Concha de chocolate, latte, guava y queso?
Melissa C.

Flat White & Latte

This place was on my list so made the trek out to try it. The coffee shop shares its space with a restaurant. There is only seating outside. We were lucky the rain did not start yet. Flat white (65 mxn) - a decent flat white. Latte (65 mxn) - creamy and more milky than the lattes I've had. I was a little disappointed given how many people rave about this place.

loved this place for coffee! very quaint and friendly (english speaking) baristas! there is a 15€ upcharge for non-dairy milk! there is a bathroom and GOOD WORKING wifi! I'm pretty sure they also sell beans here (might have to go back and get some!)

I was visiting and this was one of the best cortados I've ever had. I had to make a second trip because it was so good! The coffee was smooth and balanced. I asked for recommendations to buy a bag and the barista was friendly and knowledgeable. Already planning my next visit and can't wait to come back!

We were just in Mexico City for a week, and we stayed just on the Plaza Rio de Janeiro. There are a lot of options for coffee in the area, and Buna was one of the ones we tried! My to go americano was good, and the service was really nice. The inside of the tiny little coffeeshop is really cool and modern, and there are some wonderful seats outside on the sidewalk that looked like a great place to relax with a coffee for a bit if I hadn't been on my way out for a day of exploring the city. Definitely a place I'd stop again for coffees to go or to enjoy outside when I'm next in Mexico City.

Iced Americano and Flat White

Limited seating, but an outdoor view of the streets to people watch. We got iced Americano and a flat white, the flat white was the best out of all the coffee shops we tried. Quick service as well.

Almond croissant, (2) Americanos, cute doggy

The 8oz americano here is fantastic. I wanted to visit other coffee places in the area but had to come back here a few more times because the coffee tastes so amazing. The almond croissant is also delicious. It has some kind of custard inside instead of almond paste, so that's a bit disappointing yet the custard tastes very good so I can't fault that decision. It's better than any of several pastries I got nearby at Panaderia Rosetta (not saying Rosetta's are bad, just that this almond croissant was even better). The baristas are nice and understand inglés. If you get it aqui they tell you to sit and they'll bring your order, so you pay later. One of the times I was here, the place next door was cleaning their section of the parklet patio with a power washer and sprayed us all with water and soap foam, so watch out for that. Also beware that a to-go cup is something like 10 or 12 oz, so your americano will be watered down compared to the porcelain cup you get if you sit. Once I handed them a 12oz travel mug for a to-go americano, and they filled it to the top with water instead of the proper amount for two shots of espresso.

Buna is one of many little coffee shops in Roma Norte. The inside is tiny, but there are two areas of outdoor seating in the front. Order at the barista counter. They have a full coffee menu, pastries, a croissant sandwich, and beans for sale. My latte was among the best I've had in CDMX. My daughter's banana bread and my croissant sandwich with arugula, tomatoes, and cheese were decent. They have water in glasses that is filtered and okay to drink.

The best pastry and cappuccino with macadamia milk. The simplicity of it is what made it so good - such high quality ingredients and well made. I was craving this throughout my trip!

Great little coffee shop in the Colonia Roma neighborhood. I love their custom roasts and brought a lovely light roast back to California with me so I could savor the flavor a little bit longer, the girl at the counter recommended her favorite, Tun-Daja, which had a bright acidity and crisp tree fruit notes. I wish I would have brought a few more bags home. I've already ground and used most of the beans in my French Press. Guess I'll have to make another trip soon to stock up!

Great place to work.

Great place Buna in (Laguna) if you wanna drink coffee and work. They have great Internet and great aesthetics. There are also green places if you wanna sit and enjoy the environment. The waitresses are lovely and are always asking you if you need anything else.

Interior ordering counter. Seating is outside along sidewalk.

Delicious coffee in Mexico City. Mexico is killing the specialty coffee game! Definitely recomended.
