After about three hours of waiting and several phone calls, we attempted yet again to jump start the car with my vehicle. Michael and his colleague from A1 Towing Ops happened to stop by for gas and asked if we wanted to borrow their bigger cables to get the car charged quicker. After chatting with them a bit, they agreed it was likely the alternator and a tow was needed. Since the other company never showed, they agreed to tow the car to our house, about an hour away (and out of their way) at almost 9pm. When we got to our house, they brought the car all the way to the back of our long and narrow driveway. We cannot thank them enough for their excellent customer service and going out of their way to help us out at such an inconvenient hour. We were so thankful for them even offering to help us jump the car, and beyond grateful that they agreed to tow the car all the way back to our house. If you need a towing company, I highly recommend this team!

We were told we would receive a call within 20 minutes advising how long it would take for them to arrive. An hour passed- no call. I called roadside assistance again. They followed up and advised J&J was on the way. I received a text from J&J saying the same. We waited almost two hours- no show. I called Roadside again- they contacted J&J again. This time J&J decided to cancel the call and leave us stranded. Roadside had to contact another towing company and due to the late hour- their eta was over two hours. I left One Star because Zero wasn't an option.

They accepted a tow on 12/20/18 at 9:20 am. for a flat tire and gave an eta of 40 minutes. Driver called me at 9:34 from cell asked for details on why the vehicle needed towing, location and drop off point. Told me he was in transit and would be there within 15-20 minutes. No show no call at 10:55 so I try to reach the driver only to go to voicemail so I wait and call back again at 11:12 to be sent to voicemail again. I decided to contact the tow company directly only to be told they cancelled the driver because our car had a flat tire so they couldn't tow? That makes no sense! I asked why we weren't contacted to which she said I was and supposedly AT&T was too. I contact AT&T to find out they weren't contacted either and now we have to find another company to come out in the storm to get us. It's 11:58 and I'm now told to wait an hour for a different tow company to come. October 4th 2018 I contacted my roadside for a dead battery and was told this company would be towing me home (tow accepted at 1:23p.m.) snd eta was again of 40 minutes. At 2:46 I called the company and got no answer. Called the tow truck driver that contacted me directly as well to get no answer. Called the company back again at 3:00 to be told they can't get in touch with their driver either and to hold tight and they would send another driver. At 3:45 I still had not heard from them and contacted AT&T to be told they would dispatch a different company and find out what the problem is with this one. After 35 minutes AT&T said they couldn't get an answer from this company and planned on writing a report on them for review. Thanks for leaving me stranded twice. Hopefully someone responds faster for you and your family if you're ever stuck. Karma is a beast!
