Bumper Solutions is the real thing!! Someone hit my VW back bumper when I was parked and did not leave any info so I went to the body shop to see how much it would cost to get it fixed and they quoted my $500-$700 and they would need the car for up to 3 days. So went online and googled mobile bumper repair and Bumper Solution came up. I was hesitant because i could not figure out how they could fixs the bumper, cracks and all, in 2 hours and for $350. I am a bit of a perfectionist so i was a little worried but thought I would give it them a try. Ricky showed up at my office did the work in 2 hours and it was perfect, better then perfect! It rained 2 days later and I was worried but the bumper still looks amazing. The paint blending he did was amazing and you can't even see where it starts and ends. I have had my bumper repaired before at a body shop and I can honestly say Bumper Solutions did a better job at fixing my bumper. My experience with bumper solutions, the guys were very nice. The workmanship and end product was disappointing. I spent around $500 and still have a peeling bumper....when I complained they said it was from the bumper being previously painted, all bumpers are previously painted. Their paint peeled,and they blame the previous condition. It would have been better for them to just have told me it would not be great, instead of us spending the money. Take pics of your car before so you know what was done. good luck read more

Just had an awesome experience with Ricky from Bumper Solutions. Left a VM and got a return call in a bout 30 minutes. Sent him picks of my bumper and the scratches and he quoted my for about $275. When he arrived (within 20 minutes) , he said it wasn't as bad as it looked and buffed out the scratch for only $25. I asked if he could add a bit of touch up paint and he said he was already gonna do it for free. Now thats customer service and doing the right thing for the client. I rarely leave reviews but I had to since he was that honest and great at his job. My bumper is a good a new and I din't have to spend the $300 plus the other companies quoted me and got it done the same day instead of waiting! This is a tough merchant to rate. His work product is excellent, but his follow up is sorely lacking. My case the bumper had come off and so the clips were ruined. Instead of putting new clips in he used some zip ties which after a couple of weeks fell out. When contacted he promised to return, even made an appointment, but never showed. Follow up calls/texts went unanswered. Like he fell off the face of the earth. I ended up ordering the clips and installing them. 2 months later, the bumper still looks new. So 5 stars on work and 1 star on service. A shame, he is really a nice person. read more

We had bought a used 2015 white Honda Odyssey that was in great condition and 5-6 days later while parked on a street we had someone that parallel parked behind us scratched up the driver's rear bumper real good. I can not be more enthusiastic to write somebody a positive review like this! After shopping for a bumper repair/replacement, I was totally shocked with the price they were going to charge me. The replacement would cost me from $750 to $800 and a repair would cost me $550! It doesn't even look very bad and most people told me it only require a cosmetic touch up.
