When I needed my two 9X7 garage doors replaced, I called R&R. The craftsman came out and in one day did a complete tear off of the old doors, install the new doors, and clean up the area completely. I was pleased with the cost as well. Turns out R&R had replaced the garage door on my in-laws house in Arena. I highly recommend these guys.

They also built a beautiful custom cherry breakfast nook with build in storage and high paneled backs . The craftsmanship and attention to detail was great and I was especially pleased with the solid construction and excellent installation. (You would be surprised how many so-called high end cabinets from other companies are made with MDF or partical board! Not Kraemer- they use solid wood fronts and sides and plywood backs.) They admitted that they did not have enough experience to diagnose the issue, and needed to have their boss come out to take a look and would charge us, not only for their time and not being able to diagnose the problem, but an additional cost to have the boss come out for a look and diagnosis. We chose to end things there and go with another company. However, even after speaking with the boss and him admitted no services were provided by not being able to even diagnose the problem, we were still charged over $250 for nothing. We are at square one and are going with another company who has guaranteed a diagnosis or there will be no charge. The techs who came out were extremely nice and hard working. I do not fault them for what has happened. I 100% fault the owner and the terrible business practices they have. If someone more experienced had to come after the first techs, but did not charge an additional fee for their own inexperience, I would have gladly paid. Save yourself a lot of time & money - I would highly suggest going elsewhere. PLEASE read other one star reviews because they are EXACTLY what we experienced.

They gave us an estimate and advised the install would be a few weeks out. Heather called within a week stating they had a cancellation and asked if they could come that afternoon. It was later in the afternoon and they stayed late to finish the operators on the house. They promised to return in the morning. Heather called the next morning stating they would arrive in about 45 minutes, as promised. The gentlemen were knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional even with the 12' wood commercial doors. I just want to say that Slater and his crew really know their work! They were on time, The equipment was in great shape. He had the correct climbing gear for trimming branches high up in those trees. When they arrived, Slater discussed the job with us that they were going to do. Him & his crew were very meticulous about the work that was performed on our property. They were careful driving on our lawn, cutting down and cleaning up branches and large hunks of wood, also did a good job removing the stumps and cleaned up all the mulch, as well as replacing black dirt in the holes where the stumps had been removed! They also reseeded & mulched with straw. We had grass growing within a week and a half, and now you cannot even tell there were trees in those spots. IMO, Diederich Tree Care is one of the best tree companies out there! We would recommend them to anyone who wants quality work Performed on their property.
