I had a few basic questions about membership and access, and she struggled to provide clear answers. Communication was difficult, and I found myself having to repeat questions multiple times without getting much clarity in return. Customer service--especially over the phone--is often the first impression of a business, and this one missed the mark. It felt like there was little effort to understand my questions or guide me toward helpful information. I ended the call more confused than when I started, which is never a good sign when you're considering joining a gym. Hopefully this is just an isolated experience, but it definitely made me hesitant to move forward.

( NOTE: You don't need to have a PT to be a member. )The environment is very chill. People are respectful. I feel very comfortable at this gym. The other trainers are very nice too. Overall it is a great vibe and once you've been going a while you'll start to feel like part of a community. I also love the fact that I can go whenever I want. There's no attendant and you just use your app to get in, and it's in a safe neighborhood. I highly recommend this gym.

The issue with this, is there is usually no announcement. Posting on social media is not the same as sending email announcements and even setting up a notification on the app! When they made equipment upgrades, we weren't even notified. Imagine showing up to the gym to workout and you can't! Sometimes no one shows up when the when the gym is supposed to open, like today, which means I can't workout. It's been 30 minutes and still no one. This has happened too many times for me. A lot of us get up early to go to the gym to start our day and can also ruin workout schedules for people like me who are bodybuilding.

Although I love to run I knew I needed a switch up. Allegiate is the most incredible space. Knowledgeable coaches who are supportive and encouraging, front desk who are always attentive and welcoming. The facility is decked out with a wide range of equipment that is always tidy and in its place. If you are looking for not just another weight lifting gym, this is it. Hands down. And how to forget about Sabrina she is a sweetheart and a giver, she is a hugger and always encourages me. Corbin & Tony knowledge is amazing and super helpful. Rich, my personal trainer explains each new exercise that he shows me and what muscles that are being strengthened. My previous back pains are gone and friends tell me that I look taller. This El Segundo facility has a big parking lot, so there is never a problem finding a parking space.
