We bought a keystone Hideout in 2020 (New). We walked away from the sale feeling like "we won." First time ever financing something and feeling like I beat the system. Camper has been awesome for our family up until this summer. On our way home from South Dakota, I look in the mirror and see our roof is ballooned up. I pull over and find the leading seal cracked and allowing air under the membrane. We take the camper to bullyan and they inspect and find we need a new roof. They filed all the paperwork and wrote up a letter to Keystone on our behalf. We did not buy the extended warranty which expired the year prior. This added so much stress to our family as a new roof is not cheap. A month later, I have a brand new roof from keystone. They covered the cost of material and labor. The employees did a good job installing the roof and we've decided to keep our business with them. We will trade in soon and can't wait to work with Chris again. read more

Never buy or have service here.purchased a new rv,there was 4 repairs they said they would do,when back 1 week later to pick up,they did nothing,the rv was never cleaned inside or outside,rv water leak never fixed,tire was have flat.also lp tanks were empty ,they are to complete customer delivery & warrarty registration, it was never done, i called forest river,they said take it back. i did all the repairs my self,they would not paid me for the work i did, i will never go back there again read more

Terrible service. Made an appointment for service 1.5 months out. Was told when I dropping off that this appointment was only to drop off and they would look at in 10-13 days. Told them i would have to cancel a camping trip if they could not fix sooner. They made it clear that they did not care at all. Will never buy from them again. read more

Made an appointment to repair the furnace in our travel trailer. Had a good experience with check-in, a nice conversation with a fellow customer in the waiting area who has had good experiences with Bullyan. The repair was done quickly, and the price was very reasonable. I will be back. read more

We stopped by Bullyman RV service desk. We saw a Mobile RV service unit parked where we pulled in. My husband went to the service desk and asked if they could have someone come out and look at our rig. He was informed that they don't use the mobile unit any more. Then my husband asked if they had any suggestions for a mobile guy. The service man looked right past my husband and said "Next". How rude! Well guess what? We will not be buying anything, and I mean anything, from Bullyman RV. Whatever happened to customer service? They certainly don't have any of it here. read more

Never buy or have service here. Booked a service date 2 months out, brought RV there, went over service to perform, they asked when we wanted it back, told them 2 weeks, they said no problem. They never looked at it until 2+ weeks after we dropped it off, said our batteries were bad, they were not, paid $300 for batteries not needed, said inverter was bad, put new one in but failed to order or put in a new inverter panel, said leveling system worked until we insisted they try it, now they claim pump bad, the only thing they did fixed from the list was find a dead wire and replaced it. Our outlets still do not work, leveling system does not work, delamination not fixed, welding not done, was told we would not like the price but was never given a price. And charged us $2600 to release our RV back to us with nothing done, and paid for an inverter we most likely did not need. They took advantage of us, failed to perform, failed to keep deadlines and charged us. We also made 2 round trips at 300 miles and 5 hours of time for each trip. Never buy or service from this place. Not happy with the work , service or lack of accountability for their failures to perform. read more

- Bought used 2011 Keystone Cougar through Doug, DEC. 2015. Bought 2 yr. PLATINUM Warranty during purchase. - OCT. 2016, brought in for service, one item was a side skirt that flew off while driving. Bullyan states not covered as part of TOP warranty. This is a 5th "wheel". Skirt came off while driving, but not covered? I will Not purchase anything from BULLYAN RV again. I want anyone thinking of a purchase from them to think TWICE. And if you do buy, BE AWARE of ANY warranty they try and sale and good luck!!!! read more

Apparently, Bullyan RV Sales personnel are still in the 1950's. I am a very independent woman who purchased a used RV from Doug Hinderks May 2017. My husband was instrumental in shopping and assessing the purchase. I am very thankful that he did. I wrote out the check for the purchase, the RV was in my name only but Mr Hinderks seems to have forgotten who he got the commission check from. My husband has received correspondence from Bullyan's on numerous occasions but the last insult was today when my he received "birthday" greetings from Mr Hinderks. I had a major water leak in my bathroom behind the sink. I had to turn off water to my RV. I am not from Duluth & appreciated only having to wait 1 day for repairs as they are not open on Sunday. The service tech found the broken connection, repaired it & checked to make sure there were no other water issues. Everyone was so nice & professional. The waiting room was comfortable & offered free coffee & tea. They even had treats for my dog. The 2 hour repair was very reasonable. If you are in the Duluth area and need RV repairs, give them a call. read more

