I was happy to continue my relationship with Dr. Garza. I recently changed my Medicare Advantage program. After a couple of months I attempted to schedule an appointment with Dr. Garza and found he did not accept my new plan. I changed my plan back to UHC so I could retain him as my dentist. Excellent service deserves loyalty and at 79 he will be my dentist as long as I live and have the teeth he takes such good care of.

Every time I've been so far, I've gotten to see some cool wildlife out the window while getting my teeth cleaned. They do a great job of keeping the whole dental office clean and tidy, and decorated so it looks beautiful. In each exam room, there's a television playing classic country music that always puts my mind at ease while getting my teeth cleaned. It's easier to not think about my molars getting scraped clean when Dolly Parton is singing about what real pain is. The dental hygienists do an absolutely amazing job here! They make sure to get my teeth spotlessly cleaned. They're the best I've seen- they know how to knock out the plaque and let the fluoride flow. They do such a thorough job, my smile is spotless after I leave here. Dr. Majdalani seems to know what he's doing around here! His chair side manner is pleasant and professional. He is an Eagle Scout, so you can tell he's a go-getter! He gives good advice (remember to floss!) and does a great job of explaining things. The prices are fair and he does a fantastic job of keeping my chompers clean and healthy! Everybody does well at keeping masked up, and they have minimized the waiting room times, and do a temperature check upon arrival. Parking is super easy with a dedicated lot. The practice is a little bit off the highway, just follow the signs. The point is, this place is great.

I have a condition called tori, which means I have extra bony growths on the top and bottom of my…read moremouth. Because of this, I cannot use standard adult bite plates for dental radiographs. When I scheduled my appointment, I specifically informed the office that I would need pediatric bite plates. I also reminded the hygienist when I arrived. Despite this, the hygienist told me they didn't have pediatric plates because they "don't see children," and said we would "work together to get the x-rays done." Unfortunately, this meant repeatedly trying to force the large adult bite plate into my mouth. I told her multiple times that it was painful, triggering my gag reflex, and that I simply could not tolerate it. Her response was, "We have to do this in order to take radiographs," without offering any alternative approach. I fully understand the importance of radiographs, but the way the situation was handled felt dismissive and unnecessarily abrasive. She did not attempt any other solutions, and her bedside manner left a lot to be desired. I had waited a long time for this appointment and arranged my entire day around it. I left extremely disappointed with the way I was treated and do not recommend this dental office.
