday so we weren't able to see even one. My parents stayed here many years ago and said it used to be much better. Overall there is a lot to do but it's way too expensive for the quality of stay. read more

The room was a good deal so we decided to try it for the weekend. We arrived at midnight. There was over 200 people minimum trying to check in the lobby. There were no employees behind the desk to check you in you have to use a kiosk. There were a ton of kiosks to check in but quite a lot were broken and even the working ones had issues. There were about 5 employees trying to help all the people having issues checking in and there were a lot of us. It took me after waiting in line about twenty minutes and then still needed employee assistance twice. The elevators were extremely slow. Lots of people waiting for a a few elevators. We got to the room it was ok. It was fairly clean. The bathroom had dirt on the floor in the corners, under the sink and main areas. First night loud kids in the hallway woke us up at 3AM. Next day the toilet was not working. Maintenance did come up in a reasonable time and fix it. On Sunday we leave our room try get an elevator and none came. One finally came and we jumped in when the people got out but it would not move. After waiting about 10 minutes my husband called the maintenance department and spoke with Stephanie who told him the repair person wasn't coming until Monday so there was nothing she could do. Luckily a maintenance person came up by coincidence and let us use the service elevator or we would have had to walk down 27 flights of stairs. When we get to the parking lot the elevator is not working there either Needless to say. We won't be coming back. read more

We just checked into our room and later went out to the Strip. When we came back, we were trying to rest and recover from our trip when part of the ceiling suddenly collapsed in our bathroom. This was extremely shocking and could have been very dangerous. Pieces of the ceiling fell down, creating a serious safety hazard. The hotel moved us to another room, which was obviously necessary, but when I requested a refund for this night or at least one complimentary night due to this horrible and unsafe experience, they refused. I am truly surprised and disappointed by how this hotel handled the situation. This was not just an inconvenience -- it was a dangerous incident. The AC works but at night I feel like it wasn't as cool as I'd like, but not horrible. However, there was no way it was 65 in our room. It never got that cold in there. It was maybe 70 at the lowest. I didn't like that. Separate manor buildings are lined up all horizontally, not vertically . Like i said, old set up. LOVE that there's parking along the sides Of our hotel room Though! Plenty of parking and I didn't have to walk forever to get to my room. Appreciated that factor. Came here with my girl with her son. His first time here. We walked thru the hotel our first night to see what they had. Had a small game room that we played at for a bit. For $20 we were able to play table hockey, and 5 other games. Definitely got our moneys worth. They have a good court, krispy krerme and affordable drinks. If you're a family with young kids. Their place is VERY affordable and they have a water park and free shows! read more

Unfortunately, our stay at Circus Circus has been extremely disappointing, and the biggest issue has been both the condition of the room and the way we have been treated by staff. When we arrived, check-in was mostly done through computers/kiosks, with an employee standing nearby. We needed assistance and felt like we were being dismissed and basically shooed away rather than helped. The interaction came across as rude and made us feel like we were an inconvenience for simply asking for help. Once we got to our room, the bathtub was clogged, the TV was visibly dirty/gross, and the table was dirty. This was not the condition I expected to find a hotel room in when bringing my family on vacation. To be fair, the hotel did offer to move us to another room, but it would have been the exact same room type rather than an upgrade. They also sent someone to fix the clogged bathtub and later sent a refrigerator to our room. I appreciate that the maintenance issue was addressed, but fixing something that should have been working when we arrived doesn't address the bigger problem. My biggest complaint is the customer service. The dismissive attitude we experienced at check-in has continued when trying to get help. I spoke with management about everything that happened and was told the staff would be "coached." I asked whether anything else could be done because of our overall experience and was told no. I wasn't demanding a free vacation. I would have appreciated some acknowledgment of the experience, whether that was an upgrade, resort-fee adjustment, credit, or simply management making a genuine effort to make us feel valued as guests. Instead, I have continued to feel dismissed. We chose Circus Circus because we are traveling as a family and wanted an affordable place to stay in Las Vegas. Unfortunately, between the cleanliness of the room, maintenance issue, lack of assistance at check-in, and especially the way our concerns have been handled, I would not choose to stay here again. read more

So basically I went here for 17 days and on my first day we walked in and I saw a lady butt cheeks out and another lady dressed as a furry. The Burger King to 136 minutes to get my food. And on the 12th day of my trip a lady was being a Karen on the elevator saying she went to the Chinese restaurant (I think it's called "Ching long dong") and she said she got in a physical fight with the black lady working at the Popeyes. read more
