I've used Bullhorn's ATS and Back Office solutions for years. Their software is top notch when it comes to automation and ease-of-use and when it comes to something I don't understand, it's easy to get a hold of someone from the organization to help. What I like most about the software package is how easy it is to plug in to your other software solutions. We have this running into our Microsoft Office Suite as well as our VoIP solution and it makes conducting business a breeze! read more

Bullhorn is an HR appliant tracking system. I have reached out to bullhorn probably 5 times in a year period with noone responding back. I reached out through the inquiry form and calling, leaving a message. Finally i was able to get Dummy#1 of the phone. Dummy#1 transferred me to Dummy#2 who wasn't trying to sell the product. I had to continue asking for features that I was interested in before Dummy#2 finally suggested a live demo. I never got a confirmation/invite from Dummy#2 of the demo until 20mins before the demo several days letter. Then Dummy#2 in Az then tells me he has to go to the ER room and that i review the recording on my own rather then rescheduling. Apparently Dummy#2 sent a canned email because at the bottom of the email is a request for a demo and i decide to use it to find a different sales rep. When i set up with a call with Dummy#3, Dummy#3 doesnt even accept the scheduling invited produced through their system...no my email system. Dummy#3 only emails back to say that we have never spoken, what do u need. Uh? A demo Dummy! A bunch of bamboons...Dummy's staged to run a company that won't last and are sinking a ship. I'd like to help out by recommending the following: Taleo iCIMS Jobvite Hyrell Brassring as a talent management tool. Bullhorn you call yourself...try Cowdung...Most suitable. That's most suiting for the circus you run in your backoffice. The WORST customer service in the history of all man kind. Worse than walmart and they dont even put helpers on the floor. From the initial Inquiry to sales to demo... If you don't want to sell the tool then close down shop. read more

We have had Bullhorn for 10 years and love it. Early on it was more personal but when they "merged" with Salesforce, some problems arose. They are still working on them - mostly in tech support/customer service since that team is very new. We were used to techs that had been there so long they knew all the ins and outs and could relate to what you were having problems with - this new group will get there soon. The reason we went with BH is that we didn't want to be programmers ourselves. We wanted something that updated and stayed current with the staffing trends - that is BH's goal and to date - they are on it! Recently they upgraded their platform and of course there were many hiccups. I called them in and had a few issues with tech support - but once I reached out to my account rep., they got the head of the support division on the phone and we worked out every issue our firm had!!! Then the VP called to apologize about our horrible experience. Wow! There is no need to ever look for another database for staffing as far as we are concerned. It is like your brain; huge capacity that we only use a small part of. The more you use BH, the better your staffing experience is. read more

We have been using this ATS for 3 years. The biggest drain on productivity and management I have ever seen! DO NOT USE! Heaving forbid you attempt to set a task list of calls for 80-100 people. Their service will set 2,356 tasks instead! This has been the worst investment as start up. However, being that we have now built our own ats, which was built by interns, and puts this POS to shame, we will no longer use. Nor we will recommend. Absolute drain on my recruiters time and efforts. If 0 stars was an option, we'd try to put even lower. read more

Bullhorn is a great tool in the Recruiting world. I've only been working with BH for a little less than a year, however it has been a wonderful asset as a recruiter. However, BH does glitch from time to time, and while a few minutes isn't all that bad, when you log back in and have completely lost what you were working on, and have to go back in and re-enter searches/candidates/what have you, it can be a little frustrating. All in all, I do enjoy BH's ease of use as well as all of it's features. read more

Bullhorn is ran by crooks. They want to bill your account before you are setup to use the product, and then they want to trick you into signing an agreement that doesn't allow you to cancel your subscription. There is a high charge per user and you can not decrease the number of users at any point during the contract. Great businesses with great customer service will always provide a cancellation policy because they know you will not have to use it. This product constantly freezes and there are excessive amounts of downtime with this SaaS model. read more

this is by far the worst company to ever consider for ats system. horrible customer service. sales reps lie to you just to get the business. they told me my website host would work with their platform and it doesn't! i have reached out multiple times to their cancellations department and they are "backed up" and i had to wait 15 days for them to get back to me. i mean -- is everying cancelling that you are so backed up? horrible customer service -- this company needs to shut down immediately. read more

Bullhorn has a good product but absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced with any company in any industry my entire professional career. They do not communicate to customers when major features of their product are going to be changing or going away, and because of that we made business decisions that we may not have otherwise. Many of the Bullhorn employees we spoke to were not knowledgeable about our account, their product in general, or our concerns even after 4 phone calls discussing the same issue. One of our many issues was having them charge us for a 6K report that didn't work, and wanting to charge us an additional 4K so it could work. It took 4 phone calls before someone finally offered to fix it at no additional cost, and by that time we were so upset and disappointed with their customer service that we wanted a refund. They refused to offer any sort of compromise, or creative solution to make it right. Even when they make mistakes, it takes several emails or phone calls to get it resolved and they act like they are doing you a favor by fixing it! They automatically charged all our users for a search feature we didn't ask for, and when we asked them to cancel it and give us a refund since we never asked for that feature, they told us we would have had to cancel it sooner to get a refund. After many back and forths we were finally given a $3600 refund, but are still waiting for it 3 months later. Apparently because it was such a "large amount it had to go up to the Executive level for approval". It was an extremely disappointing experience on so many levels, I could go on and on. The bottom line is that I would be very surprised if this company continues to hold onto it's customer base and/or obtain any new customers after what is becoming of their reputation. We are looking into a new Applicant Tracking System and hear that many other current Bullhorn customers are as well. read more