We bought a used 40 ft coach with very low milage on it...that was their selling point. "Practically new!" We also got the extended warranty. The windshield has popped out THREE times. The seals on the slide outs are bad. The inverter needed to be replaced. The front AC was broke. The jacks don't work right. We brought it back there twice and they "fix" a few things and say come back when we call after we figure out the rest is not working. What a joke! Don't ever go there...they don't stand behind their products and their workmanship is shoddy. read more

Ditto on the "will never return!" Our camper was damaged in a storm and repaired by Bullyan who charged our insurance company nearly $20K. They insisted they could do the job and return it to pre-damage condition. After much time we got our camper back with a water leak in the repaired roof, caulking so poorly done it was spotty and missing in several places, and the roof was not properly re-glued and sealed in the caps that hold it on. Not to mention the fact they didn't even fix our storm damaged awning but instead implied we broke it. On a trip in the southwest our roof peeled off leaving us limping to another Winnebago dealer. This Winnebago dealer stated the problem was due to improper repair. Bullyans response was "not our problem its a Winnebago problem" and we should work with Winnebago. We contacted Winnebago to hear their response which was simply "no history of roof problem." So we now have a $4200 repair bill that Bullyans should step up to, but won't! Stay away, service your units at a dealer that knows what they are doing - that's not Bullyans! Found out later that dirt was never removed before adhering our roof not to mention the wrong kind of glue was used! The work done by Bullyans was not only substandard but put us in a very unsafe situation. This was confirmed by the other dealer who had 30+ years experience. Will never return to Bullyan again! They promised that our camper would be done by a certain date, then they called the day before to say that they found the real issue and had to order the part. It was going to cost quite a bit more and not even be done for a long time. Then to top it off; when we got it back, one of the batteries was fried and our wheel chucks were gone. Then they blew us off when we called asking about the battery and stated it's their "policy" not to touch the batteries unless asked. LOUSY service and will Not return. read more

I purchased a brand new Grand Design travel trailer from Bullyan RV last August. I used the RV for 6 weeks. There were some issues, but all is under warranty for a year. I have been back in my camper for a month & started calling Bullyan for service the first week of July. It is now 2 1/2 weeks later & NOTHING has been addressed or resolved. I have made several calls to the service department. I have spoken with Steve, apparently the man in charge, a couple times. He was to return a couple of my calls, but that never happened. When I have called the service dept. & ask for Steve, the response is that Steve is busy. So I have left my number several times. Needless to say, no call back. I have also spoken with the salesman who sold me the RV. No help there either. Needless to say, the customer service at Bullyan RV is terrible! Apparently, all they care about is the sale. I will be contacting the manufacturer & let them know how Bullyan treats its customers. I will also try meeting in person with Mr. Bullyan to let him know what has been happening. My advice to anyone looking to buy an RV....don't even consider buying from Bullyan. If I had known about the customer service at Bullyan RV, I would NEVER have bought from them. read more

My experiences with the Sales, Parts, and Service departments at Bullyan's have been great. I bought a used 2017 travel trailer from them two months ago. The salesman was low-keyed and not pushy at all. Although it was at the height of their summer selling season, he gave me all the time I needed to check out the RVs and patiently answered my questions. I was REALLY happy that the person who did the walk-through with me was the mechanic who did the pre-delivery inspection. I was able to learn exactly what he had done - and fixed- and we discussed all the features & potential issues of this particular unit. When I bought my previous RV at another dealer, the salesman did the walk-through. Enough said! After staying in the trailer for a few days, I discovered a few minor things that had been missed- a lightbulb over the stove was out and a plastic part on a light broken- but the Parts department cheerfully gave me the parts and they were easy fixes. Purchased a Class A with 15,000 miles on it back in February against my Uncle's advice of buying from them. They made me feel really good about being part of the Bullyan Family. Took possession of the rig after the snow melt. Headed on my first family trip. Lots of shimmy in the steering wheel. Found out I had a bad tire with irregular wear. Being that I was part of this great new Bullyan Family I figured I would give my salesman a call to do good on their after the sale satisfaction. Boy was I in for a surprise. The sales manager said I owned it too long for them to be able to do anything. What! I bought the thing in the middle of winter. Test drive wasn't even an option with the snow. Just a good old fashion agreement that it would be like new when the RV season came about. The best they would do is give me $150 towards the alignment. 2 steer tires for $851. Alignment for $250 minimum. Nah. You keep your $150 and I'll keep my pride. Welcome Coates RV to Duluth. Thanks for giving us options. Oh. I gave 2 stars because I felt really good about my RV for the 2 months I owned it before I was able to use it. read more
