They were not able to do it themselves and couldn't find anyone to do it. Thank goodness my neighbor just painted her home and I found some one to paint. I texted Braden and told him I have a painter starting the job this thursday and if he could come finish the trim work before Thursday. Well no response after he said he would try. Thursday the painter said he would include doing the trim. He also discovered one of the garage trim boards was warped from the weather (snow and sun). I had to borrow a friends truck and buy another board. This additional expenses were $125.00 (labor and wood). My new painter had to also redo the caulking job they did since it was lumpy and sloppy. I stopped checking the work after they did one side perfectly. My thought is they were running into another project and started to rush. This was their fault since they didnt start until 9:30 or 10am. They left between 2:30 & 3:30. Braden missed 1 Monday after spending the weekend away and Marc got sick towards the end and missed 2 & 1/2 days. I didnt say anything I figured they were professional and knew the time limit for the job and would complete phase 1. We had to do 2 phases due to it being too cold to paint. I am also disappointed in Yelp. The supposedly had 5 reviews when I hired them and now there is just mine. I think AI reviews were generated or the company did false reviews. Supposedly I can claim money from Yelp guaranty and I cant figure out how to do that! From now on I use word of mouth referrals ONLY.
