I paid 1/2 deposit in Nov but…read moretold them I was in no hurry to get the floor done (since I'm out of state for the winter) if the weather got cold. They showed up mid-March to my door completely unexpected--no email/call/text ahead of time. Fine, thankfully the garage was mostly ready. Then they started the project and had to hold off for the cement to fully dry (understandable) but didn't let me or my renter know that they wouldn't be back for a few weeks. More obnoxiously, they broke my garage door opener machine and didn't mention that it wasn't working -- nope, just left and thought that would be fine. They found someone to replace the garage door but of course it wasn't the same model/functionality so my renter and I could no longer control it remotely via wifi (important for deliveries and my family that was coming to house sit). Awesome. Thankfully the garage door guy came back and added a wifi module, but g'lord.... The floor looks nice but everything else was terribly executed. Find another company.
